Way overpriced yogurt - at the time of this writing 4/21/26 1.37 an oz ! Yes for a mere 11oz of yogurt you will pay 16.00 USD. That weight is less than a can of Coke.

Sitting outside with my favorite guy. :)

After walking from the beach we stopped at Yogurtland for a cold treat. Located on Third Street Promenade, the space is small but clean and organized. I had the Pistachio and Milk & Honey. Since they didn't have tasting cups, the husband decided to get a little bit of everything. They only have large cups and charge $1.37 per ounce. Our cups that were about half filled with just a bit of toppings cost $27. The yogurt was a bit softer than usual, but the flavors were quite yummy and satisfying after our long walk. There's only outside seating -- perfect for people watching. :)

$13.56 for a small cup very expensive ?

Decent amount of vegetarian/vegan options. My partner and I got the eggplant chili (2x), miso mushroom, and the pickled wasabi and pickled konbu. They smells amazing when fresh. The struggle is you want to eat it immediately before the seaweed goes soggy but need to find a place to eat. These were $4.50 or $4.75 each. Pretty good sized with plenty of filling. A great snack or lunch if you eat multiple.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My kid had the Miso beef and the Tokyo tori (chicken) omusubi. I had the Hijiki Shiitake and the Miso Mushroom omusubi. She loved both of hers, with extra love for the Miso Beef. I thought that my Hijiki Shiitake needed spicy mayo or something to bring it together, but BABYYYYYY the Miso Mushroom omusubi was delicious. I kept making the "mmm mmm" sound because it was that good. Our meals came with miso soup which was a tad salty. We also ordered a hot tea and an oolong mango boba juice tea which we enjoyed. You can select from green, oolong, and barley for the boba options.

They offer a great variety of ice cream flavors, and one of the coolest parts was watching them make the waffle cones fresh on the spot. The ice cream itself was rich, creamy, and tasted high quality. Paired with a warm, freshly made waffle cone, it made for an excellent treat. The staff was friendly and happy to offer samples before ordering. One thing to note: if you change your flavor selection after you've already paid, they'll need to process a refund and ring up a new transaction. Overall, we had a great experience. Between the delicious ice cream, fresh waffle cones, and friendly customer service, it's definitely a place I'd visit again!

The flavors are really good but a bit on the sweet side (with the exception of the black sesame cookies & cream flavor). Got a flight (4 half scoops) with: 1. Japanese Neapolitan: 8/10, they scooped the matcha, hojicha, Hokkaido as they recommended that it went really well with black sesame cookies and cream. I only wish the flavors were more fragrant 2. Vietnamese Rocky Road: 7/10, not sure if scooped the right flavor as it didn't taste much like Rocky road or Vietnamese coffee ice cream 3. Pandan Rafaello: 9/10, awesome if you like pandan flavor with white chocolate 4. Black sesame cookies and cream: 9/10, the cookies and cream added creaminess to the black sesame Parking: lot has 4 spots in front, 5-6 on the side, and 5-6 in the back and it's shared with the barbershop next door. On the menu of Turn Dough is belgian waffles, soft serve gelato, milkshakes and chimney cakes! For those who don't know what chimney cakes are; they are a traditional snack from Hungary that is made from sweet yeast dough that is rolled into a long rope and baked around a cylinder. Here at Turn Dough; you can actually watch them make and bake the chimney cake. It was really hard to choose what dessert to get here as everything looked so yummy. This place happens to be the first place to offer chimney cake in Los Angeles and so you know I just had to try that. Even choosing which chimney cake to get was hard! They've got 18 different types or you can even create your own! From oreo to nutella to coconut to Disney inspired or unicorn inspired; they've got something for everyone! I ended up getting the very cute Minnie Macaron chimney cake which has Italian-style soft-serve gelato, French Macarons, Rainbow sprinkles, and a handmade Minnie Mouse bow on top. It was definitely a magical Disney inspired creation. We also got the Nutella Dream. This one is a must try for Nutella lovers. It's a chocolate delight that even includes Kinder chocolates! Tastewise; I really liked the freshly baked chimney cakes from here. The chimney cakes are so soft and fluffy. My gelato ice cream melted pretty quickly but I still enjoyed the sweet, creamy soft serve. One has the option to get the chimney cake upside down in a cup and I have to say that is not a bad option because it helps with eating the ice cream and you won't have to worry about the oozy, dripping mess hehe that you will get a with a cone. Overall; Turn Dough is a good place for some delightful and sweet treats right by the beach
