Service was great, immediately got seated to a booth & greater with a smile. The food came out fast! Hot! Seasoned & was absolutely delicious. The restaurant is clean & had a good flow of people. I'm so glad I got to get a chance to brunch here. I will definitely be coming back here!!

Wow!!! We usually don't go for restaurants that have multiple kinds of food, but this one really achieved that. Needless to say, we were very surprised with the food, which was high quality and delicious. I have extremely high standards for Asian foods, and we tried Thai and Chinese food,. It tasted so good. Service was good, as we came with kids and they gave them a free Mickey mouse pancake! 100% recommend.

    Garlic & Bacon Fried Rice

If you need a good spot to cover many different types of food, this is your spot! The Garlic bacon fried rice is OUT OF THIS WORLD. It has such a good flavor and was filling. Others in our group got the Beef & Broccoli, a Sausage egg & cheese, and the Pad See Ew. We all enjoyed our meals throughly and had some leftover to take home. The atmosphere was very comfy and the service was great as well! If we lived in the area we would totally go back!

Service was excellent! Lots of smiles to make one feel welcomed, attention provided throughout stay whereby they provided coffee refills and checked if everything was ok. On top of that the Loco Moco and mushroom burger were delicious!!! I would definitely be coming back.

Veggie Delight with Chicken lunch combo

First time coming here and the food was delicious. I ordered the lunch combo veggie delight with chicken. It came with tasty fried garlic on top! (1 star and was not too spicy) The soup was a good size and cane with 2 large wonton and green onions. The rice was so fluffy and the sauce was lovely. Staff was friendly and fast service. I highly recommend this place and I will come back again.

Good food all around. Ordered the Crispy Garlic Chicken and it had a ton of flavor. Wife ordered drunken noodles and those were really good as well.

"Chow mein" was excellent. Crispy and saucy!

I typically avoid restaurants that offer 3 separate types of cuisine (like Chinese, Thai, and American). But after hearing good things about Young's from many different friends with discerning palates, I decided to give it a shot. I was not disappointed! The "Chow mein" listed on their entree menu is actually Hong Kong style pan-fried egg noodles (or "jeen mein" in Cantonese). My favorite!! And it was delicious -- served piping hot and extra crispy, as it should be, with a heaping pile of sauced up veggies and protein. On a Tuesday at noon, the restaurant was probably half full with plenty of street parking outside. It's a clean, spacious, and well-lit dining area with attentive staff. In fact, the service was so good that I think the gals offered to refill our soft drinks more than four times in just over an hour. But they were very polite and we didn't feel rushed. My only regret is not trying Young's sooner. Can't wait to go back and try other dishes!

What a unique spin on a diner: upon first look, there are American style booths. Then you realize the walls have sweeping landscapes and the sauce holder has sriracha, hoisin. Instead of trying to fuse cuisines, they offer both American food and thai chinese food. When the menu is pressed under the table glass, you know 2 things: 1. the restaurant is serious about its offerings 2. the menu doesn't change often because the dishes are classics. Because we went for Sunday brunch, we chose to go with American. Everything was done super well, from the eggs to the hashbrowns to the biscuit to the gravy. If anyone ever doubted Asians cooking good American diner food, they'll be proven wrong. Support this family-run business!

This is a great Asian Diner. Comfort food at reasonable prices and with generous portions. Pictures are after we already had served a portion to ourselves. The food tasted great. We had the daily special, a curry, with tofu and eggplant with chicken. The main entrees include the protein (extra for shrimp I think) but do not include rice. The eggplant was a little oily for us but it didn't detract from the flavor. Service was timely but we got there before the rush. They are short staffed according to a sign. The diner is clean, as were the bathrooms. Free street parking. We plan to return when in the area.

There were definitely quite a few people waiting for a table. We came at just the right time. The restaurant is in Capitol Hill where there is a good variety of eateries and shops. The space itself has high ceilings in an industrial-type space, but filled with red lantern decor and just enough graphics to make the place pop with liveliness. The menu is simple which I can appreciate. My daughter got the pork ribs dry mix hand-pulled noodles, but of course we share everything and taste everything together. The noodles were a good consistency of texture and flavor. We also got the chive and pork handmade dumplings. Consistency was good, but the flavor was just okay. I ordered the fried tofu bao which I wasn't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be a good choice. The fried tofu is paired with nicely seasoned chili sauce in a crispy bun. The bun was prepared well - not overcooked. The service was good and fairly quick. The bathroom was clean (I think there are two single room bathrooms.) Chill, casual vibes. Four stars.

Since my last review the restaurant has closed and reopened, and expanded their menu, to now include more dumplings and varieties of noodles. They also now have a very handy duo of ordering kiosks, which you order at prior to sitting down. I found their kiosks easy to use, which isn't always a given. This being my first visit back in a while, I had to get the spicy cumin lamb biang biang noodles. However I had to try some dumplings, so we shared the lamb dumplings, while my dinner buddy had the spicy cumin lamb rice noodle soup (the same kind of noodles you'd get at a ten second yunnan noodle type of place). They also now have a complimentary side dish bar that has seaweed salad, peanuts, and kimci, as well as some condiment type things like scallions and minced garlic. I helped myself to some seaweed salad to nibble on while waiting for our food, and it was good although food comes out quickly enough that you don't necessarily have to rely on it unless you're really chomping at the bit. The spicy cumin lamb biang biang noodles are just as good as I remember. The biang biang noodles here are perfectly chewy, and the rest of the dish has a lovely flavor aside from just spice. They're generous with lamb and cabbage which add a lot of textural variety to the plate. The lamb dumplings were the sleeper hit of the meal, filled with juicy, tender hunks of lamb surrounded by toothsome clearly hand-rolled wrappers. Absolutely do not skip the lamb dumplings. My dinner buddy really enjoyed her rice noodle soup with spicy cumin lamb, which I think would be a great option on a cold day. Everything is pretty much self serve here, so don't expect full service -- although they did stop by to refill our water once. The food here is so good, though, and prices are so reasonable, that I truly do not care that the experience is pretty bare bones otherwise.

The overall space and bathroom was very clean and a great spot for lunch!

It was a little strange with the ordering process so we walk in and the ladies like sit down where you want so we picked our booth that we wanted to sit in there's a Q code to our right and we were like do we use the q-code to order because nobody was coming to our table for a long time there was a menu on an easel stand as well. After about five minutes we decided to do the Q code and when I opened it and signed in, there was already an order placed so I ended up getting out of the booth walking up to the counter to ask about the ordering. She said she didn't clear the previous customer order and needed to delete the order that was on there so I can start one for ourselves. We got the ordering figured out they started bringing out the food. They brought the appetizers then the fried rice. We were hungry so we started eating the fried rice it was 1/2 gone when the entrees come out. They bring the items out as they are finished making them one or two at a time. They totally forgot the soup so I had to get up and ask if it was included in the Family combo. she's like oh yeah I forgot. It would have been nice if the food comes out at once or atleast 1-2 minutes after. The parking lot is small enough for about eight cars but the businesses next to it had plenty of parking so we park there and walked to the restaurant inside. Overall I give them a 4.5 because the ordering process felt a little impersonable and confusing. We didn't know what to do. I will note when we sat there waiting someone did come to take an order at a different table so I'm not sure if they just pick and choose who they want to personally ask. Idk
