I absolutely love this place and come here almost every time I'm in the Chino Hills area. The fish and everything else they serve are nice and fresh. I always get the Small and the portions are so generous! The small comes with 3 portions of protein. I get almost all the toppings which is already a lot! The Ichi and Eel sauces are so yummy! There's lots of seating available inside and outside. It's nice and clean. There's also ordering screens available but you can also order your poke at the counter.

Stopped by after a trip to Cal Poly. My son ordered a large poke bowl with salmon. Service was quick and friendly. The bowl was filled with fresh salmon and all the fixin's. I liked how the salmon were cut in huge cubes. Overall, a great spot for your poke craving.

Has been my go-to poke spot for years. They pack the bowls and sometimes I have to scoop some out to the lid to make room to eat around which I'm not complaining. I have yet to try their ramen but I've heard good things. I always get a small and it is enough food for me. Sometimes it's a little too much food and I have small snack left over for later! Fish here is pretty fresh. I haven't had any digestion issues if you know what I mean. If you like your toppings to be all mixed together with the sauce you choose let staff know. Otherwise- Seaweed, Edamame, Crab Meat and Ginger is scooped and topped into your bowl.

A dear friend of mine's husband recommended Ichi Poki & Ramen for their amazing poke bowl in the past. Thank you my friend. I was in the neighborhood getting some poke bowls at another poke joint. Yes, I got 2 poke bowls in one night. Hey, never be afraid of more food LOL. This place is located at the Chino Spectrum Town Center (CSTC). Funny, I actually had a hard time finding it, but I eventually made it here. Let's just say CSTC is huge. They weren't too busy at the time of my arrival. There are 2 self-ordering kiosks for use. I ended up not using them and just walked up to the order line. The poke bowls come in small (2 scoops), medium (3 scoops), and large (5 scoops). I always go big so yes, I got the large! LOL The big chunks of salmon caught my attention so I got all 5 scoops of the same salmon plus all veggies on a bed of fresh salad. I didn't have the sauces mixed with the ingredients in the bowl. I got the sauces on the side instead. As for the dry toppings, I got them all, too. As for the sauces, I went with spicy mayo, eel sauce, and their house special sauce. I haven't eaten it yet, but I know it's going to be really really good based on the freshness of their ingredients. I got a tonkotsu ramen for my youngest daughter since she doesn't care for poke bowls... it's more like she doesn't like raw fish period... she says it doesn't have flavor. Perspective! LOL Staff was okay. Ambiance was spacious and quaint. The wall has a really nice creative art. Lots of inside seating. There is outside seating, too. I'll have to be back to try their ramen. Thanks Ichi!

Two adults and two kids went into Ichi POKI & ramen for lunch. Service is friendly, we are immediately greeted upon entering the restaurant. We use the kiosk to order all the menu items. However, the kiosk order system is hard to make changes. We order one small POKI bowl; lots of ingredients and combinations! It's very satisfying. Tonkotsu ramen is average with typical ramen half egg, and, chashu pork meat. Potato korroke is with pea and corns and better than average. Overall it's best place for POKI. I have not order specialty drinks, so no comment on that. The restaurant is typical modern eatery, simple and clean.

FIRST visit: Casual poké place that's clean and fun to customize * FARES feasted on:   === 3 very distinct poké bowls (we all got the 4 scoops/medium) * FRIENDLY service: Yes * FRESH air seating outside? Yes * FAIR pricing: Yes * FEE processing: None. Accepts credit cards * FREE parking: Yes, sometimes crowded on weekends but it's a huge lot so you can circle around * FYI: You order from them almost buffet-style (go down the line) and choose protein, base, toppings, sauce. They also offer lots of other kinds of dishes other than poké as well. FOUR & 1/2 stars **** '

The servers are always polite and I get the small and always leave full. They give great portion which I appreciate, because I've seen other poke places where they give such small portion of the protein. Poki is my go to dish when I'm hungry but want quality food for an affordable price point. I love the variety of the sauces they have as well!

Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. Too excited to eat, forgot to take before pic. It's good!

I haven't been here for a while and today I saw they have ramen on their menu. I was excited to try and it did not disappoint. I knew in the back of my mind that it'd be good since I've been to their restaurant since they opened Shabu place, Ichikawa. My kids had the poke today and everything is fresh. Salmon, crab and seaweed salad are great and they give a great amount of food. It's definitely the best poke in the area. I had the spicy tonkotsu ramen. It was delish. Surprisingly, the ramen broth is flavorful, yet it's not overly salty. Very well balanced. I can taste the tonkotsu flavor on the broth. They cooked the egg perfectly and it's nice also they added a touch of onion. Service was nice too. Definitely will go back again for another round of ramen.

Poke Build Your Own Bowl (4 Scoops)

I am not even quite halfway through this bowl but I can tell you this is the best poke bowl I've ever had and will be back here on a regular basis. The woman in the front was nice and attentive. It's also unique that this poke place offers additions like crawfish which most poke places don't have.

Best Poki I have had in chino/chino hills. My husband had the ramen. We also had the peach lychee tea and Jasmine milk tea which were also good

One thing to keep in mind is that the bowls don't automatically include the salted egg, so you'll have to shell out a few extra dollars if you want that classic topping. While the meal itself was a hit, the logistics of the meal were a bit more frustrating. The service was fairly lackluster and felt mostly absent; we waited quite a while for attention, and the overall pace was very slow. It's the kind of place where you have to be proactive if you need a refill or the check. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant is a major concern. Everything felt "sticky" from the tables to the floors and the bathrooms were definitely not well-maintained. It's hard to fully enjoy a premium-priced meal when the environment feels a bit neglected. On a brighter note, the location is very convenient. Since it's tucked into a large strip mall, parking is incredibly easy and stress-free, which isn't always the case in Chino Hills. If you are a "food first" person who doesn't mind a bit of grit and slow service, the ramen is worth a try, but the management could definitely step up the cleaning

Cucumber salad (5/5): refeshing cucumber slices with a hint of vinegar mixed either bits and nori and sesame seed! They added a few slices of crab salad to top it all off! I looked around and there were only 4 tables occupied leaving a good amount open. Now I understand they have takeout orders so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. We waited 5 min to be acknowledged and it was a brief "we'll be right with you guys" to us and 2 other parties. Then a young girl with dark long hair in a pony tail completely gazed over us (we were first in line at the counter where the sign said please wait to be seated) and looked at the couple behind us and said I can seat you guys. My spouse said, "we were actually waiting first." And she said oh okay come with me. She sat us in the back by the restrooms at a DIRTY table that had not been wiped down not floor cleaned. I had to step over 3 crumpled up napkins and food residue to be sat at a table that had spilled water and soy sauce on it. Rather than apologize and seat us at the next table, she moved on to the next guests, so we took it upon ourselves to move tables because that is just disgusting and poor sanitary conditions. Then it was about 10 minutes later that she came back with waters which we appreciated. She did not let us know she would be back to take our order, instead she went to the next table and handed them their waters and offered to take their order. I went to use the restroom closest to the tables and let me say it was appalling. Trash overflowing, paper towels on the floor, the paper towel holder falling off the wall. Just Gross. After coming back I asked my spouse if she came around yet and he said no. We felt ignored, dismissed, and not cared about as customers. So we left. And we will not be returning. Really disappointed in the staff and this experience as we have been here before and have never experienced this with other staff members/the males working. The Gen Z staff need to be appropriately trained on communication, manners, and etiquette when guests arrive. You don't ignore people, you greets them and acknowledge them. Had we been acknowledged or communicated with we would completely understand. Would not recommend.

We got counter seating for 3 people. No wait. For our dinner, we got the: spicy miso tonkotsu, miso, and the sukiyaki broths, which were all decently solid. A bit light, but not too salty or dehydrating at the least. We all used sauce generously with our order, so maybe we should have sipped more soup or cooked more things in it longer? But we've never had this issue with other shabu places I've been to. For meats, we got the regular sized for all and had the angus beef chuck prime, beef toro, and lamb. Decent quality meat. Slices weren't too thin or too thick. Meat didn't cook and dry up immediately like worse places I've been to. All of our food came with a veggie plate and I will admit some of the lettuce/cabbage leaves weren't the cleanest or crispest so we didn't eat as much of the veggies as we'd like... We also ordered nigiri sushi on the side, which is just okay. Usually we wouldn't get something like that unless it came with the meal like an AYCE. Decent quality salmon, lots of rice and extra arbs on top of your meal though. Overall, it's okay.
