I was bummed with this Yogurtland location. It is a lot smaller in size compared to others I've been to, but I didn't realize that they would have far less toppings options to choose from. My two favorites toppings, fresh blueberries and fresh strawberries were missing. Among several other toppings that I don't normally get, those were also missing. The yogurt flavor options were also less compared to other locations. Unless it is for convenience and they have what you like, I don't recommend this location. read more

I have been in here multiple times over the last 6 months and the lady who has taken it over is rude and condescending. She refuses to give more than one sample cup. This Yoghurtland branch has been around for a long time! It'a a pretty reliable place for when you get a hankering for something sweet. They do a good job at keeping things clean and the staff is nice. It's fun to look out for seasonal flavors too. This time I got a mix of strawberry and vanilla yoghurt base and added cheesecake pieces and strawberry syrup swirl. Added a seasonal cookie for fun. Strawberry and Vanilla with Cheesecake Pieces- Their yoghurt base has always been solid. The strawberry pairs well with vanilla and comes out to be creamy with fruity undertones. The cheesecake pieces are rich and after adding in the syrup swirl, it tastes like a strawberry cheesecake. Will definitely be coming back! read more

Poor experience on a hot summer day. Came in around opening with friends (group of 4). As most customers do, I asked for "some sample cups" (emphasis on plural). The older lady behind the counter (probably the manager?) handed me exactly one sample cup. Not wanting to make a big deal about it, I kind of shrugged my shoulders and moved on. Noticed that the selection of fruit was rather poor; only fresh fruit was blueberries, the fruit I expected to see was absent (kiwi, strawberry, banana). The same older lady was the only person working there, but she was not very attentive. When it came time to pay, she was no where to be seen. We were waiting, our yogurt was melting, a line was forming with more customers behind us. We had to go knock on the back door to get her attention. A minor detail, but when it came time to hand us spoons, instead of giving us 4 different toy story spoons, she gave us 2 red ones and 2 blue ones. We went here last night for some frozen yogurt after dinner. Store was clean. However, the bathroom was "out of order" which is illegal. The music is still way too loud. Can't talk to the people I'm with and can't hear the lady at the cash register. I had to yell my phone number for rewards. Francisco was pretty brash today as I pulled up here for my daughter's birthday celebration. We frequent the Ramen Mura across the parking lot. But by removing their plug-in air freshener, to plug my phone in, you would thought I spit on the kid as after snapping at me, reminding me to "ask next time" before charging away. He quickly retreated back to the back area and sat on his cell phone held in a landscape setting as he was watching Monday Night Football as guests clearly waited for a couple lids who ordered in front of us. I am writing this review particularly for Samuel who worked on a BOGO night. My fiancé and I couldn't help notice Samuel's attitude and hardwork on a busy night. He made sure to wipe the counter and dispenser area any time he got a chance. He refilled the toppings right away. He put all the spoons in the bottom right corner after customers leave. We saw him doing these tasks at least four times during our 20 minute stay. We have never been this impressed by a restaurant staff. He has this sense of ownership where he works at this place as this is his own store and he takes care of the place so well by keeping everything clean and tidy. Even though Samuel did two peoples' jobs like a boss, Yogurtland needs to have at least two staffs on a BOGO night. There's such a heavy demand on these nights. read more

Craving something refreshing, I went with the plain tart and it hit the spot. The flavor was bright and tangy without being overly sweet, and the texture was smooth. I appreciate that they keep the toppings area well stocked and clean so you can customize without worrying about a mess. Service was quick and friendly. The staff greeted everyone coming in and made sure the machines were working and labeled. It is mostly self-serve, but they were nearby if anyone needed help. The shop itself is casual and comfortable with plenty of seating. It can get a little loud when it is busy, but the overall atmosphere is cheerful and family friendly. Everything looked tidy and the tables were wiped down regularly. Prices are based on weight, so it can add up if you are not paying attention, but the quality of the yogurt makes it worth it. This is the 2nd time I've been here between 9:45-9:55pm and the same little girl who worked on 6/13/26 and tonight 6/19/26. Has told turned my family and I away and said they're closed. When their hours state they close at 10pm. She was literally clicking a button to turn off the yoghurt machines as we walked in. Like you seriously couldn't wait the 5-15min till you officially closed to click the little buttons. When we told her don't you close at 10pm (it was 9:48pm) she said "yeahh but like..." and that's all she said. Yogurtland managers need to do a better job at managing their employees and ensuring they close at the specified time. How unprofessional. You need to change your hours to 9:45pm close. Yogurtland is my favorite froyo spot! There are plenty of sweet flavors, and tart ones for those that prefer that true yogurt taste. I have been using the app for rewards for years and years! You get points at every visit, and a $5 reward to use for your birthday. I love so many flavors, sometimes it's hard to choose, so I usually get 2 or 3 flavors in one cup. The fruit flavors always taste exactly like the fruit. I don't know how they do it, or why other chains can't do that, but that's why this place is my go-to for froyo! read more

This location has declined over the years. The lack of fresh fruit really turns people away. Options during our visit were brown bananas and canned peaches and canned pineapple. Wonderful flavor options & amazing toppings! I've gone for years to this location, so I know their options pretty well. My favorites are the coconut, rocket pop, and strawberry lemonade flavors. Plus, the popping boba topping (strawberry & mango) is out of this world! Highly recommend going before nightfall, since they might be out of a flavor you like. This location is ignoring this posted give away and making people spend 15 dollars to get a spoon, they are also limiting people to one spoon per transaction instead of the posted 4 as pictured below. The ownership of this location is putting their frontline workers in a terrible position where they have to follow orders that fly in the face of this giveaway and opening their people up to abuse. I feel like most people know what they're getting theirselves into when they visit a Yogurtland so there's nothing different about my review. The staff is pretty friendly, the flavors they do have are pretty good, and that's about that. I would say the parking lot is pretty small (I know that's beyond their control), so you may have to find somewhere else to park or walk from somewhere else. The biggest reason for the -1 star is the lack of variety of flavors. Every time I've been it's the same flavors and usually 2-3 of them are broken anyways. Also their topping selections seemed to have been reduced. No sour gummy worms anymore? I have old photos of what their toppings used to be and those have since been removed or maybe they didn't get that shipment in that day, but kind of sucks to not have that selection. read more

Walked in ~9pm on 5/3/24 with party of four then immediately walked out. Place smelled overwhelmingly of bleach/cleaner. Floor, tables, chairs, counters, toppings area and machines were gross dirty. Machine catch basin areas were overflowing with melted product. Spills and nakpins all over the floor. Employees were nowhere to be seen. This is the second Yogurtland I have visited in 3 weeks. I was really looking forward to a light frozen treat just like I experienced a few weeks ago even though it is a gloomy 66 degrees outside. Before I opened the door, the sounds of unrecognizable too loud music filled the air. When I opened the door, a strong incense-like smell almost knocked me over and I should have left then. The temperature inside the Yogurtland felt like 80 degrees. The yogurt coming out of the machine seemed slightly melted; but I got several flavors anyway. The cashier was nowhere to be seen until I was ready to pay. I told her that the store was too warm and she hesitated to tell me that she could not control the thermostat. She didn't offer my receipt, so I had to ask for it. My yogurt looked liked it was starting to melt. The walk from the Yogurtland to my car was 1 minute and it was already melting over the sides of the cup. Did I say the temperature was a gloomy 66 degrees outside??? I've been to tons of yogurtlands and this by far is the worst of the locations. For oh so many reasons. Let's start with the location itself: the parking lot is super small and crowded. Also, there are only a few small tables inside and no tables outside (not that you would want to eat outside anyway, it's a very busy street). We actually tried to visit this location a week ago but the location was closed due to 'a system being down'. Whatever that means. But we decided to give it 1 more chance since we had a good coupon for buy 1 get 1. The only good thing (hence 2 stars vs 1 star) was that there were good flavor options and all the spouts were in service. But that's where to good news ends. Yes, it was a Saturday night but even for that time it was way too crowded. Every group that came in was at least 5 people and they were super noisy. It wouldn't have been so bad but the way the location is set up, all the yogurt dispensers are on the way to the bathroom. So people are constantly walking past you while you try to serve yourself the yogurt. It was very uncomfortable. I guess I would be upset too if I had to work late Saturday night but the employee was way too depressed. He didn't even acknowledge when I came in and noted that there was only one set of taster cups left (so my husband and I just shared it). The toppings were fine but scarce and the whipped creamed was gross. It was basically foamy cream and ruined my froyo. Lesson learned we will never be back here again.
