Decided to bring my truck here after reading their reviews. They worked on my truck for about a week and were able to fix my evap issue. They're very communicative and always kept me informed on what needed to be done. They had even done a general inspection and advised me of other issues my truck had and should consider getting fixed/replaced. The only issue i had was when i picked up my truck. The spare tire was removed from underneath using my tools and they didn't bother putting anything back before i picked it up. The spare tire and tools were just thrown in the back cargo area. Also, they removed the protective panel that covers the fuel filler hose and did not put that back on. Now i have an exposed fuel filler hoses in the rear wheel well. I have to now go buy fasteners to reattach the plastic panel because it seems those were lost or broken. read more

Its always tough trying to find a mechanic that is honest, fair, and reasonable. The owner Paul said his is son, Brian, are beyond helpful. They were about to close for the day, but stayed open to finish my wheel alignment. Their prices are not just affordable, they really cut the competition. If there was a six star this place would be the first to receive it. From the moment you walk in to the several processes it takes to fix your vehicle the staff are very friendly and business oriented. I came in for a breaks and rotors, I definitely can do it myself, I just couldn't do it with enough time to be ready before school. I was able to be seen and have all my rotors and brakes fixed and replaced with time to get to class. The mechanics are very knowledgeable, and tactful. I use the word tactful because most of my experiences with mechanics, the mechanics try to upsell a lot of things that you didn't come in to take care of at that moment. That was not the case with this shop, they told me about some things that I might need to fix later, and let me know my vehicle was safer than it was when it came in. They took a car (my son's) that I wasn't too confident in with a massive oil leak and only giving me a quick review and letting me know that they just weren't sure if that was the only problem gave me a quote... they took their time and did the job right (and it wasn't a simple one) and kept me informed all the way. This place is a joke! They tout themselves on great Customer Service however they are far from it. The office clerk Chadity is very rude and never returns my phone calls in a timely manner. So when I need to go in and get updates on my truck, she is always on her phone using Facebook. So unprofessional! I will never bring my vehicle back here.
