The place is very clean with good lighting, LOTS of colors from which to choose (gel and regular), comfy chairs, and a parking lot right out the door. The woman who did my pedicure (Mandi) was very thorough; I'm pleased with that as well! I didn't get any nail art, but I have a friend who has in the past and she's been happy with the results. Overall, a great place - highly recommend!

The tech struggled to match a simple beige, first suggesting white, then purple? I eventually searched myself, after receiving no clear direction to the gel colors on the wall. One tech commented I took a long time - wasn't even 5 minutes. Most importantly - the salon was visibly dirty. Nail dust everywhere, tools looked used and unsanitized, and the sink hadn't been cleaned in a while. One tech even picked something off a cuticle cutter before using it on me. The service felt rushed, with no massage, scrub, nothing. I left feeling uneasy and immediately cleaned my hands and nails at home to avoid infection or fungus. First and last visit. Hygiene matters, do better!

You do everything online including cancellation and etc. Don't both dm'ing them on social media to cancel it's ONLINE ONLY. You go online pick a date and see what dates are available and of course what services you want. You will put in your credit/debit card and they will take a deposit and the rest is paid after the service. When they check you out the remainder will be paid. They don't do cash payments. You are welcome to tip in cash but make sure you have exact change. I came here as the person I normally see I double booked myself and she had no appointments available anytime this month (June 2024) so I decided to try this place again. If you want a place to roll into I can recommend a place but most spots now want an appointment. They are on the first floor as I think other businesses are here as well. The inside is light and bright, light woods and comfortable seating. I was greeted and asked to wash my hands.. ok I did not get that as I was here for a pedicure.. so... Also I was offered a drink, water, coffee, wine a nice touch. Now the set up for the pedicure was nice but I wished I could have moved back the chair, I had a pillow behind me but I got rid of it but I was comfortable but it was just wonky. I'm tall and usually they will adjust how you sit. This is minor but if you're tall ask if the chair can be adjusted. My nail tech Maddy Elizabeth was lovely, friendly and efficient. I picked out a color they have a bunch and if you want a gel type it's an additional cost. I got a more souped up pedicure with warm stones and a mask. The execution of the pedicure was great but the additional stuff did not seem too luxurious. The clay mask she almost forgot about than she put on warm towels and use also used warm stones. This was a nice touch but maybe I expected a bit more for $75.00. Oh well that's just me... When you are done you go into the back room and you dry your feet/hands for a bit. My feet I had a fan to dry my feet, not a big deal but it was odd... I think most are use to a light source or someone uses a quick dry. I think since they are all about 7 to 11 free nail items. While I was waiting I was offered a glass of rose if I wanted. The check out was easy and they did ask if I wanted another appointment. I said no but thank you. I'll keep them in mind when I can't get in with my regular person. From what I understand they are opening another location in Monroe in Brighton. This location from what I was told will get a refresh. All in all it was a lovely experience and a great pedicure. They share a parking lot and they ha e specific spaces for the business a plus. 4.5 out of 5

When I asked for a refund (on the same day as service) my requests were ignored until several days later, and then denied. "We need to pay our employees a living wage." By screwing your customers? Not to mention the damage done to my cuticles, which were left peeling and bleeding. Apparently, this was somehow my fault, per the response I received from the salon. I don't know if every manicurist there is terrible or not (this was my first and last visit), but to call what I received a 'professional manicure' is an insult to actual professional manicurists. Don't take my word for it, the photos speak for themselves.

I knew what color I wanted so I didn't feel rushed - I actually asked him to swap my toe color after I picked my gel nail color and he was pleased to do so. If you are in a rush, you may not want to do all three together - they take their time, but I found it worth it. I had an appointment and was able to sit when I arrived. Parking out back is by permit so I parked on the street but expected that in this neighborhood so I didn't mind. I will be returning.

I made it to the location although they were very nice, the person they had remove my nails was not nice when it came to actually removing them. While they did cut the nails down (which I didn't mind), and they did soak the gel polish off, (which was normal), when he used the e-file, there were several times when he was filing that it started to burn, which means either he's filing my actual nail plate down too low or it's too hot. Imagine my surprise when I get back to my hotel, my nail beds are red and pink. I cannot put them under any sort of water or soap. Everything hurts! I got my nails removed to get them redone and now I can't get them redone because my nail beds are too thin. They are so painful and I'm so angry! I'm considering some sort of legal action!

The salon itself was nice and the staff seemed friendly. At first, everything seemed fine, and I clearly explained how I wanted my hair styled. I have a short bob that can be styled in a lot of different ways. When my stylist parted my hair down the middle, I got a little nervous but hoped it would turn out okay. The entire service was done with just a round brush and blow dryer. When she finished, I was honestly disappointed and told her so. The style made me feel like I looked like a little boy, and I said I could have achieved the same result myself at home. She responded by saying that's just how my hair responds, but I disagreed because I've had my hair styled many times before and know what it's capable of. (Basically I called BS) I even offered to show photos of previous blowouts I've loved. What I asked for was simple, some volume with a slightly sleek finish. I also mentioned that my hair can be parted in different ways. At one point she suggested curling it, but after later looking at the salon's website, I noticed they charge extra for flat iron or curling iron work, which may explain why it wasn't initially offered. To her credit, she did try to fix it, and it looked better, but overall I still wasn't very happy with the experience. I paid, tipped, and moved on, but for $45, I personally didn't feel it was worth it. Unfortunately, I wouldn't return.
