Had an amazing lunch combo. They never have disappointed me. Since 1995.

Still award winning in town as the best Asian spot (Vietnamese). Be picky if you like... this is the ONLY 5 star restaurant in Fort Collins, in my humble opinion. And it's so popular you should call ahead sometimes! When I am sad, I go there to eat. It always cheers me up. Because it is not only excellent food, but also the company and atmosphere.

I stumbled upon this restaurant while scrolling through Yelp. I knew I had wanted Asian food, but I wasn't sure what type. This restaurant is in a little strip mall tucked in the corner and from the outside you can tell it is a little bit of a nicer Asian restaurant. They market it as a cocktail bar and restaurant. The menu is relatively straightforward . They have the appetizers some entrées, soups and some special noodle bowls as well as special grilled entrees. They do offer pho, but it didn't seem like that was the focus for this particular restaurant. The wait stuff was very polite and very knowledgeable. I asked for recommendations and ended up settling on a grilled pork plate with rice and veggies. My meal also came with a soup as well as a spring roll. I was a little tired, so I also ordered a Vietnamese coffee. The coffee was delightful. I like that they gave us a little thermos to be able to adjust the strength. The soup was hot and sour soup, which is not one of my favorites, but it wasn't bad. The pork plate was definitely the star of the show. It was grilled slices of pork that were seasoned wonderfully. It was served on a bed of lettuce and came with marinated carrots, cucumbers, and some slices of tomato. The spring roll was nice and crispy and I enjoyed the dipping sauce that came with it. While, I don't think the point of the lettuce was to make wraps, that's what I did with it and it was fantastic I didn't end up going to the bathroom, so I'm not sure how clean it was or if they had a changing table but the restaurant was very clean otherwise. My entrée was $16 and my coffee $8. Which is I believe reasonable for the quality and quantity I was given. I will absolutely be back and I highly recommend this place.

Young's is a FoCo staple! They have great lunch specials, friendly service, and tasty food. Portions are generous. The lunchtime ambiance is bustling and welcoming. The Vietnamese coffee is to die for!

Pho and vermicelli noodles were not bad, but not memorable either. Fried rice was kinda ketchupy. Big seating area and really busy! Friendly service, but wish they offered us chopsticks. Also, they also have two really nice aquariums, which was great for occupying the toddler.

This place is always busy, service is great and the food is delicious! So many options! We ordered the wontons for an appetizer - yum! And then we got two dishes and split them; we tried the beef and broccoli and the pineapple chicken. Both were great! The beef is so tender and flavorful and broccoli was cooked perfectly. The pineapple chicken is definitely what I would order again next time - packed with flavors, veggies and pineapple. It does state this is a spicy dish but ours wasn't spicy at all. I do wish the dishes came a little more saucier and would ask for extra sauce on the side next time, but overall a great spot for food!

It's served with all of the toppings (plenty of bean sprouts, fresh jalapeños, Thai basil, and lime). The broth is flavorful. They have small, medium, and large serving sizes, but even the small is a generous portion. I usually get the steak pho. I've also ordered the steak pho as a to-go meal and they package everything perfectly so you can assemble your pho at home with the steak not being overcooked. They also provide hoisin sauce and sriracha with your to-go meal. Absolute perfection :) Another favorite is the combo noodle bowl with tofu. The tofu seems to be grilled and is one of the best tofu dishes I've found in FoCo. It's served with vermicelli noodles, plenty of fresh ingredients like cilantro, cucumbers, and carrots. They also serve their house fish sauce to drizzle over the noodle bowl. The combo noodle bowl includes an egg roll that's perfectly crispy and flavorful. I also recommend the banh mi with pho broth; One of the best soup and sandwich combos. The banh mi is big so I've usually eaten about half and saved the second half for a later meal. It's absolutely delicious with the fresh jalapeños, cilantro, and pickled vegetables which lighten up the sandwich. The service here is always great. I've always been seated right away and the servers are attentive, helpful, and friendly. The restaurant has plenty of seating, but only indoor seating is available. The vibe here is pretty casual and there's not much that stands out about it, but the food is great and the space is pretty chill so it's a great place to meet with friends and/or co-workers.

I easily found a spot in the parking lot and my son and I were welcomed in and seated. We ordered our beverages, Fanta for him and hot jasmine tea for me. We ordered our food at the same time as our beverages. Unfortunately for us, there were two large tables that had just put in their orders. I understand that would make it busy in the kitchen. It took 25 minutes for our beverages to come and then another 40 minutes for our food to come out, so I asked for to go boxes and the check when the food came. We ate some of our dinner then packed the rest to have later so we would make it to the concert on time. We both got drunken noodles. My son got his with chicken, mild and I got mine with shrimp, spicy. They were delicious. I appreciate that we could just walk up to the register when it was time to check out so that we could speed on our way. Though timing was an issue, the food itself was great and I would go back.

Majority of Pho in NoCo has been salty & bland. Since then, I've tried at least 5-6 places already that serve Pho...and I'm going to say...this is a Top 3 in CO, #1 in Loveland (per my taste buds). Here at PBM, there's balance issue in pho broth. I'm looking & savoring the backbone slow-simmered beef richness (usually from marrow bones, oxtail, brisket), with aromatics like star anise, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon acting more like background notes--not the main show. Maybe it was an off day, which that would be good...that would give me hope that the broth is being made in-house! I will come back again, in hopes that PBM will validate being THE BEST in Loveland!

It's located in a strip mall next to some other delicious options with ample parking. I walked in and was seated immediately at a booth along the wall with the menu strategically placed below the glass covering the tablecloth. Me being me, I'd already researched and knew what I wanted so when the server immediately asked if I knew what I wanted as she was seating me I was ready to go. No more than maybe 10 minutes (at most) later, my rare beef and brisket pho was in front of me. The servings are massive (I ordered the regular, not the large), and it's very noodle-heavy. They have the sriracha and hoisin/plum sauce in containers on the tables so you never need to request more unlike other pho restaurants I've visited. The flavors were on point, the broth was wonderfully hot and just what I needed on a chilly day. It took a minute to get the one server (who was working her ass off) to bring a to-go container, and next time around I would likely request an additional broth to take home with me since it was VERY noodle-heavy, but I will absolutely be back time and time again!

Drinks were on point, and the little details in the atmosphere (lighting, ambiance, layout) made it feel special. For food, we kept it simple but tasty: fries and their edamame bowl with cocktails. Both hit the mark -- the fries were crisp and fun, and the edamame bowl was a smart choice for a lighter, shareable app. We didn't get sushi this visit (so I can't weigh in on that), but for what we had the experience was solid. The patio upstairs is a standout: great for a friend date or casual hang, especially if you're looking for something more upbeat. Service for us was attentive and friendly, which added to the good vibes. If I were to suggest one improvement: I'd like to try more of the main menu next time (especially sushi or a full entree) to get a full sense of what they offer. But for now, I'd absolutely recommend this place for drinks + apps with friends in Fort Collins. We'll be back.
