The yogurt is good! The only thing that left me in bad taste is the staff embarrassed me by shouting out my card was "declined" (it wasn't). I felt like I was doing something wrong and people in the store were looking at me. It was a new card and just wasn't working. They then argued with me about it a bit. read more

Five minutes later, she's waiting on me because she didn't hear how many I asked for yet I mentioned four and their ages when inquiring what's a good amt for 3-5 y/o child. They have a variety of unique flavors. Personally I prefer just the plain tart flavor.

Two stars only because they ran out of practically all the flavors on a Saturday night after dinner time - even plain yogurt was out! Plus, there were so many customers already seated and customers still trying to get yogurt. One would think they would refill the machines. :( read more

Had to take a quick break prior to going to the movies, and this was the right place. Quick and friendly service. The selection of yogurt flavors was extensive and the number of toppings was excellent. My 5 year liked the sour gummy worms and I enjoyed the white chocolate chips and tapioca. read more

Majorly backing this new location of my favorite - Yogurtland. I used to be a Golden Spoon loyalist, but I'm a convert. Yogurtland has a good value for the variety - and I love trying the new favors - Salted Caramel is my current obsession. The few cons are the parking lot - which is always bonkers and designed poorly, and sometimes the machines are sticky - which makes it feel especially unsanitary. I'd also like if they posted the price per oz. as they weigh the large cups and small cups separately - which I don't really understand. read more

Beach bound and stopped for a treat, what a mistake. I witnessed a dog licking the yogurt dispenser thing, I'm all for dogs but I was shocked by this. The girls working in there didn't seem to care and just let it happen. I even saw the same dog snap at a little kid. Never again. I do love their yogurt. read more

This store just opened, but was incredibly dirty already. Toppings were all over other toppings. Some yoghurt dispensaries were empty. The place was just......dirty and not run well at all. You better make some improvements FAST! read more

Went here today and the ice cream as usual was unique and amazing. The service girl at the counter was so sweet and funny and kind absolutely phenomenal, I wish she was whering a name tag so I could say who, had black hair. Would give it 5 stars except for the Mochi topping I ate on my ice cream tasted stale, absolutely minor but it was good overall. read more

This Yogurtland is the cleanest and best run Yogurtland of any that I have been to. The employees are always friendly and courteous and the yogurt is flavorful and good! A previous review posted by Steven G. from Irvine is an outright lie. There are 2 other witnesses, one an employee and one a customer who offered to tell corporate what happened. Fox is an excellent employee and a helpful one and Steven G. should be careful insinuating that he is on drugs or impaired or he may find himself involved in a slander suit. I know this young man personally and if he ordered this customer out of the store, it had to be because the customer was extremely rude and out of control, especially if Fox threatened to call security. I recommend this Yogurtland to anyone who likes frozen yogurt. However, I wouldn't recommend going 5 minutes before they close or you will find all of your favorites empty and Corporate demands that machines be empty by closing time. read more

I just made my last purchase at this Yogurtland location. I was followed in by riff raff off the street who treated himself to as many sample cups as possible before walking out of the store. I prefer to purchase my food where the place is clean and sanitary. This disgusted me. I spoke to the manager about it and she could care less. Love the yogurt, but 3 out of 5 times we visited, the nasty cigarette smoke drifting up from Starbucks disgusts us. Recommend you speak with your landlord about requiring Starbucks to advise customers/post signs that they are not supposed to smoke near doorways, per CA law. I used to stop in often with my son for a treat, but we don't come in as often because of the smoke drifting up from Starbucks. read more

Was happy to find this location directly across the street from the Kirkorian Theater so stopped in for a post-X-Men movie snack for my teens and a friend. They were busy with quite a few flavors to choose from and a cheerful staff to assist us. The location is a bit narrow and there aren't a lot of indoor tables, but it was easy to get in and out and the selection of flavors & toppings is top-notch. read more

Worst fro yo experience ever!! Took forever to pay because the girl didn't know what she was doing. It was my first visit and I wanted to know more about the rewards, she didn't know. The manager was there but hiding in the back. Never did get the info even though she was going to ask. Got 5 different flavors because I can never decide what to get. Mango, rocket pop, raspberry lemonade, strawberry and mixed berry. Everything was good except the mixed berry (usually my favorite). There was a line so I ate the other flavors waiting for the line to die down. When I took it back the girl couldn't answer my question and went back to ask the manager. Came back out and didn't tell me response until I approached her. I was hoping to just get a better flavor not get my money back. Instead I got, sorry but you pretty much ate the whole thing and we have sample cups so you should've sampled it. Um excuse me, I like mixed berry just not tonight! It tasted like pepper, your mix is off. I would give it 5 stars for rocket pop and strawberry lemonade...YUM! But I would give customer service a 0!! The manager should have come out to see what was wrong with the flavor. And that girl should not have been out there by herself! Extremely disappointed for my first visit. read more
