Asked 2 times for chili oil only for it to finally arrive once the food was cold. Need to give less tables to staff and try to increase staff. Grabbed some takeout from here last night for the first time. It was definitely busy, always a good sign at a restaurant. I ordered the make your own combo (on the back page of the menu) and got the garlic sauce duck. The duck was perfectly cooked and the vegetable to meat ratio was good, no skimping on the duck. Served with steamed white rice. Definitely a filling meal, if I had gotten it for lunch instead of dinner it probably could have made two smaller meals. In my opinion it was a little pricey for the meal, but I'm also from out of state so maybe the prices are in line with the area's average. One complaint I have is my takeout didn't have any utensils with it. Not a problem I suppose if you are taking it home but it was a little annoying since I am staying in a hotel. read more

I enjoyed my dinner here with my mother. I got the steamed dumplings with noodles and my mom got the house tid bits and we shared both. Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious. The vegetables were fresh and the sauces were flavorful. The marinades on the "tid-bits" meal's meat was soooo good! The service was great and the restaurant was clean. I came here for some Vietnamese food with a colleague for lunch on a Wednesday. He said he liked the place and wanted to come here so I couldn't say no. While the food at this place isn't bad, I felt like it wasn't very authentic for pho. The place seems more like a Chinese restaurant. They do have a pretty large menu so it's definitely a place that a large party can come to and have something for everyone. It seems like they want to do a big range of menu items, so what I wanted (pho) wasn't their main dish. Don't get me wrong, the pho wasn't bad. But then again, it's pretty hard to tank a beef broth with noodles at a restaurant. With the right amount of basil, sprouts, lemon, and some sriracha, pho can be tweaked to fit your taste buds. I do like that everything comes single serve. All of the aforementioned ingredients come on the same tray as the bowl of pho, which I never got to experience before. Overall, not bad, but probably won't be my go to for pho. read more

Big fan of this place. The lemongrass is my go-to when I'm craving pho. I've also tried the duck, which was sooo satisfying. The flaming soup has typically been very solid, but one time it came out lukewarm so that was disappointing. I was recently in town visiting friends and insisted that we visit Young's. I cannot even count the number of evenings I spent at Young's during grad school at CSU. Avoiding homework? Young's. Cold day and want hot soup? Young's. Want a really fresh, well seasoned vermicelli bowl? Young's. I adore this place and multiple waiters know my friend and I's orders and even remember after I came back (after a year)! The lemongrass chicken soup is a staple. It's spicy and tangy and delicious. I add veggies for a well rounded meal. I'm also obsessed with the pork rice paper wraps which are enough to be a meal in themselves. Their peanut sauce is also some of the best I've had (especially in Fort Collins). 10/10 for young's always. read more

Me, the jury is still out. If I were to rate it right now, I would give it 2-3 stars for their pho. Mine arrived not very hot, although the standard garnishes and toppings were quite good. The broth wasn't that fantastic in my opinion - I always taste the broth before I add anything to the bowl. Service was excellent and it was a comfortable space. Been here few times. Seemed it's more Chinese American than it is Vietnamese since they referred to pho as simply beef noodle soup. Last two times, I've had the beef noodle pho. And both times, the broth was nice and hot. But pho it is not. Overall, the beef noodle soup is on the bland side if you don't put in the brown sauce and/or hot sauce. read more

The wife and I came here about a year ago shortly after moving to Fort Collins and ordered the pho. It was pho-king terrible. Seriously, if you've ever had pho at a real Vietnamese restaurant in a real/large city, you will be thoroughly disappointed. The broth just was not right. So you're probably wondering, how is this a four star review? We have a couple friends that wanted to go out for dinner here this weekend, and we tagged along to order anything BUT the pho. We got the spring rolls, super pork bowl, and the grilled pork rice paper wraps. They were all excellent and on par with Vietnamese food we've had in California. I was shocked! So I'll drop the one star review I would give for the pho and bump up Young's to four stars for everything else! read more

Might have wished for a few more beers in the selection but you'll find something there. Typically I assume that spice label to mean "volcanic". Nonetheless it was well liked. Sweet and Sour Pork was very good as well, loads of flavor. Finally, also enjoyed by everyone was the Crispy noodles, though maybe a bit milder and "flatter" flavor wise than the other 2 dishes. Late night dinner and I was surprised there were two large tables of 10+ Way too noisy and thankfully they were happy to seat us. I loved the wide variety of dishes and the beef with ginger and scallions caught my eye. Pictures always look delicious! The slices of beef were tender and not chewy and tough at all. I think I was a little overwhelmed by the many, many slices of yellow onion. Ginger was sparse with a few pieces of green onion. Flavor: ok but underwhelming. We came to this place after a google search and we not disappointed! The ambiance is really nice for a good dinner for two, a group of friends or a family night dinner. We were warmly greeted and seated promptly. The menu is wonderfully organized and easy to navigate. We started with Crystal Rolls and Crab Cheese Wontons. They were at our table quickly and they were so good! The Crystal Rolls were light and fresh and the wontons has a great depth of flavor. Both sauces that accompanied our appetizers were really good and lended beautifully to our food. I got the steamed dumplings and they were flavorful and steamed to perfection. My sister got the super bowl and enjoyed it very much. We will definitely be back soon to continue exploring the menu! read more
