The team went out to install 40 windows and they absolutely did an excellent job. They were super friendly and professional. Ben was our point of contact throughout the entire project. He came out to take the initial measurements, talk through the project, and generate a quote. It was a complete zero-pressure experience. After receiving the quote I made an appointment to visit the showroom (though Ben also offered to bring some window samples to the house). We really liked the windows (Sunrise Restorations) and moved forward with the project. The installation went flawless! None of them impressed me until Greg from Windows on Washington came over. He walked me through several options and explained how the windows they used were manufactured and why. Windows on Washington got the job. My windows and my doors were being manufactured. So they sent out a wonderful gentleman to get the final accurate measurements. Great guy. After that, communication was wonderful as were were assessed of the stage we were in. This included when we got the email and calls explaining that, since we were on a higher floor, they needed to bring in some equipment to lift the new doors up to our balcony. No surprises. Installation day was amazing as Joon and his team came in, got everything into place, and cleaned up the areas to better than when they got here. Joon then went over the features on our windows and even explained how we get to and clean the outsides of the glass. Wonderful man and amazing team.
