I first experience "your pie" at the Hapeville location just a few weeks ago and I have not one complaint. I love that location to the point I ate there for lunch everyday for a week straight. Now after telling my fiancé about the experience She notified me that we have a location closer to the house. We proceeded to come in today with the kids and it was just horrible. A 15 minute wait (there was only one person ahead of us) for something that usually takes 3 mins. Now let's get to pizza "yuckkk" it was just horribly prepared with no care put into it. I have been here many times and often bring friends. I always choose the "build your own" pie, Caesar salad, and drink. Service is friendly. Food is constantly good. I don't usually post about bad store experiences but I went to Your Pie Snellville yesterday. I ordered on the app for pick up. I went in and still waited 15 minutes for my pizza. I took it to my car and opened the box. It was the wrong pizza. I thought I would just take it at that point. I picked up a pieces to take a bite and I saw onions, which I don't like. I took it back in the store and said it wasn't my pizza. The girl looked at it and back through the orders and put it on a plate and served to a customer. read more

Best pizza at the best price! Fresh dough/ingredients and made right infront of you. The vegan and gluten free options are just the icing on top. Every year they make the most of national pie day on March 14 and offer pizza for $3.14! Mark it on your calendar and get there early because u don't want to miss that. My favorites are the bbq chicken pizza and the lineage pizza however I will be trying all of them eventually because they all sound good. You could also build your own for the same price. This was an awesome experience. It's fast and easy and ordering isn't overwhelming. It is exactly like a subway but for pizzas! I came to this place because who doesn't want to make their own little pizza and have some gelato for dessert? I had pizza, shared some baked pasta with my mom and had one scope of cookies and cream gelato. It's hard not to get a decent meal here because you almost literally cook your own pizza with the exception of putting it in the oven. Place is clean and nicely decorated. There is basically a bar that you walk around deciding what you want. Start with type of crust, sauce, cheese, toppings etc. they can be a little skimpy with toppings unless you ask them to put more which they gladly will. You do have to wait for you food to cook which is fine with me. I see it go in the oven and see it come out. I know exactly what is happening with it the whole time. Prices are just a bit on the high side but not unreasonable. The staff was not overly nice but not bad either. This place is a solid 4 star joint that I would visit again without hesitation. read more

My boyfriend and I customized our own pizza. He's a meat eater and I'm a pescatarian. The variety of toppings and sauces catered to both of our likings. We both thoroughly enjoyed our pizzas. A fun take on the usual pizza. Your Pie is setup a lot like Subway in a way. You pick your crust, sauce, and then whatever fresh toppings strike your fancy. There are also several predetermined combinations on the menu for the less creative. I picked the Lineage pizza, I'd call it a supreme, and my wife built her own. The Lineage was tasty. The ingredients tasted fresh and the kalamata olives were great. I also liked that the Italian sausage was fairly mild as that matches my personal preference. Along with personal sized pizzas, Your Pie offers salads, paninis, and Gelato. We ordered the Gelato combo with our pizza. The Gelato was a good finish to the meal but didn't blow my mind like the Gelato I remember fondly from travels to Florence. All in all a good meal, I would definitely eat here again. read more

My cousin Alpana actually discovered this place on Yelp! I knew they were building it, but it was awesome to go there when it finally opened and have gelato. From the picture on yelp, it looks like a gelato place, but it is actually a pizza place. I heard this business started in Athens, GA. We didn't try the pizza, but the gelato is awesome! And apparently on the cups they say their gelato is 93% fat-free and their sorbet is 100% fat free. Cool! The tiramisu gelato is AMAZING! It tastes like coffee. The dark chocolate is also amazingly awesome! I thought the mint chocolate was good, but too minty. The cookies and cream was fine, but nothing special. My friend told me the vanilla bean was very... vanilla... boring, nothing special. The caramel and sea salt was fine, but it tasted too similar to the tiramisu flavor to differentiate it. I would highly recommend the tiramisu and dark chocolate flavors! 3 scoops are $4 ! The service is awesome too. Lots of smiling faces that are eager to be there and help out. read more

I'm going to start by saying I'm not a big pizza person, but I'm giving this place five stars because the ingredients taste fresh, it's super customizable (think a subway or chipotle), and the staff is incredibly friendly. It's also one of the few places I've seen more typically "Italian" options for a pizza - including some cheeses and cured meats I've only seen available in New York Italian restaurants. I walked in on Sunday and walked out on Tuesday. If you are going to give this place a try, pack loads of patience and have plenty of time on your hands. I'm not new to the customer-involved, assembly-line experience of pizza-making as several of fellow Yelpers are. Really, if you've ever been to any Piccadilly or Subway establishment, you shouldn't be blown away by this place. This was my first (and only) visit to Your Pie. Somehow, this place had a steady line. I thought, okay, the food must REALLY be good. The longer I stood in line to order, the more I took in extraneous observations. The young staff was very disorganized-- it literally seemed like it was everyone's first day on the job. There was ample confusion regarding (1)who ordered what and (2)what was what, (3)where is that, and (4)whose is this. The floor in front of the giant oven had a pile of litter-- hey, if you're going to expose patrons to a behind-the-scenes view of the 'kitchen', please do not let us see trash piles! Things were being knocked over, the dough guy slipped and almost fell behind the counter. The cashier was jockeying between running the register AND laying down toppings on the pizzas. The pizza cutter guy was jockeying between cutting pizza, table delivery, AND serving up gelato! It was a cluster (you-know-what) of ginormous proportions! This place has been open for how long? 6 months? 2 weeks? It already would make a great episode on Restaurant Impossible! If there was a manager on duty, the staff sure could have used some sense of direction and organization amidst all the chaos. By the time I received my cold to-go pizza (yes, it was placed cold in my hands and I let them know so), I was just thankful to finally break free while there was still a smidgen of sunlight. I stop by your pie the other day for lunch and I must say I am a fan! Since its my first time, it took a while to look over the menu and figure out which pie is best for me. After a while and lots of helpful tips from the nice girl working behind the counter, I decided on a big kid's meal which include a 6inch pie, a drink and also a small gelato. The pie comes in white or wheat and I decided on wheat. After that you go through the motion of picking your sauce (you can also mix sauces), cheese, and toppings. Your pie is like subway in this aspect of creating your own, but in this case of course it's creating your own pizza. For the big kid's meal, it's only 6$ and some change so I think it's a great deal. The gelato was also delicious. I like that they also offered that so you can just get desserts right after lunch or dinner. Very convenient! I'm not sure if the gelato's flavors change often, but there was a good 8 to 9 flavor to choose from. I had a sample of the tiramisu and salted Caramel but end up going with the salted caramel (so yummy). Besides the pie, Your pie also offers salad and panini. We regularly make pizza from scratch at home and this was a great alternative to all the prep it usually takes while still having all the fresh ingredients at an affordable price. This restaurant is called Your Pie because your pizza can be customized. You can build your own or select one of the pizza types. Adults get a 10 inch pizza for 7.99. Drinks are $1.75, so plan on approximately $10 for each person. Child sized 6 inch pizzas are available for about $6. It is really similar to a Subway sandwich or Moe's Southwest Grill restaurant, in the way the toppings are put on your pizza as employees move it down the line. A metal tent with a number on it to designate your order is placed on your order and it goes into the brick oven. The cooking process is very very quick. The pizza crust is a thin and crispy type. I think that is the only crust choice. I like thin and crispy though. The drink machine is a Coca Cola Freestyle. It allows for a TON of fantastic flavors, but when the restaurant is busy, you will be waiting to get your drink. This is not a valid reason to snort like a bull & raise your blood pressure. If you're older than 3, deal with it. Haha, maybe later they can add another machine, but I hear the Freestyle machine is expensive. If you need gluten free food, they offer a gluten free crust. The gluten free crust is NOT dairy free. The manager told me that their regular crust IS dairy free but not gluten free. So pick your poison. If you want to eat vegan, they offer Daiya cheese. The manager was very open to answering all my questions about ingredients. I have to have dairy free due to allergy to casein (a dairy protein). So I ordered the regular crust, marinara sauce, Daiya cheese, bacon, green peppers, spinach, and red onions. Something in all this was NOT dairy free -- perhaps the sauce.* The pizza was delicious but I had coughing fit and headache before I left. SOOOOO, if you have any allergy, BE SURE to ask about ALL INGREDIENTS. I did not ask about the sauce.* My bad. *UPDATE- Owner & Manager have told me there is NO dairy in the marinara sauce, but there could be accidental crossover of ingredients on the line. FYI readers, sometimes even with the best of intentions, an ingredient list can appear milk of casein free, but casein can be listed as "natural flavor" or "natural flavorings." - it does mot have to list MILK by law if it is just dairy protein like casein, because FDA does not consider an ingredient in milk to BE milk. There are approximately 22 different proteins in milk! (In Gollum voice) So it is tricksy my precious! Ooh the casein, how it is so tricksy I hates it! Whatcha gonna do. Apologies to the couple who decided to move tables after that, I'm pretty sure they thought I had Tuberculosis...and yes, I DID sorta kinda purposely cough near you as I passed your new table on my way to use the Freestyle machine. I just wanted to see you twitch. For dessert, there are about 12 flavors of gelato. The manager told me that the four top left in the display case are dairy free, he said they only have fruit juice and water. I tried a sample. He could be mistaken, or my reaction could have been from the marinara sauce. I say again, if you have allergies, ASK ASK ASK...even then, when in doubt, do without, because a reaction is no fun. Positives: Nice staff, easy parking, pleasant ambiance, patio, fresh ingredients, Coca Cola Freestyle machine allows variety of beverages, to-go boxes available. Gluten free pizza available, dairy free toppings available, vegan if you want it (ask about all ingredients if you have allergies), salads are available, great variety of toppings. There is free WiFi, the password will be at the bottom of your receipt. The food is brought to you. My daughter paid. Downsides: Although I like the thin crust, a downside is that there is no choice in crust thickness or type or style, other than regular or gluten free. The gluten free crust HAS dairy in it (many people need to avoid BOTH dairy and gluten). We were not sure whether we needed to clear our own table of if they would clear it for us. We left our mess. Heard / read a lot about this new concept in Webb Ginn area. Wife and I decided to check it out. We were greeted and assisted in the menu, ordering steps to select and build our own pizza. We ordered our own ingredient pizzas and draft beers. The orders came out fast for pizza. Both were fresh ingredients, good thin crust, hot, and very tasty! Food quite good with excellent service. Only change is maybe some mainstream bottled beer besides just the craft beer, also the dining area a bit cramped, but both minor. I would highly recommend this place if you enjoy getting scammed. Took the family out for dinner on a Thursday because it is supposedly pint night with $3.14 pints. Apparently, it is either too difficult or economically disadvantageous to set up the cash register to charge the proper amount, so they instead charge the regular price and hope you don't check your receipt. If you do, they will then promise you a refund "after they serve all of their other customers." Needless to say, we left in exasperation 25 minutes later without the promised refund.
