This is my go to Poki place. I had sushi all the time, but never really try poki bowl before until I tried it for the first time at this location and I was hooked. Ever since, whenever I craved for poki bowl, this is the spot I would go to get my fix. This restaurant is very clean. As you walk in, there is a station with order menu that you could use, to circle in your order. Once you selected what you want, take the order sheet over to the friendly staff, and they will make your poki bowl. You could also order using their Ordering Kiosks. Beside the poki bowl, they also have Ramen noodle bowls as well. I usually get the small size bowl that comes with 3 scoops of proteins. Even with the small size bowl, they give you plenty of foods. I absolutely love this place and come here almost every time I'm in the Chino Hills area. The fish and everything else they serve are nice and fresh. I always get the Small and the portions are so generous! The small comes with 3 portions of protein. I get almost all the toppings which is already a lot! The Ichi and Eel sauces are so yummy! Has been my go-to poke spot for years. They pack the bowls and sometimes I have to scoop some out to the lid to make room to eat around which I'm not complaining. I have yet to try their ramen but I've heard good things. I always get a small and it is enough food for me. Sometimes it's a little too much food and I have small snack left over for later! Fish here is pretty fresh. I haven't had any digestion issues if you know what I mean. If you like your toppings to be all mixed together with the sauce you choose let staff know. A dear friend of mine's husband recommended Ichi Poki & Ramen for their amazing poke bowl in the past. Thank you my friend. I was in the neighborhood getting some poke bowls at another poke joint. Yes, I got 2 poke bowls in one night. Hey, never be afraid of more food LOL. This place is located at the Chino Spectrum Town Center (CSTC). Funny, I actually had a hard time finding it, but I eventually made it here. Let's just say CSTC is huge. They weren't too busy at the time of my arrival. There are 2 self-ordering kiosks for use. I ended up not using them and just walked up to the order line. The poke bowls come in small (2 scoops), medium (3 scoops), and large (5 scoops). I always go big so yes, I got the large! LOL The big chunks of salmon caught my attention so I got all 5 scoops of the same salmon plus all veggies on a bed of fresh salad. I didn't have the sauces mixed with the ingredients in the bowl. I got the sauces on the side instead. As for the dry toppings, I got them all, too. As for the sauces, I went with spicy mayo, eel sauce, and their house special sauce. I haven't eaten it yet, but I know it's going to be really really good based on the freshness of their ingredients. I got a tonkotsu ramen for my youngest daughter since she doesn't care for poke bowls... it's more like she doesn't like raw fish period... she says it doesn't have flavor. Perspective! LOL Staff was okay. Ambiance was spacious and quaint. The wall has a really nice creative art. Lots of inside seating. There is outside seating, too. I'll have to be back to try their ramen. Two adults and two kids went into Ichi POKI & ramen for lunch. Service is friendly, we are immediately greeted upon entering the restaurant. We use the kiosk to order all the menu items. However, the kiosk order system is hard to make changes. We order one small POKI bowl; lots of ingredients and combinations! It's very satisfying. Tonkotsu ramen is average with typical ramen half egg, and, chashu pork meat. Potato korroke is with pea and corns and better than average. Overall it's best place for POKI. I have not order specialty drinks, so no comment on that. The restaurant is typical modern eatery, simple and clean. read more

The servers are always polite and I get the small and always leave full. They give great portion which I appreciate, because I've seen other poke places where they give such small portion of the protein. I haven't been here for a while and today I saw they have ramen on their menu. I was excited to try and it did not disappoint. I knew in the back of my mind that it'd be good since I've been to their restaurant since they opened Shabu place, Ichikawa. My kids had the poke today and everything is fresh. Salmon, crab and seaweed salad are great and they give a great amount of food. It's definitely the best poke in the area. I had the spicy tonkotsu ramen. It was delish. Surprisingly, the ramen broth is flavorful, yet it's not overly salty. Very well balanced. I can taste the tonkotsu flavor on the broth. They cooked the egg perfectly and it's nice also they added a touch of onion. Service was nice too. Definitely will go back again for another round of ramen. read more

It was a hot day. I wanted something cold and fresh. Found this spot on yelp. Reviews looked good and so did the photos. I got the medium bowl. 4 scoops. I got two spicy tuna and 2 spicy salmon. Great portions! My toppings were mixed up. A little bit of everything. Topped off with salmon skin and spicy mayo. It added up to $15 but it was worth it. I have a big appetite and I can eat a lot in on e sitting. But I recommend the small. That should be enough. Everything was fresh. None of the meats looked old or dry. So I was definitely happy with my food. Service was good. Happy people and speedy. Dine in available so that was cool. I got my poke fix and I'm glad I came to try them out. Oh yes! I've seen this place and drove by many times, but it was my teenage daughter researched and suggested we come here because she knows I love Poki and the Yelp review was great. The great and the meh. First we tried to use their kiosk but it's funky and confusing (different than the kiosk than the other Poki place we frequent). So we switched to order the food directly at the counter. Staff is very friendly and personable. I ordered a medium and it's $15.25 for 4 scoops!! Wow! Really happy about that. Staff is generous I'm how much food they gave me. I tried the wasabi sauce in my protein. Interesting option, though I honestly couldn't taste it while I eat mine. However the combination of everything is just so delicious. Forgot to mention, I think the sauces taste more bland than some of the other Poki place. My daughter even appreciate how personable the staff is. She asked for cucumber on the topping, staff complimenting how refreshing it would be. My daughter said that simple and friendly comment makes her feel nice. Place is spacious and well designed for different kind of sitting corner. There were 5 staff at the counter but only about 4 customers (including myself and my daughter) but there are streams of individual customers getting food to go. We noticed that a few table down next to us has trash and mess on the floor. I think perhaps the staff needs to walk around to check and clean that up instead of all at the counter. I'm so sad, I used to love this place. Been coming here for years and it has really gone downhill the past year, since 2023. I suspect it's under new ownership. The quality of the salmon is terrible--opaque and cut into pieces as small as half a pinky nail. Tastes bad too. It used to be big, fresh chunks. I've returned several times in hopes that the last visit was a doozy, but I won't be patronizing anymore. Stingy on portions. I always order an extra scoop of salmon and rice on the side that I'd give my little girl (in addition to my own large order) but today they made me order a second, regular order. This used to be my favorite spot, but it's not at all the same anymore. As others have said, the store is under new ownership and the quality has drastically declined. When I came and got a bowl a few months back, I immediately noticed a difference just looking at the fish. The fish was cut into small bits, the salmon was almost grey and not bright orange like it usually is, and it looked dry and old. It also tasted entirely different and I barely ate half the bowl. Horrible... I've come here for years... literally years (almost 5 years). Been a customer since they opened. Lily was the person at the counter today, and blamed management for giving me the smallest 5 scoops for my large 15.95 bowl. I asked if I could get a little more because I've never witnessed such poor, sad, and sorry portion sizes. I shared with her that I've been coming for years and I've never seen so little for a large.. EVER!! Again, she said management is very strict and that servers will be in trouble for even giving the slightest bit more. HOW?! With prices going up, how can they expect it to be okay to give the smallest 5 scoops ever????? during my entire lifetime coming here. I usually get a small bowl ($9.95) of brown rice with scoops of cooked octopus, spicy tuna, and salmon with salmon skin ($1.75) and onsen tamago ($1.75) I add garlic chips, thinly sliced cucumbers, ginger, seaweed salad, crab meat, masago (which are tiny fish eggs) with ichi sauce. It's a good size amount and they have a good variety that is different from other poke places. They also have boba now, it's pretty good. I like that I can adjust the sweetness level to it. The boba is a great texture, not too soft and not too sweet. A drink is $4.25 and I tend to get jasmine cream topped tea, iced milk tea or thai tea. The staff is nice and the place is clean.
