Has been my go-to poke spot for years. They pack the bowls and sometimes I have to scoop some out to the lid to make room to eat around which I'm not complaining. I have yet to try their ramen but I've heard good things. I always get a small and it is enough food for me. Sometimes it's a little too much food and I have small snack left over for later! Fish here is pretty fresh. I haven't had any digestion issues if you know what I mean. If you like your toppings to be all mixed together with the sauce you choose let staff know. Otherwise- Seaweed, Edamame, Crab Meat and Ginger is scooped and topped into your bowl.

A dear friend of mine's husband recommended Ichi Poki & Ramen for their amazing poke bowl in the past. Thank you my friend. I was in the neighborhood getting some poke bowls at another poke joint. Yes, I got 2 poke bowls in one night. Hey, never be afraid of more food LOL. This place is located at the Chino Spectrum Town Center (CSTC). Funny, I actually had a hard time finding it, but I eventually made it here. Let's just say CSTC is huge. They weren't too busy at the time of my arrival. There are 2 self-ordering kiosks for use. I ended up not using them and just walked up to the order line. The poke bowls come in small (2 scoops), medium (3 scoops), and large (5 scoops). I always go big so yes, I got the large! LOL The big chunks of salmon caught my attention so I got all 5 scoops of the same salmon plus all veggies on a bed of fresh salad. I didn't have the sauces mixed with the ingredients in the bowl. I got the sauces on the side instead. As for the dry toppings, I got them all, too. As for the sauces, I went with spicy mayo, eel sauce, and their house special sauce. I haven't eaten it yet, but I know it's going to be really really good based on the freshness of their ingredients. I got a tonkotsu ramen for my youngest daughter since she doesn't care for poke bowls... it's more like she doesn't like raw fish period... she says it doesn't have flavor. Perspective! LOL Staff was okay. Ambiance was spacious and quaint. The wall has a really nice creative art. Lots of inside seating. There is outside seating, too. I'll have to be back to try their ramen. Thanks Ichi!

Two adults and two kids went into Ichi POKI & ramen for lunch. Service is friendly, we are immediately greeted upon entering the restaurant. We use the kiosk to order all the menu items. However, the kiosk order system is hard to make changes. We order one small POKI bowl; lots of ingredients and combinations! It's very satisfying. Tonkotsu ramen is average with typical ramen half egg, and, chashu pork meat. Potato korroke is with pea and corns and better than average. Overall it's best place for POKI. I have not order specialty drinks, so no comment on that. The restaurant is typical modern eatery, simple and clean.

The servers are always polite and I get the small and always leave full. They give great portion which I appreciate, because I've seen other poke places where they give such small portion of the protein. Poki is my go to dish when I'm hungry but want quality food for an affordable price point. I love the variety of the sauces they have as well!

FIRST visit: Casual poké place that's clean and fun to customize * FARES feasted on:   === 3 very distinct poké bowls (we all got the 4 scoops/medium) * FRIENDLY service: Yes * FRESH air seating outside? Yes * FAIR pricing: Yes * FEE processing: None. Accepts credit cards * FREE parking: Yes, sometimes crowded on weekends but it's a huge lot so you can circle around * FYI: You order from them almost buffet-style (go down the line) and choose protein, base, toppings, sauce. They also offer lots of other kinds of dishes other than poké as well. FOUR & 1/2 stars **** '

Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. Too excited to eat, forgot to take before pic. It's good!

I haven't been here for a while and today I saw they have ramen on their menu. I was excited to try and it did not disappoint. I knew in the back of my mind that it'd be good since I've been to their restaurant since they opened Shabu place, Ichikawa. My kids had the poke today and everything is fresh. Salmon, crab and seaweed salad are great and they give a great amount of food. It's definitely the best poke in the area. I had the spicy tonkotsu ramen. It was delish. Surprisingly, the ramen broth is flavorful, yet it's not overly salty. Very well balanced. I can taste the tonkotsu flavor on the broth. They cooked the egg perfectly and it's nice also they added a touch of onion. Service was nice too. Definitely will go back again for another round of ramen.

Poke Build Your Own Bowl (4 Scoops)

I am not even quite halfway through this bowl but I can tell you this is the best poke bowl I've ever had and will be back here on a regular basis. The woman in the front was nice and attentive. It's also unique that this poke place offers additions like crawfish which most poke places don't have.

Best Poki I have had in chino/chino hills. My husband had the ramen. We also had the peach lychee tea and Jasmine milk tea which were also good

We were seated pretty quick and I ordered the jalapeño bombs as well as the Tonkotsu Spicy Black ramen. Everything was delicious. The ramen was flavorful and the portion was satisfying. You can selct the spicy level. I got to try both levels 1 and 2. Level 2 is on the spicier side and just on the cusp of being too much. I think 3 would be too spicy to enjoy, imo. The noodles were cooked perfectly. Im glad I got the black garlic addition. It added an extra layer of flavor. I will be checking this place out some more.

One thing to keep in mind is that the bowls don't automatically include the salted egg, so you'll have to shell out a few extra dollars if you want that classic topping. While the meal itself was a hit, the logistics of the meal were a bit more frustrating. The service was fairly lackluster and felt mostly absent; we waited quite a while for attention, and the overall pace was very slow. It's the kind of place where you have to be proactive if you need a refill or the check. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant is a major concern. Everything felt "sticky" from the tables to the floors and the bathrooms were definitely not well-maintained. It's hard to fully enjoy a premium-priced meal when the environment feels a bit neglected. On a brighter note, the location is very convenient. Since it's tucked into a large strip mall, parking is incredibly easy and stress-free, which isn't always the case in Chino Hills. If you are a "food first" person who doesn't mind a bit of grit and slow service, the ramen is worth a try, but the management could definitely step up the cleaning

Menu is small but I prefer it that way. We opted for a Tonkatsu Ramen, a Spicy Miso Ramen, and a roll (sorry, I can't remember the name of the roll). Tonkatsu Ramen: classic ramen. Delicious. Broth was flavorful. Noodles were cooked perfectly. Spicy Miso Ramen: definitely not too spicy. Broth was good. Noodles were good. Toppings were plentiful. I really liked the way the egg was cooked. Really enjoyed this ramen but I think next time I'll get the non spicy version to really taste the broth. Roll: This was a really delicious roll. It had shrimp, benito flakes, maybe an eel sauce(?). It was a great roll. A good sized roll, perfect for sharing. Overall, this was a great spot for ramen. Left satisfied and full. Service could be friendlier but definitely not a deal breaker. Definitely worth checking out.

Shabu Wara has been our go to shabu shabu spot since moving to this area and it's been great. Service was never their strength, but we glanced over it since it's the only descent shabu shabu restaurant on the area. Over the past few months, service has gotten exponentially worse with each visit. Our final straw was being seated and left unacknowledged for 10 minutes. No drink orders, no "we'll be right with you", nothing... This would've been the point of walking out, but my kids were saying they were hungry and going to another restaurant at that point would've been too late for their bedtime. I ended up walking up to a server who was about to help another table that was seated after us and said we'd like to order as no one's helped us. After finishing what he was doing, he walked up to our table with an ordering tablet and didn't say a word, just stood there staring at us. He took our order, got it wrong a few times, then FINALLY got our food. Not one server checked in on us the whole meal. Not one server offered the check. Just constant flagging down servers for everything. As I mentioned before, I reached out to management via email to try and bring this up on a professional level, but my multiple emails were left unanswered. I write this not to bash a business, but in hopes management sees this and starts correcting how their staff operates to not destroy an otherwise good restaurant.

This is literally the only non AYCE sushi place I'll go to. I've tried all the other sushi places (and there's a lot) near me, and the quality elsewhere doesn't compare to here. I'll age the prices at a bit higher here as well than other places, but it truly makes up for it in food quality! If you've never been here before, coming into the restaurant it'll look like a small hole in the wall restaurant from Japan. They even have a wooden overhang in the booth sections to give it that Japanese feel. There are a couple mini bench seats in the front waiting area. People are usually standing up or waiting outside. There's only a handful of tables and booths, so there's usually a wait. Make sure to put your name down on the paper when you get in for the waiting list so you don't lose your spot. The ambiance may seem a little dark when walking in, but once you get seated there's ample lighting to see the menu and to eat. The food and service are still top notch. I love anything I get from here. My usual is the bento box though since it comes pretty much with everything for a meal. If not, I'll opt for the salmon skin salad as my 2nd choice. I've pretty much tried everything on the menu by now.. and nothing disappoints. Leah has been our server for years.. and she is the best! Always friendly and with a smile. Quick to take our order, bring drinks, refills.. anything we need. Can't beat great food and service. If you're looking for a local sushi place, gotta give this a try.
