I usually love this place to bits, haven't been in a while so I came in tonight around 8:20pm this location closes at 9pm. We walk in and we don't get greeted instead we get scolded. Okay. We go to order our food we get 3 great whites and 2 Cesar salads. We order it for to go because we don't like to be those people other wait on to go home. We wait at the register to pay and the girl who made the pizzas asked another girl to ring us up. My sister pays and the girl just walks off leaving me there waiting to pay.. so I continue waiting while everyone is closing up to go home then the girl who made my pizza rang me up. We get the food. Pizzas are cool but the Cesar salad came with no croutons or dressing I had to ask. (I got the dressing but no croutons) Great food but cold service. The price typically goes up to $30 to $50 for a full sized pie but I was presented with a $60 bill for two smaller pies. Okay, I assumed smaller personal deep dish with a drink. Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a Your Pie. Service was slow and the kid who made my pizza just threw my pizza together. About 6-7 employees working and yet my pizza sat on the cooling rack for 10 mins and was then given to someone else who was dining in and brought back inside boxed and given to me. I refused the pizza and had to wait another 15 mins for the shift manager to come out of the bathroom just to get a refund. A total of 40 mins spent here and still no pizza. read more

I was going over the toppings list w the guy and he was saying okay but apparently there was a miscommunication bc the pizza was nothing like what I asked for. Regret tipping. If I had known how far off this order was I would have left it there. Should have opened the box. Ughh. Never going back. Looks like it's on its last leg anyhow. Probably time to just fold up. The service is terrible. Workers are poorly managed. You will easily wait 30+minutes as no-one seems to know what they're doing and could not care less. Literally move in slow motion. I have tried ordering online and still waited over 30 minutes. People get so discouraged they leave. We have been to other similar establishments that run very efficient and fast and enjoy the happy interaction with the staff. Management and staff should be 100% replaced and new hiring/training practices put in place. They could triple their profits. read more

When I was in Italy a couple of years ago, I was spoiled by their pizza and gelato, among other things, and was never able to find that freshness or vivid flavors when I came back to the US. So when I decided to check out your pie, I was kinda blown away after my first bite! Your Pie is a neat concept. You have a base pizza price of $8, and all you have to do is pick your crust (that they roll fresh...the guy is literally right in front of you doing it), add your base sauce/cheese, and throw as many toppings as you want. NO TOPPINGS UPCHARGE!! But no worries if you know you're not a pizza maker, because they have menu pizzas you can order as well as panini and salads. I ordered the build my own and started with a wheat crust. On the crust I added Marinara AND Pesto/garlic sauce, Mozzarella as my cheese, and the following toppings: Mushroom, Green bell pepper, red onion, fresh chopped basil leaves, spicy Italian sausage and turkey, and off it goes into a brick oven for maybe 5 minutes. The flavor of this thing sent me right back to Italy. Thin crispy crust, with the ability to taste each individual topping...every bite literally popped and I couldn't help but smile with each bite. While I waited for my pie, I ordered a side of Gelato. While the small (one scoop) gelato alone is $2, if you make it part of a combo with a pizza, you get TWO scoops plus a soda for $3.50. I tried the dark chocolate gelato and the lemon flavored one. Both of them had that richness and flavor that i'd been missing. Very tart but slightly sweet lemon and a dark chocolate that also had the slightly bitter yet sweet flavor. Delicious. There are booths in the main area of the restaurants, as well as bar seats, and there's an outer seating area as well. Because this place is located in the Shoppes at Web Gin off scenic hwy, there's plenty of parking. At the end, I left paying just over $12, and sure, you could get a large pizza at one of the big three for less than that, but it's hard to match the flavor you find at Your pie for less than that. I'm sorry, but the guy calling this the "subway of pizza" just insulted the hell out of this place. Twenty years ago Subway wasn't a bad sandwich shop but now it's akin to eating out of a garbage dumpster. Your Pie, on the other hand, is fabulous and I can't get enough. The pizza is good, the ingredients taste fresh and are varied. I love the pricing structure - I love the fact that I get my own pizza. But above all else, I love that the ingredients and nutritional information are readily available and I can easily calculate how many calories I'm ingesting. For someone who is fighting fat all his life this lets me eat non-PapaJohn's pizza and enjoy it. My personal choice - white crust - hot sauce - chicken - capicola - romaine lettuce - tomatos about ~600 calories for the pie read more

I've been a big fan of Your Pie since I lived in Athens. I frequented the restaurant there in '09 a few times a month. The business model hasn't changed, and neither has the quality! This place is the Subway of pizza - you pick your base pizza (we had the Great White) and add whatever toppings you want. Plan on grabbing your drink and a place to sit while your pizza cooks - it takes about 10 minutes in the brick oven. The dining room is pretty small compared to this franchise's other locations, though, so you might want to scope out a seat while your friends are ordering. The gelato is pretty good. If I recall correctly, they swap out the flavors every now and then - can't say for sure since I've only been to this one once, though. Kids will love it (pizza AND ice cream!?), but it's great for adults, too. Overall I really like this place. I love the food and I can't wait to go back! read more

The pizza is pretty good considering you get to pick your toppings. HOWEVER -- I've had 2 occasions in the past when I used my credit card to pay for a to go pizza when an extra $2 charge appeared on my credit card statement. Both times I called & disputed the charge with my credit card company to reverse the charge because I don't tip on a to go order, but apparently the employees at Your Pie in Snellville think it's OK to try & cheat you out of a $2 charge you didn't authorize. I e-mailed them, also talked to a "manager" on duty 1 visit, but they don't seem to care as I never got a response, & the "manager" on duty may well have been the person who tried to steal my money for all I know. So now I always pay cash. Just something to watch out for with the Snellville location. read more

I love the idea of this restaurant, and I'm so glad there's one out our way now! Your Pie lets you build and customize your own pizza. They also have plenty of their own pizza creations on the menu, for those of us who panic when there are too many choices for toppings! There are 3 types of crusts to choose from (classic, whole wheat, gluten free) and too many sauces, cheeses (including vegan cheese) and toppings to remember! They have plenty of the yummy fresh (!) vegetables I like on my pizza that are often of...questionable quality at other chain pizza places. I love being able to see exactly what's going on my pizza and knowing that it's not all frozen or freeze dried ingredients. The pizza I ordered (the Great White with added olives, pineapples, and jalapeños) was SO delicious! The thin crust was crispy, the cheese was hot and melty, and who could want anymore from a pizza? The price is right around $8 for a 10" pizza, which was a perfect amount of pizza for lunch. Of course, we paid a few bucks extra for the gelato combo once we saw the case of gelato on the other side of the register! The combo comes with a drink and a side salad or a small cup gelato for around $11. Totally worth it, as their gelato was just as tasty and fresh as their pizzas! The staff was very friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions. The only tiny complaint I have is how small their dining area is. It was a very busy day (only the second day opened!) when I went, so I'm assuming there won't be as many people scrambling for tables next time! read more

The crust of the pizza could be cooked a little more, next time I might request that. The center of the pizza was a little soggy but it could be because I had a lot of veggie toppings. These guys even have loyalty cups, bring them back for $1 refills. I will definitely be back as there are tons of other combinations I want to try. I also want one of the paninis, if they are half as good as the pizzas I will be impressed. We got the Gelato combo so got a medium Gelato after dinner, went with cookies and cream. Went today for the first time and really enjoyed it. The food is made right in front of you and you can choose anything and everything you want on your pizza. It took a little longer to order due to a "difficult" customer ahead of us. But even after that, the 2 young men helping us were outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. I mean so good.... so good! Met a friend for lunch this is the perfect lunch spot! The atmosphere here is warm and inviting! The staff was friendly and greeted us with a smile! The wait was a little long but we took the fact it was lunchtime so it was understandable it's peak time. I have the lineage pizza that was $9 and I also had a craft blood orange beer for $5. The pizza was packed with flavor and goodness!!! It was a great take on a supreme pizza but way better! They also serve gelato which I didn't try but looked good!
