The ramen is where it's at - nice, springy noodle texture; not overcooked. Broth was also very good. Appetizers were generally fine; the Zangi (karaage) was tasty - seasoned, moist and well-fried. The Spam fries were just okay (deep fried matchsticks of Spam, mixed in with generic pre-cut/probably pre-frozen potato fries); I would not order them again, but it was a novelty that was fun to sample in theory. A member of our party tried the sushi - it was also okay (but definitely not as good as the rest of the food). I would come back specifically for the ramen, and give the rest a pass. Service was friendly and quick, despite the restaurant being slammed. They take reservations; I would encourage getting one if you're going there on the weekend.

Really delicious ramen! The only thing that would make this place better is if they would let you order Indigo Cow ice cream from your table.

We went for a Friday night dinner and the place was busy but we were quickly seated. The server was nice and we ordered the fried gyoza and the spicy miso ramen. The noodles were tasty and nice, ramen was flavorful but not the best I have tried. The Chachu was tasty as well and the ramen came in no time. The gyoza were not for us, the deep fried made the flavor of the Chachu inside not come out well and probably would never tried fried gyoza again. For the ramen might come back again but I wish it was a bit spicy and more flavorful.

The servers were pretty attentive here (my cup was never empty) and the food came out relatively quick even though they were busy. We sat at the counter but it wasn't loud and we were able to still enjoy ourselves.

Consistently serving amazing ramen, fresh and flavorful with rotating and new seasonal dishes. Just wish they had less noodle option or allowed me to order the kids menu haha

Looks like the menu changes often. Definitely a plus that they offer chicken base broth. Food: Shrimp Bao: perfect size for 1 person to snack on while waiting. Flavorful. Ramen (cashews): rich broth and filling. Flavor wise taste like most other ramen spots. Service: very friendly and attentive! Ambiance: dark and a lil too chilly inside ( then again I went on one of those below normal temp nights)

I recently visited Yuroshiku during happy hour, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Even though reservations are strongly recommended (and really a must on weekends else the wait will kill you), the staff was super accommodating and found us a seat at the bar in a few min, which was such a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with excellent ventilation that kept the space feeling fresh, even with a busy crowd and a hopping kitchen. The service was attentive and friendly. Gotta chat briefly with the owner Chef Shohei. As for the food, I started with the Zangi, which was crispy, flavorful, and absolutely addictive chicken served with your choice of mayo or yuzu sriracha. The Chef Special Wagyu beef keema Curry was out of this world -- the wagyu was so tender, and the curry was rich and delicious without being too heavy. Was served with rice. A cold beer to wash it all down made for the perfect happy hour combo! The facilities were spotless, and the overall vibe of the place was just right -- clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I left feeling genuinely impressed and can't wait to come back to try their ramen. Highly recommend Yuroshiku for a great dining experience!! I took off 1 star for the deceptive happy hour marketing and 1 star for dim lighting & sub-optimal seating arrangement close to the entrance with no double doors which is miserable when dining on a cold blistery day. Tip #1: The Happy hour is good for drinks with $ off. However for food options it is just a small plate proportional to the price. So choose wisely! Tip #2: You need to get a drink (soda is OK) to avail of their HH menu. Tip #3: You are paying for quality than quantity, so choose wisely with guidance from Yelpers on their top sellers. They do run out of items fairly quickly.

Always go to Indigo Cow so we wanted to try the next door ramen place! We used to come here all the time when they did skewers before this newer ramen phase. We came at 6pm and there were many open tables. We got seated outside quickly but didn't receive menus or water for 15 minutes. We ordered quickly but found the ramen to be average. Nothing spectacular, hopefully it was just an off day!

This place was packed right after opening at 4:30 pm on Sunday. I think most people came to special anniversary course the restaurant is offering currently. 3 course for $30 with spicy yuzu tsukemen that was only available in the special. I loved their tsukemen when the restaurant was in Bellevue and tsukemen is hard to find at ramen restaurants in Seattle, I had to try the yuzu tsukemen. It was really good with hint of yuzu and full of flavor. The zangi was huge and good portion I couldn't finish. I ended up taking a piece of zang, half of tsukemen and matcha tiramisu back home. I really like both secret fort and yoroshiku because the quality of food is consistent, they seem to explore and evolve their menu regularly.

Stopped by for lunch on a Thursday. Artsy, modern, but relatively small space is mostly comfortable, though it can get cold in the late fall and winter when people open and close the door to enter or leave. (The colorful space through the doorway with no door, just a tapestry, separating it is sister restaurant Hidden Fort that specializes in Yakitori with a few other small plates that include some with sushi and sashimi. We had the Fisherman Ramen and the Spicy Miso Ramen with pork. The Fisherman Ramen was brimming with high-quality seafood, and it also had corn. The Spicy MIso Ramen has chashu pieces and a beautiful red color. Oh, yes, red reminds me. The place settings here are strikingly beautiful, and that includes the thin red lines around the rims of the white bowls and the unique red chopsticks. The Spicy MIso Ramen was spicy, but not so spicy as to mask the flavor. Both ramens also came with half a perfectly soft cooked egg, and thin curly noodles with a strong but perfect al dente. Both of these ramens were delicious. Layered, deep, satisfying, yet exciting flavor pours over and engulfs you. As wonderful as these were, they were both miso-based broths. Given just how delicious these two were, we want to return and try the ramens with the other various broths: shio, shoyu, chicken, vegetable, and several blends. I especially want to get the Shio and Shoyu broth ramens on my next visit to compare their interpretations to some of my favorite ramen spots. But these two ramens we ordered are somewhat unique. Sure, others offer spicy ramens, but I've never seen one this stunning to look at or this flavorful AND spicy. The red rim and red chopsticks make this one even more visually stunning. The Fisherman Ramen is unique. Seafood ramen is not common, and some restaurants offer it as an afterthought. The Fisherman Ramen at Yoroshiku is a menu star, a featured item that is part of this restaurant's fame. The corn is a genius touch. Of course, you have to like seafood to order this. But if you are a (not-fried) seafood lover, you'll swim in wonderment with this one. I will definitely be back. And we need to check out Hidden Fort too.

We drove to Wallingford for the soft ice cream and realized that we had not had a proper dinner. So we smelled ramen broth coming out of the next door which is yoroshiku and randomly walked in. I like the space. It has seating but I think of ramen best fits in counter seat or small dining table type of food. Anyhow I had spicy chashu miss. I liked it very much. Looks like cool japanese and other chef working hard behind the counter. They gave perfect portion of the meat and 具 on top of ramen. The only thing I wished was perhaps juiciness of chashu and the temperature of ramen. I wanted much much hotter as it was lukewarm.

***upgraded our ramen to the lunch combo with the karaage (other lunch combos available) and it was my favorite part of the meal ! Chicken pieces were large, juicy, and crispy. I would come back because of the karaage alone. As for the ramen, I preferred the Fisherman simply because it was stuffed to the brim with seafood while the wagyu brisket only came with two pieces. Even so, the brisket was melt-in-your-mouth delicious! These noodles were chewy and had a lot of bend to them, making them easier to pick up with chopsticks. Personally, I prefer a smoother noodle. The broth is also unique - I wouldn't be able to compare it to other ramen I've had. Planning on coming back for dinner to try the sashimi next time :)) We came right at opening so service was quick. There is bar seating and also table seating.

I ordered a miso ramen and my parents ordered the tonkatsu ramen. As someone from the Bay Area, I was so surprised by the richness of the ramen and it definitely beats some of my usual spots. Each bowl was ~$15 and a smaller bowl, so would definitely advise getting an extra batch of noodles. The chashu is melt in your mouth tender. The broth wasn't very salty or over complicated itself with a burst of spices, but highlighted the simplicity of a good ramen, tasting the long simmer of the pork. My dad was honestly pretty pissed circling around the area for an hour for parking, but said it was all worth it, even waiting in a long line.

Ramen Danbo in Capitol Hill has a simple but focused setup that puts most of the attention on the…read moreramen itself. We walked into a casual, compact space with a mix of counter and table seating that fits the quick ramen shop style. The interior is efficient and well organized, though it can get extremely busy, and the wait times are often one of the biggest parts of the experience, especially during peak hours. Once seated, the space feels functional and comfortable, designed around getting a bowl of ramen in front of you without unnecessary distractions. The ramen is built around rich tonkotsu broth with a lot of customization options. We appreciated the ability to adjust things like noodle firmness, richness, and spice level, which made each bowl feel more personalized. The regular tonkotsu ramen stood out for its deep umami flavor without feeling overly heavy, and the noodles had a great texture that held up well against the broth. The vegan options also stand out, including miso-based bowls with flavorful broths that give non-pork options more depth than many ramen shops offer. The toppings are generous, and the soft-boiled egg was cooked to that perfect jammy consistency. Beyond ramen, the menu has a few sides that complement the meal well, including gyoza that came out crisp and well filled. We also grabbed mochi ice cream for something sweet afterward, a light finish after the rich broth. The seasonal ramen options are worth checking out since they add variety beyond the standard bowls, giving regular visitors a reason to come back and try something new. Service is generally quick and friendly, especially considering how busy the restaurant gets. The ordering system is straightforward, and the staff handles the constant flow of customers efficiently. The team kept the pace moving without making the experience feel rushed, and they were attentive to refilling water and checking in on the table. The biggest downside is the popularity, since the lines can sometimes feel long for a relatively quick meal, but the wait tends to move faster than expected given the efficient turnover. Ramen Danbo is a reliable spot for a satisfying bowl of ramen in Seattle. The customizable bowls, strong broth, and consistent noodle quality make it a place worth visiting, although planning around busy hours can make the experience much better. The balance of customization and quality means you can dial in your bowl exactly how you like it, and the focused approach to the menu keeps the attention where it belongs.

I didn't add anything to mine for sauces. The takoyaki was nothing special, but I got a nice chunk of octopus. The flavor was good and I liked the hint of seafood through the fish powder, but it comes at a price point that's a tad high for me for what's in the bowl. Would still recommend ordering 1-2 extra Chashu though. I tried my friend's Original Aburasoba and the flavor profiles are pretty different, so the sauces and toppings definitely play a role.
