I have patronize this Jet's Pizza location for 13 years. I have never encountered a negative or bad situation until yesterday with my delivery. My adult daughter answered the door and the delivery man was not professional nor friendly. He asked her was she going to give him a tip, she replied isn't there a delivery fee and he said yes, but that does not include a tip she said hold on and she started to walk back in the house so she could give him a tip. In the meantime, he said to her never mind "Cheap N-word." We reached out to the store manager and still have not heard from him. My boss ordered pizza from here 3 months ago for a late night working session and I kind of cringed, thinking it was a hole in the wall crummy pizza place. Hands down, best crust in the biz! GET THE TURBO CRUST! They offer Detroit style deep dish but the flavor is popping! I'm so happy I was wrong with my initial judgement. I've picked up from this location and ordered multiple pizzas from here, including tonight with another late night at work. I love Jet's Pizza! It's our go to pizza joint now! We get the All Meaty corner pizza with their garlic dipping sauce. Their homemade garlic dipping sauce is so good. We get their cinnamon sticks for dessert. I will say they're a bit pricier than most fast food pizza places, but I think it's worth it. Their pizzas are consistently cooked well, never over- or undercooked. Every time we go, the staff is always friendly & quick to get us our order. This is hands down one of my favorite pizzas in the area. I've been going to jets for about 8 years, this review is long overdue. Located in a very clean shopping center with a few other businesses, Jets pizza has a large interior. They specialize in deep dish pizza and it's delicious. The customer service is also top notch. I've always been greeted at the entrance and the employees do go above and beyond in any interaction I've had with them. I typically order delivery from them now and they have various online specials. Most larges run you $15 online. The slices are pretty big so it's definitely worth the money. The ingredients taste better than your average chain pizza shop. They also have an affordable lunch special during the week! My only complaint or suggestion is that they give you a sauce with your pizza. I love that about papa John's, a free garlic sauce with every pizza. Other than that, I definitely think this place is worth it if you're on the fence! read more

WOW!!!!!!!! We unknowingly called 2 minutes after closing, no one answered. They called us back and advised they would stay open and make our pizza. We declined but they insisted. WOW#1 WOW #2: first time trying this place. It is definitely made with love. Fresh tasting and delicious!! They told me they cook their food there. It's not frozen. They make the sauce etc. and they weren't lying. WOW#3: they were SOOO nice !! Even if the food did taste bad we'd still go back just because of how nice and friendly they are. Jet's is freaking delicious. It's definitely not light, but if you are ready and willing to splurge on a thick, heavy, buttery, savory slice, this is the place. They are following COVID protocols with markings on the floor for customers to stand on and abide by social distancing. Everyone is also wearing masks! I'm a fan of Jet's. Actually a lot of my friends are as well. This location is great. They are conveniently located off of Medlock Bridge Rd in a small shopping strip up on a hill. The employees of Jet's have always been friendly to me. They are courteous, helpful, and prompt. Our go to items are the pizza slice combo. The pizza comes in square shape here and every time I've ordered by the slice, it was freshly made. They are generous with the topping. They have a 2 cheese slice/square plus a 20 oz drink combo as well as one with 2 pepperoni slice/square and a drink at a very reasonable price. Wish they had a sausage option available by the slice. Their sausage is very good. We've also ordered full pies and it's always come out great. Generous toppings and very filling. Noticed they also have a couple of different salad options as well. They deliver as well. This location is also pretty spacious unlike some of the other Jet's location where it's more of a pick up spot. Here they have several tables available in their dining area. It's pretty clean in there as well. Definitely give this place a shot. read more

I had came in to my surprise the newly renovated store, which looks very high-tech and neat. My order was taken by the owner, who happened to be a very nice man and courteous too! He took my order of a deep-dish pizza which was made promptly and well. As I had to take it to-go, they even included napkins and plates. This was my first time ordering from this pizzeria. I read the reviews online and thought..Yep, this is the one. I ordered the large Jet's Pizza w/o onions and the Greek salad. Since I'd read some of the prior reviews, I made sure to check my order for perfection. My online order did not show whether or not onions were on my pizza so I decided to call the store. Robin answered and she was very polite. I explained I'd order through GrubHub and that this was my first experience with their store. She checked my order, confirmed no onions and told me that they plan to fix it to perfection. She didn't lie. The crust... I have no words whatsoever. Well, actually I do. FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!!!!! When I took my first bite, the edges were crisp, buttery and tasty. The middle of the crust was very soft and so good. There was ample amounts of meat, cheese, veggies and sauce in every bite. I could only eat 3 slices. Very tasty and very filling. I had NO issues with my pizza at all. The salad was less than impressive. There was more lettuce and onions than anything else. I think there were like 2 olives and beets in my salad. I don't care for chopped red onions (they over power the taste of anything they are on) so o scraped mine off. After that, there was a bowl with lettuce and pieces of the other ingredients. BUTTTT ....THAT RANCH DRESSING! They get a 10 for it. It was so yummy I put some on one slice of my pizza and also dipped out of it with my finger. Made the lettuce taste a little better. If you haven't tried this pizzeria, do yourself a favor and GO! I ordered the large pizza, the salad (which actually is large enough to share between two people) and an extra dressing (.90) and my cost was $38.58... but that was with cost of delivery from GrubHub and tip. GREAT PIZZA! You can tell it was freshly baked and the garlic crust was a nice touch. Pizza was not ready when I arrived. I waited for it sitting in the VERY clean restaurant. The employee gave me a discount for waiting and a cold bottle of water to drink while I waited. The pizza was worth waiting for! The following day I was telling my co-worker about this delicious pizza, and we decided to order their hot, yummy sandwiches for lunch. Again, same great taste, same great service. Simple mistakes like incorrect orders should not be happening all the time.The owner was the one previously taking my orders and making my pizza where they would be perfect. But the past several times it has been the careless employees. I repeated my order twice just to have it wrong. TIP: write orders down and repeat it back .... Absolutely love Jets pizza. We are pretty consistent. Deep / original crust is amazing. Buttery, not super dense, crispy, just delicious. The Jet 10 is delicious. Their Ranch is awesome! We have ordered from them several times. Only had an issue one time but they not only gave us the pizza they "messed up" but remade a new one for free immediately and made it correct. Mistakes happen but being able to be accountable for it and correct the mistake is exactly what I want from Customer Service. Pretty darn good pizza and good service? Yup. I'm from the Detroit area and grew up going to Buddy's Pizza (very similar to Jet's) and we would order delivery from Jet's when we couldn't get to Buddy's. It just reminds me of home and brings a smile to my face when I eat it. In 2007 we moved from the Detroit area to North Carolina and one of the things I missed most was Detroit-style, deep-dish pizza. When we moved to Johns Creek in December of 2011, I never in a million years would have guessed that we'd find a Jet's pizza here. It's like a taste of home each time we order. A few things that I love most about Jet's are: 1- Their ranch dressing I could drink it by the cup it's so good. Not only is it the best ranch I've ever tasted, but it's made from scratch, in-house. Yumm-o!! 2- If you're going to order their pizza, you MUST get the deep-dish to try at least once. It's so delicious and get it with Turbo Crust. You can thank me later. ;-) However, if you're not a fan of the deep-dish, you should give their thin-crust a try. It's cracker-like and thin... so good. 3- Hands down, they've got the best salads in the pizza market. My favorite is the Greek, though I hate that I have to pay extra for black olives instead of kalamata, and I hate that I have to pay extra for croutons. 4- I'm not one to order dessert when ordering pizza. However, I have had the pleasure of tasting their cinnamon bread and I give it five starts. :-) 5- Coupons/Deals If you order online, be sure to check their coupons/deals to see if you can save yourself some $$$ What I don't like about Jet's (and why I give it 4 stars instead of 5): 1- The price. It's one of the more expensive pizza chains and as a result, we only order from there occasionally instead of it being our go-to place. If we order a small pizza, cheese bread, and salad, we're talking close to $30 when all is said and done. 2- The time for delivery If you order delivery expect AT LEAST an hour for your pizza to arrive. It's mainly because of the traffic in the area, so just be sure to plan ahead if you're going to order. 3- Easy to mess up an online order I wanted to add extra cheese on my pizza and somehow, I managed to order my pizza without ANY cheese. When it came, I was shocked to see no cheese on my pizza (after waiting for more than an hour AND paying an arm and a leg for said pizza)... we called to tell them that they messed up our order, and they rudely said it was our fault. So we checked... and unfortunately, it was. However, their ridiculous attitude when we called about it was just off-putting. Word to the wise, if you alter your order from the standard... be prepared to pay more and potentially have it get messed up. 4- If you ever go there for a tour (I went with my MOMS Club chapter) be prepared to pay. We went and were never told that there was a charge... they gave us an awesome tour behind the scenes and then told us they'd be bringing out some pizza and bread for everyone. We were surprised and appreciative... and then everyone ate and most of the group left... and the manager came out and said we had to pay. It was over $100 for food that none of us ordered. Just be aware if you do ever go for a tour, you WILL be expected to pay. read more

Inexpensive and very tasty pizza. I got the deep-dish pepperoni and mushroom and it was very good. Wifey liked it too. Just the right amount of crunch in the crust and had the right crunchiness all the way through to the center of the pizza. Big pizza for the price and I will definitely be back to try their other pizzas. Note that although this is "deep-dish" style pizza, it ain't Chicago-style deep-dish and that's perfectly fine. Just realize that if you're in the mood for some Chicago-style pizza, this won't quench that craving -- you have to go to Chicago for that! Still, really good pizza at a decent price. Wish I live closer so they'd deliver but not a biggie... I'm in the area quite often anyway. Not really much for dining atmosphere. When I was there, most customers were just picking up to go. There are chairs and tables and TVs but no one else there except the staff. PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW- good and bad parts! I placed an online order at 8:45pm. The website states they close at 10pm. Confirmation said the order would take 30 mins. I called to confirm (I always do this with online orders because systems can be glitchy). The woman who answered immediately told me they're CLOSED, and she didn't see my order. I continue to ask questions. Why are you not going to make my order when it went through, the money has been taken from my account, there's still employees in the building, etc. after about a minute on the phone with her she says "OK I just got your order". She told me the time they close depends on business for the day. Not to mention, this employee was incredibly rude, so rude that I told her I was concerned about her handling my food after she decided she would make my pizza because she seemed really inconvenienced by my order. I arrive to pick it up and there's a really nice man who rings me and offers to bring my food to my car when it's ready. Turns out he is the owner. His name is Sean- incredibly sweet man! He assured me that NO they don't close early and this is NEVER the case. The employee who shall remain nameless (I don't know her life- I'm going to hope she was having an off night) was completely in the wrong and would be corrected. Needless to say, don't accept a BS statement of this location closing early if you call. It's not the case. It's an employee who wants to go home early and they need to be called out because the owner of the location does not run his business this way!! When I spoke to the restaurant they informed me there was an issue and the order hadn't been received.
