As a catering chef who has prepared brisket myself, I have never experienced meat this over-seasoned. The salt completely overwhelmed the flavor and ruined what could have been a very enjoyable meal. After spending $44, I expected much better. I even received a call from my doctor regarding my blood pressure, which made the excessive salt especially concerning. The cooking quality was there, but the seasoning needs significant improvement.
