This used to be our go to pizza place, especially because our boys absolutely love it. Unfortunately, this business changed hands about six months ago and ever since then it has gone way downhill. Every time I have come to get takeout I have to wait an extra 15 minutes because the order isn't ready. Today I was supposed to pick up my order at 5:08 PM and when I arrived it wasn't even ready. I've gone to Your Pie in Suwanee about 3 or 4 times now, each visit getting better than the last. Today I came in with my boyfriend and was greeted as usual. The pizza makers are extremely friendly and don't mind helping you out! Pizza is very good and cooked in a nice fire oven; my boyfriend's been two times and has said that this is his favorite pizza place. My favorite pizzas are Lineage and the Hippie. They don't charge extra for any toppings you'd like either! They offer GF and whole wheat crust. Their ingredients are also always fresh. Staff was quick and friendly with order. $8 gets you an individual pie with your choice of toppings. Large tomato slices don't really work with quick-cooking pizza so one pie w tomato came out pretty soggy. I'd recommend getting the "sundried tomato" option instead. One pizza was not really enough to fill my husband up so I may not be able to come here as much! Perhaps get a side salad to fill up. read more

The basic idea of Your Pie is like Subway, but it's for pizza/salad/panini. On the particular day I went, I wanted pizza but I didn't want to order from a chain like Pizza Hut or Dominos so I decided to stop by with a friend for lunch. I took the route of customizing my own pizza and at the end of the process, I wasn't sure if that was such a good idea. My friend was smarter and she ordered off the menu. If you're dining in, just grab a seat at a booth or a table or at the bar and the workers will bring your freshly baked pizza to you. If you're carrying out, your name will be called and your pizza will be boxed up for you. The size of the pizza is great for a personal size; sharing is optional but if you're hungry, I don't recommend sharing. The pizza is also thin so if you're someone who likes a thick pizza, I don't think you will like the pizza here. A major pro to this place is that the pizza is made to order so you will always know that you're getting it fresh. The interior is nice and there is ample seating. I think you can also fundraise at Your Pie because I saw a paper on the napkin dispenser with a list of school clubs we can support with our purchases. First time here today and it's the best service I've ever had! Was greeted immediately upon arrival with smiles. English is my mothers second language but the woman making her pizza was extremely patient and made sure we got everything we needed, even asking us if we had questions while we were deciding. So nice of her! You can tell she definitely goes the extra mile to make sure the customers are happy. I wish I knew her name. We felt so welcome here and they even greeted us on our way out during the busy lunch time; something many restaurants don't do. The whole place was also extremely clean. Definitely going to remember to give a bigger tip next time because they deserve it. The pizza was brought to us relatively quickly even though we were sitting outside and tasted very light but filling. I had the ischia pizza and it was well worth the price. So yummy! Ordered a half white with bacon, mushrooms, and spinach and other half regular sauce with the same toppings but added jalapenos, sausage, and black olives to-go. If you like creating your own edible masterpiece, this is the place for you! The restaurant was clean and the person who made my pizza had a great attitude! Also, our pizza was done in less than 5 minutes. This was my first visit so I was excited when he told me the toppings were unlimited. I have tried similar build-it pizza chains like Uncle Maddios but feel like the topping options were SO much better and fresher tasting. (No offense to them though because they have also done a great job before..) BUT...the ranch dressing (get it) was free and had a delicious garlic flavor. Very good experience. I love how you can make your own pizza and add just the toppings you want bc we each like very different pizzas. Pizzas were fire cooked and very tasty. My son has a gluten intolerance and was able to get gluten free crust. The also have other things like salads and gelato. The only draw back was it was a little expensive and the line can be slow if there are a lot of people in there bc each pizza is custom made. Overall I would recommend. read more

Believe it or not my friend got a flavored water which in my book I still consider water. First time trying Your Pie and honestly I messed up! I added ricotta cheese with bbq sauce and it wasn't the best. Since it was my first time, I wished the people behind the counters were more helpful and less in a hurry. I know it's ultimately my choice as a consumer but I felt rushed, so I couldn't ask questions. For the price, I definitely think it is worth it. I was not expecting this at all. The family has some pretty annoying food issues (gluten free, some can't eat dairy, etc). Me? I can (and do) eat anything. Finding a place that everyone likes is nearly impossible. This place has GF pizza, vegan cheese, and a variety of salads and pizzas for us normal folk. Throw in some local craft beers and a few glasses of wine and everyone was happy. Not an easy feat. I think they do an outstanding job. I was surprised to see they had built a "Your Pie" in Dunwoody. It is surrounded by other solid brand restaurants so hopefully it can stand the competition. You custom order your pizza and wait about 7-10 minutes and you have hot out the oven fresh pizza. I opted for the BBQ chicken pizza and wasn't disappointed. Ingredients seem very fresh, and there are many choices of crust, sauce, cheese (including fresh motz! ), and toppings. Last visit was at lunch. The time from building the pie to having it delivered to the table piping hot was under 5 minutes. The pizza was excellent, and I will be coming back soon. Price was reasonable at under $8 (before tax) for a custom pie. A friend at lunch had a pie with hot/buffalo sauce (instead of tomato sauce) and chicken. Not sure why this place is getting good reviews. Food is Ok or mediocre at best. My biggest problem is the staff and amount of time it takes to make the food. Lines are long and slow and the staff doesn't seem up to speed on what's going on. It was confusing to order and took almost 8 minutes just to prep my pizza prior to dropping it in the oven. Then the wait to cook almost took 20 minutes. So from the time we got on line, to the point we got our food, it was a total of 45 minutes. That's not fast or convenient at all. They need a better ordering system for sure. The second time we went it was just as slow although the beer we enjoyed made up for it. The staff is friendly however. It's a good place to bring kids but beware if there is a line of kids in front of you. read more

Stopped by here for lunch, and was thrilled with all the options for pizza toppings and customization offered here! You can order a pizza, panini, or salad, all while customizing sauces, cheeses, toppings, dressings, etc. They even let you choose what herbs to season with. The guy working was super cool and made our experience a lot easier and smooth! He even warned us about putting too much on the pizza, which was nice (btw, toppings are unlimited!) because the pizza might collapse otherwise. It cooked quickly, and the interior is pleasant and bright. The pizza itself tasted great though it fell apart from slightly soggy dough. It was fine though because the taste was more than enough. The food is average, but I feel it's way overpriced. It's a small pizza for about $10 each plus extra for drinks. We only choose to come here when they do a special school function since it runs us about $65-$70 for a family of 4 and it's not even a whole lot of food. My worst experience was at the 3370 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd Suite #100 location on 5/13/22 with Derius or Curderius McBride. He stated that he was the manager when I mentioned that I witnessed a male employee touching and playing in his hair while in the presence of food. Derious became very defensive and made excuses for the employee by stating that the employee "was probably stretching". Derius continued to brush off my concern and refused to issue me a refund after I requested a refund several times. He stated that I needed to request a refund online since I paid online (yourpie.com) which I knew was a lie. He also stated that the store does not receive the revenue for online orders which I knew he was dumber than dumb when he made that statement. He said he does not know who receives the revenue when I asked who received my money. After literally going back and forth with him, he finally refunded my money back. I informed him that I would be contacting Corporate regarding my experience; he laughed and brushed me off again. I also recorded the terrible encounter with him and will mail it to Corporate as well as post it on social media. In addition to the place be unsanitary/yucky, I typed all of this to say that Derius lacks professionalism, has poor customer service skills and is not qualified for management. I am a Corporate Director and hope that immediate action is taken regarding my feedback. read more

I like it. I really do. It's like Chipotle way of making your own pizza/salad/panini. The pizza builders here are lot slower than the one near Perimeter mall but on a positive note, they put more toppings evenly throughout the pizza. I usually get Lineage with fresh mozzarella, but I felt like something else today and went all out, made a custom pie with Fresh basil pesto. Fantastic! is all I can say to this. First off, this is a BRICK OVEN pizza place. Which makes in my opinion a really great pizza. You are going to get a good char on the bottom of your pizza and give sit a good crunch without being a super thin crust. Do yourself a favor, pick two pizza sauces and mix them. They will let you put as many toppins on it as you want, but remember to ask for a longer cook if you really pile it on. Otherwise you're going to get a doughy pizza. In the end I think making your own pizza is the best idea because you can still copy their signiture pizza if you want to with a few tweaks for yourself. Pretty much it's the subway of pizzas ...u can either pick the pizza on the menu or choose your own toppings. Best thing about it it's that pizza is made right in front of you and above all its in a brick oven which I never have had that. Really fresh ingredients. Nice toasty crust. If ordering any of the salads just ask for the dressing on the side .couldn't finish the salad cause it had too much vinaigrette other then really good place to catch a fresh pizza. I created my own pizza with the ingredients of my choosing. The ingredients all look fresh and tasty.
