I have to say, I'm surprised at the incredibly fast service I received by the Apple Store. I've heard some things. I made an appointment because the back of my watch had a crack in it, have no idea how that happened! But I walked right in and was greeted, I showed the tech the problem, and they immediately directed me to the right person. I turned over my watch for repair, signed all the documents, walked out with my arm feeling completely naked. How am I gonna know how many steps I'm taking?!! But I was assured I would receive my repaired watch within 7 to 10 days. I think the entire appointment took about 20 minutes. Incredibly fast. And amazing service, it almost felt like I was hanging out with new friends. They're very welcoming, funny, knowledgeable, and personable. And what do you know? I got my watch back within five days! All repaired and looking shiny and brand new. Zero complaints, excellent service. And if you haven't been in the store, you should go. They have a ton of stuff, so many things I want now, so many different multi chargers, huge Screens to support lessons they give on how to use all the products. Really cool spot. Got a new iPhone 17 at this location but the staff did not set my phone properly. I walked in on a weekend, waited for around 10 min and got help. The lady that helped me out the phone buying was nice, got my phone ready to transfer from old to new. However the tech that helped me was not experienced and somehow my SIM card did not transfer, the process to transfer my I cloud was a bit complicated. I was able to fix my SIM card issue after going to AT and T but Apple should have been able to transfer my SIM card. When I buy another I phone, will avoid Apple Store and go to At and t. read more

I have the easiest buying experiences here, even during the holidays. As soon as you step in, someone greets you and asks what you need help with. They direct you to a counter within the store to wait for someone, and that person appears shortly after to confirm what you're looking to buy. When they return with the product, you check out through their iPad and that is it - so easy and efficient. Over the weekend i Bought a new ipad here. Showed the sales guy what i use it for mostly pictures and internet. Basic ipad with 128gb is plenty. I asked if i should get more memory and he said 128 is fine. Get it home go to set it up and it freezes and wont even set up. Spent an hour force restarting etc and finally called apple tech. Spent another hour on the phone with him and he couldn't come up with a solution to make it work. He makes an appointment at the Apple store to exchange it for another one the next day. The says oh the appointment for Monday not Sunday. There's no appointment for Sunday now. Wtf So Monday I spend another $25 in fuel to drive to the Apple Store. They are closer ones but apparently you have to go to the same one that you bought it at. Last time I do that if I buy any more Apple products, it'll be online from Apple. I get there, and the guy tells me all the appointments just to fix that one not to exchange it . So I proceeded to tell him I do not want this fixed I want one that works out of the box. I am not leaving the store with this ipad. So like 10 minutes later a Guy comes out to help me (voice sounds like mickey mouse). And of course the iPad turns on and works at the Apple store with their Voodoo. He deletes everything factory reset it, get me another iPad we get it set up no issues and I leave. This morning I turn it on start using it, happened to look at the "memory" and that already has 36. Something gb filled with operating system, etc. So sounds like its not going to have enough memory for what im going to use it for. I should have upgraded to the 256 like I specifically asked about and the original salesman said no you won't need it don't waste your money. ("Great salesman" by the way, any good salesman knows that if anybody wants to spend more money, let them.) So using this new ipad i have to say.... 1. Why did you change the charging cable, i almost didn't buy it because of that because i am not going to buy another dozen or more chargers and cables since every apple product i own has the conventional apple connector. I guess this ipad will only get used at home. Oh well strike one 2. Wtf is with the stupid smile face button location change. I will never use it And so far the first hour I've use this thing I've hit it about 200 times. Strike two. 3. You got rid of the button. Most convenient and used button on my old ipad. The swipe up thing is unconvenient bs. Big strike 3 I guess i wont be buying any more new apple products unless i absolutely have to. And i absolutely will not be updating this ipad. Pretty bad experience overall. Went in with the intention to get a new phone for my wife and I. The process went well until I noticed that the employee charged me for the wrong phone. I wanted 17 pro max but charged the 17 pro even after I said multiple times that I wanted the pro max. After that there was a long process where instead the end they said I couldn't use my trade in credits anymore since they were already used on the wrong phone. I was so upset. We still went on to purchase my wife's phone but we were there for about 2 hours just to transfer the info when they said it would only be a few minutes. Only reason I'm doing two stars is because the young man who helped us afterwards was very patient and helpful. Other than that, Awful experience overall. read more

Apple is a model American business for so many reasons. They stand behind their products and offer free help whenever you have a question. I would describe this store as stylish and simplistic. When you walk in, there is somone who will greet you. I like that. That person will direct you to the location in the store for more specific help. The amount of options and learning that a person can acquire as to how to use all the features of their phone or computer, is endless. There are classes on how to use the iPhone camera. Endless features makes it a bit overwhelming at times, but the staff will try to explain it in a simple way. The one area that could make this store more pleasant for me is the smell. It smells like a gym. May I suggest some indoor plants? Some organic material, somewhere would improve the feel and smell of the place. It is too sterile. Bring in the human element, besides people. I had a preorder pick up for the new iPhone this morning, but upon getting to the Apple store, I realized my pick up time was for the PM instead of the AM. I figured I'd ask the staff in front of the store if there was any way I could pick it up now instead of having to come back later. The three gentlemen that I spoke to were all very friendly and helpful and let me know they could accommodate me. There was a gentleman with a mustache, a tall, bearded gentleman, and a younger-looking gentleman (sorry I wasn't able to get any names). Once inside, Grant (or Grantlin, sorry if I misspelled that) helped me with my order and also explained some new features with the new iPhone. He was very friendly and helpful as well. Came in to fix my phone after the LCD gave out and turned into the white screen of death. Immediately upon arrival I was greeted kindly and told there would be a short wait until I could be seen. After waiting we met with Frank and he was great! He listened to all of my questions patiently and provided me with reassurance that my phone & data would return safely. It was slightly expensive because my Apple Care had expired, but they fixed my LCD professionally with genuine Apple parts so it was honestly worth the price compared to if I had just gone with a random phone repair shop. Overall the customer service is good, but the Apple rep who was checking people in for appointments was not friendly and almost seemed annoyed at his post. I was returning to the store as instructed by the Apple technician who had initially helped me. There was a security time delay that required me to return in an hour to resolve my issue. Unfortunately, the technician who helped me already left for the night, but informed me that when I come back to just tell them to look up the serial code for the phone with the issue to continue the appointment and we will get you taken care of. So when I arrive to continue my appointment , the Apple agent checking in people asked me about the nature of my appointment, I explain to him that I was here earlier and was told to come back in an hour and that the technician I was working with said you can look up the phones serial number for notes. He proceeded to contact his lead and then asked more questions and I tried my best to explain, but I admit that I am not tech savvy and that is why I made an appt for help. Long story short, the check in guy was like " you need to contact Apple support". I was like "but I was told to come back and want to make sure I did it right." He just continued to say " you'll need to contact Apple support and if they can't help then come back". I'm like, but I'm here already, I just want to make sure...but I knew wasn't going to get anywhere with this guy...so I just said, "just cancel the appointment" and left. I really thought this place was going to be a living hell. Believe it or not it was my first time at an Apple store. Parking was right outside so you didn't have to go into the mall to go to the store which was a plus for me as I don't like The Spectrum when I have to run errands there. When I walked in, there was a sea of people. I just stood there and looked and wondered where to start. We made an appointment to get the battery replaced and have the back glass replaced for an iPhone 12 Pro. When the explore saw the phone he took one look at the cameras and said that he'd have to check for water damage because he saw "dried water spots" on them (fingerprint smudges). He said since there was water damage we'd have to decide to replace it or be ok if they replaced the battery and back screen then ended up with lines across it. When we asked to see the indicator he showed us and said it's very clearly pink. Both me and my sibling looked and we both clearly saw it was bright white- zero chance of it even being a touch pink. He doubled down that it's "clearly" pink and he "see this every day" so apparently he can perceive the color pink better than my artist sibling. We decided not to leave the phone with them because both my sibling and I felt his repeated insistence on something that we could see with our own eyes was 100% inaccurate was sus at best. I personally felt he was setting us up for an expensive replacement that we'd have to pay $550 for after already paying $450 for the repairs. TLDR, BE CAUTIOUS IF THEY CLAIM WATER DAMAGE. VERIFY. Go to another Apple Store if you need, but don't trust this one. read more

My husband has been a Samsung phone loyalist for the last 8 years and today we decided to move him back over to Apple. We came here on a Friday early evening and were greeted by Nora. She helped us determine if he could get a phone and not have to buy it from Verizon. Long story short, we went to Verizon and confirmed we could buy the phone at this store and it work on his Verizon plan. We then came back and was helped by Lulu. She tried several times to transfer the data but it took so long. She gave us instructions on how to complete the transfer from home. We received helpful customer service. Disgusted by the behavior of the lady manager at the store (she worked at 5/6/25 during 8pm (she is the manager from New York.) My 16 year old daughter excitedly came in here to fix her AirPods on her birthday. She did not realize that she needed an 18+ person to do a repair and was made to wait a full hour before someone mentioned that. Her 18+ brother was 3 minutes away and could come help her (given that she waited 60 minutes for Apple employees to help) but the way this manager talked down to my daughter for ten minutes as she mocked and ridiculed my daughter in so many rude ways. She even copied what my daughter was saying and said it back to her in a weird voice like a bratty five year old child. My daughter maintained kindness as this manager bullied and spoke down to her... Until it became too much for her to handle and my daughter ended up having a full on panic attack from the verbal abuse and had to be seated at the store. What's more disturbing is that none of the other employees intervened during those ten minutes while this was going on. We are loyal Apple customers, have multiple Apple MacBooks , iPhones, iPads and this is terrible behavior from a manager especially when dealing with a teen. I understand following the rules, but doing so as a MANAGER in a way that is kind and not bullying someone is more appropriate. How did this person become a manager? I recently bought an iPhone here. The store was not too crowded on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. They were able to help us immediately. Good architecture and selection! Many tables had the iPhone 15 models to browse and there was a table with the iPhone SE models. Less background noise would help. The team member did not seem to communicate at the beginning. It got better once the live audio presentation in the store stopped. Less background noise for all of us. There are many English as a second-language speakers in Irvine. Extremely disappointed with my Apple experience at the Apple Irvine spectrum center today! I had bought an iPhone online to be ready for pick up at the Apple Irvine spectrum Center. I had a 5:15 PM appointment. The online Apple Store told me that I could wait in line and arrive early. I arrived at 2:45PM. They said that until I get my QR code, my order could not be processed for my online order, even though I had the online order number. The Apple Irvine spectrum Center store said said I had to call the one 800 phone number for Apple. After being on hold, I was finally able to reach customer service at the online Apple Store who told me I had to wait until 5:15 PM before my online purchase would get processed. At 5:15 PM I still did not receive the QR code. So I went into the Apple Irvine spectrum center store and told them that I still had not received my QR code even though it was 5:15 PM for my appointment time. They told me there was nothing they could do until I receive a QR code. So I had to wait on hold again with the one 800 phone number for the Apple online store. The online Apple Store then made sure it was processed and told me I would be receiving a QR code in 5-10min. At 5:45 PM, I still had not received any QR code even though the online Apple Store said my purchase was processed. Again, the Irvine Spectrum Apple Store staff said there was nothing they could do without the QR code. So, finally I asked if the Apple Irvine spectrum Center store had an extra phone in stock of the model I wanted. They said yes, I can reserve that. But then I have to go back online to cancel my online purchase or else I will get double billed. So I had to again contact the one 800 number for the online Apple Store to cancel my online purchase. What makes me most upset is that I had to be the person to figure out a solution to not receiving the QR code for my online purchase. At 3 PM when I originally arrived, they could've told me that they had my model of phone in stock and that they can make a reservation to immediately buy while I cancel the online Apple purchase. In addition, after being there for over 3.5 hours just to pick up my online purchased phone (due to a screw up with the QR code not appearing in my email/text), not a single supervisor offered me any small compensation like a charger or a small amount of Apple Gift card. There is no way that I am the only person to have made a purchase online that never received a QR code. Not a single staff member thought to check to see if my iPhone model was in stock, so that they could sell me a phone immediately and that I can cancel my online purchase. I had to think of this idea myself. Who knows how much longer I would've had to wait for that stupid QR code to appear on my text/email. The only bright part of the whole situation was the female staff member that finalized my phone purchase was very sweet. read more
