There's seating but you'll probably have to share bar benches they have set up. They had one table with 3 chairs. Food came out quickly. It's a good environment to come with friends or on a date. I'd hoped for better coming out of Morgan Street food hall. I'd tried this spot a few years ago when it opened. This time was pretty disappointing. The employees were nice, but the food was just not good. Their white sauce is unlike any others I have had. It's very sugary and gooey-like, not creamy like you'd expect. They were out of brown rice. The chicken lacked flavor and the vegetables seemed non-traditional for hibachi in my book (cabbage, broccoli, tomatoes...and the onions should've been cooked more). Where were the carrots? It was pretty watery, too. I probably won't be back given the other options available at the food hall. read more

Finally tried this place during their "happy hour" and got 2 sushi burritos. The California roll and the shrimp tempura one with drinks all came out to less than $20! That's a great price to feed 2 people. The wait time is reasonable & guy running the register is super nice and helpful. However, the roll was not as good as I was hoping. There was too much rice and not enough meat. The flavors a bit bland as well, there's no "kick" to it. If I revisit I'll probably ask for possible substitutions! read more

I was disappointed. I ordered double spicy tuna rolls and I admit I didn't read the menu thoroughly, but I feel like that's a classic dish that has an expectation. The tuna was like flaked and seasoned to make it spicy, but there was also a sour component which masked any tuna flavor. Of course I prefer slices of whole tuna, which it seems they do with the burritos. Also there was no avocado or spicy Mayo, which are key components. So all in all this just wasn't a good roll. Maybe this is how they do their spicy tuna roll and I just didn't read carefully enough. But if you went to an Italian restaurant and orders chicken parm and it was a grilled chicken breast with Parmesan sprinkled on it you'd probably be disappointed as well. The woman who took my order was very nice though. I usually will speak to someone and give them a chance to address any issues I have, but Unfortunately I had already left by the time i got a chance to check my food, so I wasn't able to voice my concerns. read more

I came by earlier in the week to pick up lunch for myself and some co-workers. We all had the taste for some hibachi and I wanted to fresh veggies to fill me up. The food is tasty and IMO you get a nice portion for the price you pay. I will just make a note that the next time I would tell them no onions. My meal was heavy on the onions, which were not bad but just a lot. I opted for no rice and all veggies, which surprisingly was no extra charge. My co-workers stated their food and rice were very good and we all planned to return soon (which was today for one of my co-workers LOL). Overall food was good, fresh, and did not take long to cook. I had the fried gyoza, the salmon sushi burrito, and the chicken hibachi. The gyoza was amazing. Very crispy and savory! I ate it so fast. The sushi burrito has been on par with other places I have tried around the triangle. Finally the hibachi is nothing special just basic hibachi. Unfortunately everything is super pricey here. This would be the go to spot if the hibachi wasn't $14 for such a small portion. I would be more inclined to go if the price was between $8-$10 for that size. Plus you can't customize your hibachi as you would in a regular spot. There is really no pizzazz to this place. The rest of the things on this menu is very basic. I wish they would try more flavor combinations with the sushi burritos. Everything was good but prices are too high. I truly am a huge fan of spring rolls. So when I seen them on the menu very reasonably priced I knew it was fate. I approached the counter and was immediately greeted by the staff. I placed my order and within 5min they were up. I asked for somw sweet chili sauce cause I like a little sweet but with a kick. I'm not sure why my expectations were so high (maybe all the hype?) but it really is just a big, fat sushi roll. I wish it had less rice and more fish but you get what you pay for and I like the concept. Steak could've been more flavorful, and one large piece was completely gristle (had to find out the hard way) but was still decent enough. Brown rice was good, white sauce was pretty good as well. Came in to Morgan Street Food Hall (MSFH) and saw this place just opened. The sushi burritos looked really good, but I knew I wasn't hungry enough for a whole sushi roll. So I opted for the gyoza, which is a fried Japanese-style dumpling. One order comes with 6 dumplings and some sweet soy sauce. It really hit the spot with flavor and texture, crunchy outside and soft warm filling. The sauce was a great addition, but the gyoza is great with or without it! Tasteless and with a mango syrup that was the only flavor this thing had. The crab one wasn't real crab, period. The entire thing came semi-rolled in some seaweed flap. The prices are also steep for the quality. I wanted to try the hibachi but I think I'll pass on it ALL. I wish MSFH would have culinary delights that are tasteful and made with A-list ingredients​ like local farm choices and such. All I got was the hibachi shrimp with white rice--no drink, no sides, nothing else. It came in a cheap take-out container that was a massive waste of plastic and there was barely any food. We frequent Morgan Street Food Hall, and we have often looked at the YoHo menu but never tried it. Last week we finally hit the bullet and ordered sushi. We were pleasantly surprised that it was BOGO rolls, and we got two shrimp tempura rolls for $13 including tax. The rice and all of the filling was warm/hot... it grossed us out.
