2nd visit and 3rd visit were satisfactory; I got the Chicken Bento and it was delicious with great flavor but the chicken was cold (I'm not sure if that's how they serve it, but I was expecting the temperature to be hot and fresh) The wait times were pretty high, the server did warn us it was a 30-45min wait for our order to come out, it was around 6pm when we went. The service was okay. They probably need more front staff to help out with dinner rushes, the servers looked frazzled, stressed and not that attentive. First time guest here. It was a rainy Xmas eve day and I was craving something warm and comforting. Glad this place was open. We were seated pretty quick and I ordered the jalapeño bombs as well as the Tonkotsu Spicy Black ramen. Everything was delicious. The ramen was flavorful and the portion was satisfying. You can selct the spicy level. I got to try both levels 1 and 2. Level 2 is on the spicier side and just on the cusp of being too much. I think 3 would be too spicy to enjoy, imo. The only good thing is now gone. This sign for free ice cream isn't even there anymore which was the only reason we kept coming back. The service is abysmal. First of all, when we walked up to the counter to place a To-Go order, the man working stopped us and said we had to stay in the front area.
