I left the post office frustrated at the line and lack of personnel. Went to Mail Post and the gentleman on staff was very quick and very kind. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. They have several different shipping options available. They also have a wide assortment of shipping packaging on site just in case, like me, you showed up needing some. Very friendly service. Advertises ups drop off but they do not accept qr code returns and the guy in the front is extremely condescending. Was very friendly to the women but when I said I was there for an amazon package return he replied with "We dont accept those, Its 3 words on your qr return THE. UPS. STORE. okay bud?" I'm sorry but I agree with other customers and feel it is unethical to charge $1 per package to be dropped off to UPS with prepaid label already attached to packages. Ammar seems like a nice man but UPS drop off spots should not charge customers. It should be free in my opinion if you already have package ready. Very disappointed. read more

I used DHL Express on 11/19/20 and was promised and guaranteed to receive package on 11/24/20 and as of today December 4 no package and was told it would take 3-4 weeks for package to be sent back. Ammar Hashan does not take ownership and has only replied twice by email and only accepted one call after so many attempts. read more

Terrible service. Not only did they lose my package and refuse to help me track it, but they did not want to refund me the $20 they charged me for priority shipping . Gave me "store credit" written on a sticky note, but will definitely not return. Both employees I spoke to are rude and accusatory. If you want good service, do not go here. They held onto my UPS package for an extra day, so it didn't get delivered to a client in time for their trip. This is after I paid them an extra fee to take my package, over and above what UPS charges. Completely unreliable. Do not use them. read more

I went to this business to try and drop off some return Amazon UPS packages that were already pre-paid by Amazon and they charge you an additional 2.00 per box to just leave for UPS to pick up. I think that is totally a rip-off and only found them because UPS have them as a neighborhood drop off location on their website. However they failed to tell you that they charge on top of the postage. I will let UPS know to remove this business from their drop off listing because you have other businesses in the area that allow you to drop off UPS packages for FREE and don't try to nickel and dime customers like this small business. read more
