I love coming to Yopop, its definitely my favorite place to go for frozen yogurt! They even have other choices, such as coffee, tea, some pastries, ect. The price is much cheaper than Pinkberry and Yogurtland, and I like their variety of flavors. They have so many toppings to choose from, its great! The decor is really cute and very clean, which is very important to me, I would avoid somewhere that can't even keep the front of their store clean. I come here as often as I can, stop by whenever you're in the neighborhood, its definitely somewhere you want to become a regular. read more

This place is clean and has a lot of frozen yogurt choices. It is self serve, and there were some pretty interesting flavors to chose from! I liked the wide variety, tho some were definitely better than others. There is also a wide variety of toppings. Prices are reasonable for the amount you get. I would definitely come back. read more

A frozen yogurt shop is a yogurt shop, right? Well, this place is set apart because they offer COFFEE as well! To be honest, I haven't tried the coffee, but it's nice to know it's there as an option if I'm not feeling a cold treat. They also have a seemingly larger than normal selection of toppings: fruit, mochi and multiple flavors of popping bob as. Don't miss the sprinkles... they're in jars all the way at the register end of the toppings bar. They have a ton of seating inside and they are open late. I have to say that I think things have improved here in a big way! Toppings always seem fresh and plentiful, and the selection is good. The management and staff are super friendly and helpful. There's plenty of parking and is easy to get in and out (unlike the Yogurtland up the street, with all the commotion from Britannia Arms....)And, now, you can even get a cup of hot tea or coffee to warm up. read more

This place used to be great and always so clean. Now there's a weird "film"on everything you touch, the tables always feel disgusting now & look to have been thrown around they're some that are cracked & peeling. The bathroom. ..omg. slimy and smells like a roadhouse restroom. Ask for a sample cup you get ONE. you have to keep asking if you want to try their selection - usually only try one or two if that, so it's annoying. Their cookie dough looked sure to have been out too long. They need to clean up their act quick. read more

I've been going to this place for many years, always had pleasant yummy yogurt. Just recently I went there, immediately got diarrhea. It was awful. This caused me not able to attend an important meeting next day. I have to apologize to my company so many times. Next day, I called and left a message, I asked to speak to the store manager, a lady took my number down said the manager will call me back, but no one ever called back. I will never go back to this place again! Not ever in my life! I mean this is the most horrible experience I ever had in my life. I literally have to go to the rest room every 15 minutes. I love this place. My mother and I often come to this place on a warm day. Every time I come here I feel welcomed and I love the atmosphere. I remember when I first came in here I was given a sample cup and got to try some yogurt! They always have the toppings that I want from bear shaped jelly to mochi. The employees are nice and ask if you want water. They have tall stools, tables and chairs for kids, a couch, a tv, and a small picnic bench outside for kids. Been coming here for the last few years with my siblings. Now they are offering pearl tea drinks! WOW! Had the Original Milk tea with pearls and was very happy with the result. The pearls are pretty chewy and sweet--a lot better than Tapioca Express I Might say. Also, its only $3.75 for the milk bubble teas! They also added smoothies and a variety if iced drinks. I have 2 kiddos...so, frozen yogurt is a regular occurrence. I'm not quite sure how to rate Yopop. The yogurt is certainly not as tasty or creamy as Yogurtland. Nor has the quality been consistent in our experience. But, they have coffee drinks, boba drinks and a small children's area which is great. So, if it's just the kids who are eating yogurt, we go here. Otherwise, we go to Yogurtland. read more

Staff is friendly. I love the older woman that works in the morning. She's always so sweet. Their ginger iced tea is intense. Huge fan. I typically get the mango iced tea with blueberry poppubg boba. This was a hidden gem which I cannot stop going to!!! I love the fact that when I ordered my first americano there, a complimentary treat was put beside it! And you know what? They continue to give a treat with each coffee ordered as well as a lovely punch card, so that at the end of 10 coffee, you get a free one!! Pretty good not bad, they have decent flavors. Last time I was there, there was a girl working and her fingernails were all chipped and nasty, in my opinion if your going to be working around food, your hands must look clean and presentable. DO NOT GO HERE! Bad yogurt & worse customer service. 7/25/14 @ 2:45pm. Helped myself to a couple of swirls of plain tart. Paid. Tasted. GAG ME. I said to the guy doing the register, "this tastes funny". He goes on to explain that it's tart, blah, blah...DUH! Plain Tart is my fave. Have it all the time. This had a very chemical-y taste. So, I asked to get something else & he looked at me. I said it again & he said the other guy was going to taste it. I don't care if his roly-poly colleague was going to taste it; from the looks of it, there isn't much that guy won't eat. Probably not going to be an accurate reporter. Anyway. Usually, if a customer thinks something tastes like ass, the establishment typically OFFERS to replace it. If not and the customer requests a replacement, then by all means, don't be an idiot and just go along with it. Mine ended up in the garbage. $2.18 down the drain. Across the street is Pinkberry. Down the street is Yogurtland. . I don't see how they will stay in business much longer. read more

Sooooooooooo confused about these great reviews!!! This place is absolutely NOTHING special or standout in the world of frozen yogurt, and actually comes up way short. Very limited selection of yogurt and most were not very good. VERY glassy and tangy. The saving grace was their new fat free mocha caramel which was ok at best. The toppings are what really gives this place one star. They had almost nothing...M&Ms, Heath Bar bits, snickers, chocolate chips, walnuts, sprinkles, those gross little fake brownie squares, the little fruit jellies, anddd that was it. Two tiny trays worth and everything was so stale!! The M&Ms were a light brown/white color in the middle and very bitter. The heath bar bits were so stale they were almost inedible. I couldn't believe what a tiny selection it was. I've been to frozen yogurt places that have actual brownie chunks and fresh made cookies for toppings, and tray upon tray of FRESH candy and other options, so this was a joke. I finished maybe 1/3 of my yogurt and it tasted so bland, stale and gross that I threw it out. Very nice staff. I'm sorry, but since there are so many freakin' frozen yogurt places out there, you need to stand out with a great product and lots of options, and this place fell so flat. read more

I've come here many times and I've never tried a hot chocolate. I ordered a S'more Hot Chocolate and the presentation was absolutely beautiful :) the costumer service is great and very friendly. Walked in a warm day around 2pm, I didn't see any workers, but it was slow so they must have been in the back. The lobby area is very colorful with several tables and bar like seating, with neon colored chairs. There's a lounge area near the front and a kids section towards the rear. I walked over to the cups and a large sign showed me the steps, grab a cup, dispense yogurt, add toppings and pay. Pretty simple. They had a wide variety of flavors, the classics like vanilla and chocolate and some popular ones as well like strawberry shortcake and cake batter. There were some fruit sorbet flavors as well. The dispense machines were very clean and signed well. Once I filled my cup with vanilla, I moved onto the toppings. This is where I was most impressed. Every choice was filled to the top and clearly labeled. Extremely clean and organized. They have every topping you could ask for, fresh fruit, 3 types of chocolate bars (chopped), cookie dough balls, candy toppings, chopped nuts, toasted coconut and many flavored syrup toppings(Nutella, honey and green tea). Once I was done topping my yogurt I was ready to pay. My total was around $6, not bad for what I piled on. The cashier was a young girl and very nice. In addition to yogurt they also have many drink options, coffee, frappe and teas. Great choice on the music, 50's top hits. I really enjoyed my experience today. read more
