If they were that behind on a busy night, it is easy to assume that they are also too busy to be checking their ingredients for freshness. But this can all be fixed. The potstickers are made on demand and are so good! The hot and sour soup and salad were also very delicious! The star was really the Garlic Chicken with Wild Mushrooms. It was so full of flavor. The Red Hot Beef was also very good. We will certainly be back as we want to come for a dinner experience, but we might make it an early dinner instead of during the dinner rush.
