I stop by this store yesterday for a computer problem. I walked in and told him what was happening. Immediately we opened my computer and the gentleman fixed it right then and there! It was not serious at all and quite honestly was due to my lack of knowledge but the fact that he looked at it right then was a plus for me. He answered several questions for me and I then asked how much I owed him. He told me nothing! He could've easily charge me a fee of some sort and he didn't. I've never been to the store previously And as we all know any other place would've charged. This will definitely be my go to place for any computer repairs in the future. A friend had an issue with the laptop not starting and not be backed up. Took it here to get the backup taken care of before the startup repairs are done. In about an hour they had the laptop started allowing me to back it up. Very reasonable and quicker than the other shops we tried. read more

I had a great experience with Your Computer Store. My desktop PC would not turn on. I popped into Your Computer Store and asked if they could take a look. Jorge said that for a nominal fee they could do a diagnostic. If I chose to have the work done to fix the issue, they would apply the fee to the work. Sounded very reasonable to me. He said that it would take a couple of hours, and he would call me with the results. As promised a couple of hours later, Jorge called and said I had a bad power supply. He gave me the price, which again sounded reasonable to me. He said it would be done in 20 minutes. That was wonderful news. When I returned to the store, my PC was humming as promised. My HP desktop wouldn't boot so I took it to this local store hoping they could get it working or at least save my data. My wife previously had these guys dry out her laptop after dumping a glass of water on it. Turned out my motherboard had failed so time for a new PC. I was going to order a new Dell or HP high-end desktop, but instead I let these guys build me a higher-end PC for the same money I would have spent. The new PC is screaming fast and made with much better components than you can get from the other guys. They saved my data, reloaded all my programs, and didn't charge me for analyzing my broken PC. My older eMachines tower computer was hacked twice before Christmas ... and locked with viruses throughout it. Couldn't get onto it at all. I spoke to whom I thought were legitimate computer repair stores, but all wanted money upfront before they did any work, and they seemed to be pesimistic. Most of them said it probably couldn't be fixed and, if it was, I'd lose all my files. I was so frustrated, since even if I bought a new computer. I found Your Computer Store, and within half-an-hour, Gaddy found a way to get "on" the computer. But he still needed to clean it and get off the "bad guys". SAAAAAVED AGAIN.....So, I don't write many reviews, but My Computer store needed my honost opinion in regards to this establishment.. They have been taking care of my computer needs for years, and never steered me wrong. Gaddy is a straight shooter, a genius when it comes to fixing, and making recommendation on what ultimately will make your computing needs sooo much better, and most times I visit he makes me laugh.
