Located in San Dimas in the same plaza as Costco there is this Yogurtland that I come here from time to time to enjoy a sweet treat. For me, I like coming here even in the fall or winter time because they have different seasonal flavors all the time. Got the pumpkin one and if you are a hardcore pumpkin lover this is probably good for you! Don't forget it is only for a limited time as well! This place is super clean and each of the staff is pretty chill and nice. Never had an issue here so that's why I do come quite often. read more

There's something off about this location and it's the lackluster customer experience I received. I understand being a cashier at a yogurt place isn't the male employee's dream job, but I get a friendlier exchange at a self-check out register. The gentleman didn't say a word until he told me what my total was. He didn't even give me my spoon until I asked for it. We just stood there for a brief moment as if we were frozen in time. I give this place 3-stars because I didn't have a problem with the yogurt. So, overall, it was an okay experience. But, at least greet the customer. The employee wasn't mean or rude, just completely disconnected and not interested being at work. read more

Went to the Glendora ca location about 5:20 on Sunday, 07-13-25 a girl with a braid down her back made the ice cream order. My sundae was a mess with ice cream all over the cup and does not look anything like the pictures that are posted. My husband got a banana shake also made by the girl with a braid down her back also a sloppy mess. The bananas were still in huge chunks. She needs to be retrained. Terrible read more

Disappointed in my visit today simply for the taste of a couple of the flavors. I made a mix of pistachio, cookies and cream, and chocolate while the wife made a mix of pistachio, strawberry, and chocolate. We both agreed that the taste of the pistachio was not right. It's a clean enough store but what irked me was they have a huge No Animals/Pet sign in the window (besides service animals) but this couple walked their dog in and served themselves. This is the cleanest Yogurtland in the Area, they have the best prices, cleanest store, and best customer service. I come here 3 times a week and every time I come here I always see the toppings refilled, different flavors, and the customer service is always on point. Finally they open a yogurtland in San Dimas!!! Now I don't have to drive to Azusa or Claremont for it!!!:) Yogurtland is kind standard for froyo and this place is no exception. Maybe because they just opened, there were like 4 employees working there in the late afternoon when it wasn't even busy. The service was nice but I can tell they are still under training. The best part was the new flavor coconut mango tart..it doesn't taste like coconut but a very rich mango flavor. I had been eating at yogurtland so many times but this time it is just amazing. I usually love going to yogurt land. Today we got 8oz free for some membership perk and weren't able to use it because this yogurt land has the worst service ever. The young person behind the register completely ignored us and kept addressing everyone around us. I guess you have to be 50+ to get any sort of service here. Very clean place. When I entered this yogurtland, every machine was spotless. The floors were clean and even the bathrooms were clean too! I came here on a Tuesday early evening, not even near closing time. So I was pleasantly pleased to see that it was in such great condition. The staff was very nice and smiled when you see them. It's just like any other yogurtland, you have you're sample cups in the front to try out the different types of yogurts and then you choose the flavors that you want. The toppings bar was also kept in neat and tidy conditions too. The fruits looked fresh and nothing was overlapped into the other containers. Overall, I would return to this yogurtland. read more

The yogurt and treats are fine but the place is run by dix. No water unless you buy it, seriously you can't provide water like every other building in America? And no public restrooms, this one bugs me because I've been to this Yogurtland before and used the restroom, so that policy is strictly because of lazy staff. I'm only trashing this review because I know this chain can be better if this were a mom and pop shop I'd be a little more lax. read more

First of all she wasnt well aware of the employee rewards app and she made us stop eating our yogurt to re-weigh it. After she had told us to "have a good day." Very embarrassing moment. This is probably my favorite yogurt place in town. If you're going to splurge, this is the place to do it. The service here is prompt but gruff, though I'd argue that's part of the rustic yogurt feel. Check your price! Just got back from this location after being DOUBLE charged for our two small yogurts - each 16.4oz (x40 cents per oz) should come to about $6 each. We were charged $21 and were quickly brushed off when questioned if the price was accurate. (Oh, and we had a coupon for 4 free oz!) The service, flavors, and toppings were great but just a word to the wise as far as checkout goes, do the math and don't take no for an answer! read more

I don't know if they changed bakers but there had to be at least half of pound of sugar in the one I half ate WOOW. That was my VERY LAST TRIP THERE

I come in and he tells me about all the flavors and how they are all made in house, which ones have dairy, and so on. He gave me like 7 samples without me even asking just to make sure i got the flavor i really wanted. Also did not skimp out on the portions at all. I got a single and i got 2 flavors both with full scoops. I had already eaten a lot before i took the picture. They had indoor and outdoor seating and the place was so cute. I will be back.

This ice cream artist has taken it up on flavors and has come up with some super delish unique items some that include a little beer in them to make them extra creamy and some non dairy made with coconut milk. You can taste your heart out as every flavor is temping and made of fresh natural ingredients. Definitely one of the best ice cream shops that i have come across and probably I think the best in SoCal. This place makes Handels look like baskin Robbin's and makes others like after and salt & straw look commercialized. Because this guy is crafting the ice cream that he knows the people want and takes ultra pride in his product. A must visit place - located at the end of old town Covina that is also worth a visit to dine at and walk around. I'm coming back for a beer float on their patio and to pick up one of their cool tshirts. They also sell by the pint. This is ice cream heaven at its best!

If I had to come up with a complaint, it would only be that things sell out fast but honestly, that just speaks to how good everything is. You learn pretty quickly that if you want your favorites, you have to get there early. It's the kind of place where you can't really go wrong with anything you order...breakfast, lunch, pastries, freshly baked sourdough loaves, coffee. After a lovely dinner, I was determined to treat myself to a dessert, and this yogurt place caught…read moremy eye. thanks to a tantalizing Irish mint ice cream ad in the window. I thought, "Why not? A new flavor adventure!" But, plot twist by the time I got there, they were out, and the machine was on a vacation of its own. Cue the sad trombone. Not to be defeated, I pivoted and got a small chocolate raspberry swirl, which was actually pretty fantastic so a silver lining! I also revisited my classics: strawberry and the crunchy nut flavor. They were fine, nothing earth shattering, but hey, at least I was mixing it up. Now, here comes the real plot twist: the store looked like it was last cleaned when dinosaurs roamed. Fingerprints on every surface, smudges on the windows, and a floor that was probably holding a secret ecosystem. I took a deep breath, closed my eyes, and just pretended I was in a clean, magical froyo land before I bolted out. So, with a heavy heart (and a slightly sticky hand), I'm giving this place two stars. One star off for false advertising and another for their cleanliness or should I say, lack thereof.

Service: Although the line was long, it moved fairly quickly. Staffs were cheerful. Food: You get in line, grab a cup, dispense the yogurt you like. Add toppings if you like to spice up your yogurt. Get to the front, they weigh it and you pay. My favorite is the plain yogurt, and I like to add peanuts. So good.
