I ordered a chocolate ice cream cake (choco cake and choco ice cream) through the app. I was able to use my $5 off cake coupon as well. I called ahead of time and asked if they can make the chick cake into a character from Sanrio (Gudetama) instead. The person I spoke to, John, was super helpful and kind throughout the whole process. I emailed him the photo ideas I had and the cake decorator was able to accomplish the task! John was in consistent communication with me throughout my two week in-advanced order. The decorator did such an amazing job and my family was so happy with the results. The cake and ice cream also tasted delicious! During pick up, the workers greeted me as I entered. I was helped by John and he reassured me that the cake was indeed chocolate ice cream/chocolate cake. I appreciated that he checked before the outside icing went on. We are very happy with the service of the employees, the scrumptious cake received, the easiness of ordering and communicating, and the smooth and fast experience of picking up the order on Father's Day Sunday.
