We ordered: 2 Tonkotsu Black w/Chicken, Crunch Salmon Roll and Crunch Roll. When I arrived, I had a wait a bit as the order was finishing to be put together. When I arrived at home, we both were eager to try the Ramen especially. The Ramen Broth had no flavor; taste the garlic oil. Some Ramen places you can taste the spices and depending on the oil if you want, you can taste the broth. The noodles were not fresh, tasted like packaged Ramen. Very disappointed because Ramen noodles are made fresh and brings all the ingredients together. The noodles and the broth in separate containers. Sushi was ok in my personal opinion. We really wanted to enjoy the Ramen, but it was a let down. Man! I love ramen!!! This place rocks with their ramen! Their spice level is pretty on point! Their service here is pretty good as well! They make sure they are on top of taking care of you. This place can get busy some times and other times it's not as bad. When it gets busy you could wait awhile for service. But it's not too bad. I like this place because they have rolls and alcohol. Who wouldn't add that to their ramen order!?? The restaurant here can be loud when it's busy but most times the noise level is average so you can still have pretty good conversations with your party. Upon entering I was promptly greeted and instructed to sit wherever I desired. The server took my drink order and provided a menu. He checked back with me in about three minutes and I placed my order. The tonkatsu was brought out in less than five minutes. The broth had a nice full body flavor and the soy base shined through every sip. The pork loin was more meat than fat which is rare at most ramen places I have visited. We found it off-putting that when we asked for things like sugar or soy sauce, they would bring a small sampling of the item, so you had no control over the quantity. I did order Black Garlic Ramen which the taste of the broth was unbeatable, it was super rich of flavor, while my husband had the bento chicken with various items in it. Staffs were on the point and kitchen's staffs were fun as they will greet every customers who entered the place. The only thing that I would comment from my garlic was the meat (pork) that I had, was pure pork belly fat and no meat on it. They have a cute little pig mascot that makes me feel sorry for it because it is food. The portions are big which I appreciate since it is a bit expensive. I got the vegetable ramen and my sister got the pork rib ramen. I also finally got to try a korokke which I've only ever seen in my NHK Japanese travel shows. It's kind of like a hash brown with a crispy outside, but the inside was creamy and this version had vegetables inside of it. I really liked it and could get addicted to them. I also liked the decor. Again, it's something I've only ever seen in my TV shows, like the noren, the little curtains they put up on store fronts to indicate if something is a restaurant or a shop. Lastly, we got free ice cream because I left a review on Yelp. We got a choice of matcha or strawberry, so I went with strawberry. The location of this place is perfect at The Station in Eastvale, CA. There is a wide of variety of food to choose from. Very safe and family friendly. Also there was a Costco at Birds Eye view in case you needed to go there after. While walking into the location, we were greeted and the staff was awesome. We started with some Strawberry Nigori and it was ok. We then had sweet and spicy pork and it was for sure verrry good!! Then I proceeded to have the chicken ramen. The noddles itself was good, the chicken seem to be very tough. Overall the ramen was a 7/10. Loved the feel of the place and all the decor. Wow, I can't believe it has been almost 3 years since we've eaten at Yoshiharu Ramen. The last time was during Covid-19 period. I still remember that cold drizzly day. My eldest daughter and I ordered take-out back then. Yesterday both my daughters and I were back here for another take-out visit. They no longer have the stand with the noodle bowl outside the front of its restaurant. They now have a rolling cart with their menu displayed outside though. Only go in if you're interested in dining-in or taking-out. We were interested LOL. We were only going to get one rice bowl for my youngest daughter, but our eyes got the best of us. We ended up getting 5 bowls... ~$20 turned into $80+ LOL. Rib eye beef rice bowl, teriyaki chicken rice bowl, unagi rice bowl, salmon rice bowl, and tonkatsu miso ramen noodle soup was our order. I don't remember the prices being this high 3 years back, but hey, we got to go with inflation times. It's all good. Staff was great. They were kind enough to bring our order to us when ready as we were waiting outside of the restaurant. Thank you sir! Now to the food assessment... both my daughters enjoyed their unagi, rib eye beef, and teriyaki chicken rice bowls very much. Flavor was on point. Meat portions were reasonable. Sushi rice was the right amount. Texture of rice was pleasantly good. Unagi aka eel was so good... my eldest daughter did not share with me LOL. I had the salmon rice bowl... it was okay. I wished the salmon chunks were thicker and sweeter. As for the tonkatsu miso ramen noodle soup, it hasn't been tackled yet, but I'm sure it's good, too. First time here but passed it hundreds of times thinking it was your typical ramen place. Finally ate here and the food was fantastic! I started off ordering a bottle of the strawberry nigori which was very tasty to the last drop. I ordered korokke and the rib eye beef bento box. Everything was fresh and tasted great. The rib eye was seasoned perfectly and the sushi was fresh and tasty. The service was also good and we didn't wait long to get our food. If you and the family are looking for a great local spot I recommend giving this place a shot. The inside is not too big but it has a nice ambiance to the place and just the right amount of space. First off, as soon as you walk in, there's a board of what they're out, and it's a huge list. That's your first warning. No mushrooms, no alcohol, no ....... No sesame seeds, no soy sauce, no chili crisp, cilantro, etc. we got no add ons, because they didn't have any. I hate to give bad reviews, but this a warning, not a review. The karage breading seems to be out of a bag. I was not very pleased. The only thing good about the karage was the temperature and short amount of time reaching to our table. The noodles were hot, the soup was nuke warm. I'm kind of confused. I'm contemplating if it's just a the way the ramen is supposed to be prepared. The radio was a little loud, but I think that's just a personal preference but it seems no one else is minding the loud bump of the music. Eastvale has been our new go to shopping area since it has Ranch 99 and a Costco juxtaposed together. The area is clean and newly constructed. The only issue is that we struggle to find an eatery nearby that opens early enough and suited everyone's taste buds (most opens at 12 noon). Today, my daughter was craving dumplings while the rest is the family wanted noodles. Our trusty Yelp app led us to Yoshiharu Ramen which checked all the boxes. We were a bit early and were told to come back in fifteen minutes. While waiting, we wondered around and discovered new eateries. Exactly at 11:30 AM, we showed up and were seated by the bar in three minutes. We were given menus and asked about drinks. We were ready to order though since we had to wait. There was a small party ahead of us, and they were tended to first. I did notice that it took a while before they came back, and my wife had to flag them down. The downfall of sitting near the bar was that you could see all the food come out and our hopes went up every time food was ready (and it wasn't ours). After an agonizing fifteen minute wait, our takoyaki and gyoza came out. The kids were starving but had to wait a bit to eat as it was piping hot. It was worth the wait though because both the takoyaki and gyoza had a nice, golden exterior. The takoyaki has a soft chew with hidden tako pearls within. The gyoza was crunchy revealing the soft meat on the inside. We each ordered different ramen including the expensive lobster and rib ramen. My wife ordered the tonkatsu black and my father-in-law the tonkatsu miso. My kids happily nommed away on the ramen and wanted more. I tasted a bit of my wife's tonkatsu black and it was a delicious porky, rich broth. My lobster ramen was loaded with lobster, mussels, and calamari rings but the broth was on the saltier side. The rib ramen had an average taste but the rib itself looked plain without any color looking drastically different from the menu photo. I've eaten here more than a few times since it's in the Ranch 99 market parking lot. Appetizer plates on menu came out last. The black Hot plate as it appears on menu- implies sizzling or hot dish but it's just for show, the oily bottom of rib eye dish congealed with partially cooked raw white onions. No steam from dish. No steam from Ramen bowl this visit and last visit. This time, the server was kind and heated in the microwave for me, so that I can eat my soup base pork broth spicy miso bowl. The first visit, I got a shoulder shrug and just didn't eat it- took it home and reheated it. I felt catfished with the Calamari photos on menu much more attractive than what appeared in person- the rings and plastic dipping sauce not appealing. Avoid this calamari. It is also on appetizer menu and came second to last. Bowl of rice was a la carte to go with the rib eye appetizer plate. This bowl of rice came out first. So it was cold by the time the last item from the appetizer menu came to the table- the rib eye plate. Ambience... small but sufficient table place sittings. Outside patio seating is general seating for all the eateries. It's not the servers' fault- tip them as usual. It's like a diner - you order. Food will come out when it comes out- and it may be cold even though it's a soup bowl. So just ask the server to microwave it and they will. Do not order appetizers unless you want them as your dessert. Not as appeared in photos- this place presents Japanese food like a diner fast food place but for $80.00 instead of diner prices. Big ramen bowl photo op out front is no longer there in spring of 2025. Maybe it will return when it's warmer. Will I return? Probably since I am at that ranch 99 food court and that string of eateries across the parking lot. I recommend ordering it as take out- I think if I do that- take out and eat it at home- I will be able to give this place 4 stars since I will only order the ramen and probably crispy rice spicy tuna. Unfortunately both times, I've eaten here the food was cold. The other times, I've stopped by and gotten the ice cream macarons- just in and out. The ramen noodles were way too firm and completely flavorless, as if they hadn't absorbed any broth at all. I was craving ramen and Jinya ramen was a 30 minute wait which I did not want to do, So I found this place in Eastvale. The area is new for me as I did not know there were so many restaurants around here. The inside had plenty of seating and I got seated immediately. They had some cute decorations with a table for a big group of people. The servers were quick to come and take your order. I ordered their Tonkotsu black and my girlfriend ordered their Tonkotsu spicy black. I ordered extra noodles and an extra order of egg. I also ordered their spam musubi. When I got the bowl of ramen I made sure I got all of my order and I got the extra order of noodles with egg. I dug around my bowl looking for another egg but didn't find any. I told the server that I did not receive my extra egg only to be told that their Tonkotsu black does not come with an egg. Well that was disappointing as most ramen places I have been too have included a seasoned egg for their Tonkatsu black. Other than that the ramen and broth was delicious and so was the pork.
