My husband and I purchased the groupon couples massage. I called on a Thursday afternoon and they easily gave us an appt for 6:30 pm that evening. We visited the Waimanu st location. It's a little sketchy looking from the outside, so you must have an open mind. You need to find street parking. Once inside, we were greeted quickly and warmly. The staff is so nice and welcoming. At the end of my massage I was told how much it cost (same price as the menu) but even after adding a tip, they decided to add an extra 10%. The reason why I'm writing this is because I just want to give a head up to any potential customers that may want to get the deal from Groupon. I called this place in the morning at or around 9:00am to schedule for an appointment. The VERY FIRST question was "Did you buy it from Groupon?" and I told the lady that I'm about to get one. She then said "Oh, we don't have anything available for next three days". Really?! From the get-go, I know they would not like any customers from Groupon deal. So, if you are planning to purchase the deal from Groupon, think twice before you make your purchase. Message to the store - If you don't want customers from Groupon, you don't have to put it on. No one force you to do so. The purpose of putting your business in Groupon is to PROMOTE your business, not the other way around. I had the best massage today. He staff lady was so good. I was massage first with sheet and then my tight back and shoulders. I told her about a hamstring tear and problem pelvic when I sat. They were very accommodating on the appointment time -- called them two days before the desired time and they got us in no problem. Pressure was perfect. Feel thoroughly squished and smushed without feeling achy. The scents from the candles added to the relaxation without being overpowering. I of course fell asleep during the foot part... Typical. Went in for 120 minute massage. First off Mandy was an amazing therapist and their fight against COVID-19 was superb. I didn't get names but the 3 ladies there were great. I bought a Groupon for a 70 min Hot Stone massage after reading all the good reviews. Making an appointment was easy even tough the lady that answered the phone was ESL (English as a Second Language). So I made an appointment for the next morning. This is a small little SPA that's kinda hidden, I frequent the area a lot and didn't even know there was a SPA there. It's right next door to Harry's Cafe. This place was a minus 1 star because there was no real communication once I arrived. I was greeted by a lady and she asked if I had an appointment. I said yes then she said to follow her (so I think she did since it was a little hard to understand). She tells me to go into the room and a guy comes in and tells me to put my belongings into a basket and I can get on the table. The guy ends up being my masseuse which I was not aware of since the lady didn't say anything. He doesn't introduce himself nor does he ask if I have any problem areas. He just starts massaging. He asked me one time if pressure was okay and that was it. The massage ends up being not bad. So I bought a 70 min massage but when I looked at my watch it was just under 60 mins. I would of given this place more stars but by not catering to the client I think that's a big thing. read more

The prices are reasonable and the location is close to most of the main attractions, however, not the best massage place. The massage felt okay in the moment, however, I felt uncomfortable once I moved away from the massage bed. Even worse, the next day my upper back was killing me!
