Bad customer service and harassed customers for their own mistakes. We have paid for the salad, but it is their fault that they messed up on the bills, so they thought we didn't pay for it. In the middle of our dinner, the cashier who messed up our bill came to us and asked us to pay for the salad, after we told her that we have paid already and she left with apologies. The most irritating part is how stupid the manger handle the whole situation, which we called him to complain about the situation. Instead of apologizing to us first, he told us to not feel offended and it's very common that human beings made mistakes. At last, he apologized in a brief way and left without a word. Many tables are oily and dirty, and the employees playing around and completely ignored the dirty environment. read more

Went there on a whim and I'm so glad I did!! the entire staff was so nice, and knowledgeable. I ended up sitting at the bar and revived excellent service, it really feels like a family run business. Very personal and helpful with recommending items from the menu and really genuinely took their time in explaining everything. Now to the food, amazing! Everything looked great, smelled great and it tastes like fresh, clean, homemade pizza. They do not skimp on the toppings. They have beer and wine, hopefully they get champagne soon because I would definitely go more often. The restaurant looks and feels clean. This place opened by my house. I am one for trying new places in my neighborhood. I ordered pizza for my family. Everyone had their own personal pizzas. I also ordered chips, pasta with meatballs, parm wings and jalapeno ranch. I picked it up after ordering online. I There was no parking, so my son ran in to get our order. He came out with a box and a round container. That's it! I had to go in and show them my order. So we are big foodies and love to try new things as I said. After we started eating, we all discussed the food. Everyone said it was bland. there was no taste. Even the wings were bland. Oh and they forgot the jalapeno ranch dressing. So I'm from the high desert, which surprisingly doesn't have a lot of good pizza spots. I attended the soft opening and was immediately greeted with a warm, cheerful smile. I loved the vibe! Video games in the corner, friendly employees and a chill vibe. It reminded me of my favorite pizza spot growing up. They had a good variety of items on the menu. I ordered a custom personal sized pizza, with all my favorite toppings (which is awesome because I'm one of those weird people that puts ALL the toppings lol) I also ordered lemon pepper parmesan wings, which were delicious and perfectly cooked! The customer service was awesome, they were on it! Didn't have a want or need for anything. I will definitely be back and am looking forward to some Gelato! read more

Very bad customer service. First we ordered the 10 pieces chicken wings and we made it a meal with a salad. We have paid $4.99 for the salad, but I don't know why the system didn't recognize it or not, so in the middle of our dinner, the cashier who charged us $4.99 for salad came to us and asked us to pay for the salad. I felt so offended and harassed, so I pulled out the receipt and showed to her. She apologized and went back, so I called the other guy who was the manager of the store. I explained to him the situation. Instead of apologizing to us first, he defended for his employees and said it is common that systems sometimes made mistakes and humans made mistakes too. I should not be offended and at last he apologized, then walked away. If this this restaurant does not take care of the training of the employees at the customer service, nobody is gonna return. I even paid them $9.00 tips for our $60 meals, which is ridiculous. read more

Solid food and great service. The kids meal comes with gelato which is great for my wallet and even better for my tastebuds. The chocolate gelato was a hit with both kids and adults ! Check your order. We have tried this restaurant 3 times. The first time we had to walk back in twice to get items that were missing. Gelato is included in the kids meal, but when my daughter asked about the missing gelato, they gave it to her but charged her for it. The second time, their system didn't create the online order correctly and the pizza was wrong. This time the manager did make it right and didn't charge me. So we tried again a few weeks later. I ordered a pizza with olive oil not marinara sauce. It was delivered with marinara. This was the same problem I had the second time. I cannot have tomato products so can't eat the pizza... again.
