These people don't deserve any stars. I spent almost 300 dollars on roses and they charged me but when I called to ask where the orders where; no one knew what I was talking about. Then they said it was going to be delivered, and then they randomly sent an email shortly after saying they refunded me. And when I called back to ask why they refunded me, and was my order not coming they continued to lie and say that my card didn't process, which it had, hence the refund. I don't understand their story. They seem like liars. Never going here again. read more

My husband ordered roses to arrive today. Guess who didn't get her roses ‍ ! Extremely disappointed and my husband is of course pissed cuz it's vday and he paid for delivery for today! I was disappointed. I made an online order and had it set to be delivered for Monday May 11, 2020. For the day after Mother's day. I had called early in the afternoon on Monday to make sure they received my online order and they reassured me that they did get the order and were getting it ready for delivery and that it would be delivered soon. I e-mailed customer service close to 7 p.m Then it was passed 7 p.m. and I called again and still no answer. Don't order without calling first to confirm the viability of "same day delivery". I called to inquire before placing an order for "same day delivery" on their online website. The website states that same day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00PM. It is 11:45AM, I called to inquire (approximately 10 minutes ago) prior to placing an online order, and explain to the representative that I live approximately 15 minutes away (provided name of neighborhood). I am told they are not accepting any more orders for the day. That's great and all, but what will you tell customers that have already placed an order and paid the $15 delivery fee under the premise that the order will be met. For the projected price ~$110 - $150+ for two "same day" delivery bouquets clearer instructions or expectations need to be provided for online customers. read more

So I called this establishment to verified their online promotion and whether it applies to walk-in services. The young lady said it does and to come in for the 2 dozens of roses for $30. She even checked the promotion online to verified the discount. So when I arrived, this Mexican couple welcomed me in. I had mentioned I had just call for the promotion and want to purchase 2 dozen of roses. They acted like they did not want my business and said I didn't make the phone call. If I could give 0 stars or even negative to this establishment I would! Steer clear as they not only take 0 responsibility for anything, but their customer service agents are rude and hung up the phone on me twice! I work in a school and my boyfriend sent me surprise flowers on the first day to wish me a good start. He requested they be delivered by 2:30pm knowing that school ends at 3pm. The school safety agents leave at 3:30pm. I was in the building until 4pm. After I left, I called my boyfriend and he said didn't you get anything from me today? And I said no! I told him to call right away and he didn't have a chance to from work. 4:44pm I get a text from the school secretary that the flowers arrived and she happened to still be there. It was Thursday and I wasn't going to be back in until Tuesday... So she kept them. My boyfriend called Your Red Roses and informed them what happened. They called the school. The secretary confirmed they weren't delivered until 4:40pm. They refused a refund because she kept them. What was she supposed to do? Throw them out? Call them and tell them to come back? After my boyfriend was refused his money back, I called them and asked who is responsible when something is delivered two hours late? They said once flowers are signed for they aren't responsible. So, if a security guard at your office signs he is responsible to get you the flowers. Whoever signs, no matter what time of delivery, they must get you the item. We are in NYC where most flowers are delivered to large offices etc. Other people sign for items all day long. If the are delivered after hours they obviously may not get to the person. This is why they ask what time you need delivery! The whole thing would never have happened if these were delivered on time! Yet, Your Red Roses.com accepted 0 responsibility and the customer service agent told me to call my boyfriend to complain and HUNG UP ON ME. I called back to speak to a supervisor and the same woman RC - so she said - wouldn't give me another person and hung up on me again! Needless to say I am infuriated! Absolutely horrible service. They ruined my mom's birthday by claiming to 1-800 flowers that the delivery was made and SIGNED for at 4pm. When in reality they brought it almost 4 hours later when we had spent 2 hours on the phone trying to track down this expensive gift. The birthday was ruined by making phone calls and not getting any head-way. After the delivery was finally made and the driver begged us to accept it we tried to call so many times to just leave things as is and pay for the arrangement since it was very pretty.... Unfortunately no on picked up. The next morning the SAME DRIVER SHOWS UP to take back my mom's gift and the person I spoke to Sara couldn't have been more unprofessional, unkind and rude. Received a bouquet in a vase as a gift that was half-dead! Two wilted & brown roses and some delicate blue flower with half the blossoms missing and the other half dried out. The daisies were okay. The water in the vase was cloudy & stale-smelling. I suspect the product was sitting in a hot truck for a few days (it was delivered yesterday Monday morning at 10:30am). When I called to complain, the company did offer to pick up the offensive flowers and replace them but this is not convenient for me (I work for a living).
