I'm talkin' from the west coast to the east coast new. So, like you.. I decided to look for a dentist via Yelp.. as well as Googling up one. Thankfully I came across Natural Smiles Of Orlando & wanted to try them out because of the great reviews. As soon as I called with questions I was greeted with a smile over the phone! Magdia (I'm not sure how her name is spelled) answered all my questions & I always felt she was happy to help any time I called - so this made for a good first impression. When it was finally time for my appointment, the great customer service didn't stop over the phone. I felt very welcomed & everyone there is So friendly! Even the doctor! I also have to say the dental technician is such a ray of sunshine, she is great! Not only that, the place is clean & well updated. I also love the location & there is plenty of parking available. The reviews realy did prove this place to be 5 stars.. & I would give them more stars if I could. I will highly recommend this dentist to anyone I come across. I will look forward to my next visit when the time comes :).

In 2024, I…read morepurchased a $300 "no-insurance" membership for my son, an Army veteran, which was described as including two cleanings and an X-ray. No itemized invoice or written details were provided, it was just added to the account. During my son's first cleaning appointment, the receptionist claimed he couldn't use the plan. Staff insisted he needed a deep cleaning requiring two additional appointments, quoting $1,400 and invalidating the original plan. We proceeded, assuming the $300 plan would still cover basic preventive care later, as no expiration was mentioned. However, when my son tried to make an appointment in 2026, the office stated the plan had "expired" and was valid for one year from time of purchase and would no longer be honored, despite my payment in 2024 for that specific benefit and the lack of prior notice about expiration. This feels like a deceptive practice. Furthermore, my husband, also a patient, was told he needed a tooth removed. A second opinion from an oral surgeon revealed this was unnecessary. Beyond these issues, the receptionist, who identified herself as the "office manager," needs excessive customer service retraining. Front-facing roles aren't suitable for everyone

    After a terrible experience at the Kissimmee location, where they fraudulently tried to charge me…read moreand had several "recommendations" for what was suppose to be a deep cleaning that is covered by insurance, I was contacted by Marie at Corporate who assured me that I would be better treated and that the service would be provided guaranteed at this Lee Vista location. I reluctantly took the appointment. Called out of work, and wasted yet another afternoon at the dentist. The dentist Dr. Oz told me that she was reviewing everything and would have some recommendations. She saw me for a total of 5 minutes and then the finance guy (super nice) told me that after insurance my bill would be $894.40. I explained that appreciate the recommendation but ONLY WANT A CLEANING. He told me that I have been diagnosed with Gum diseases. But by who??? This is the first I hear of it. Nevertheless, I don't want anything other than a cleaning. He says that cannot be done once I have been told I have gum disease. I left with NO SERVICE GIVEN! What's really mind boggling is that the appointments were 5 days apart and how did my total go from $551 at the Kissimmee location to $849 at the Lee Vista???? Aspen DENTAL is SHADY and I reported it to the better business bureau as well as on every site possible and to my insurance.

    Hace 6 meses me atendieron y aunque en aquel momento estaba muy contenta con atendencia y el trato…read morela verdad ahora estoy muy desilusionada en ese momento yo fui con un dolor de muela muy molestoso y me dijeron que posiblemente me tenían que hacer un robot canal el monto era por el robot canal de 4 mil dólares lo cual le dije que no estaba trabajando y que no podía porque no tenía el dinero pues es,lo me aprobaron una tarjeta de crédito por 3 mil pues me dijeron que necesitaba una limpieza y arreglar una muela variada que eran 900 accedí a arreglármela pero le dije a la que me atendió que ya no me iba poder hacer el robot canal porque me salía casi en 4 mil y solo me quedaban 2 mil de crédito ella me dijo que iba a conversarlo con la dentista ella me llamó y me dijo que estaba bien que solo me iban hacer la corona y yo pues accedió porque pienso ellos saben lo que hacen bueno me hicieron la corona pero desde que salí de allí estoy con un dolor en la muela que me tiene muy frustrada parece ser que como no me hicieron el robot canal me está molestando mi desilusión es que yo pagué por algo que Sotp y pagando con sacrificio y sigo con el dolor así que prácticamente perdí mi dinero y tal vez pierda mi diente también la verdad que deben de tener un poco de consideración pporque uno no es rico y el dinero no se puede botar así que lástima tienen un personal muy cariñoso pero eso no se debe hacer ahora me tendré que quedar con mi dolor porque no puedo hacerme el robot canal y mi dinero perdido

    I would never go here and promptly canceled our appointments after this experience…read more A $50 deposit requirement was never communicated at the time of booking, despite scheduling the appointment over a week ago. Then, we suddenly received a text stating we had one day to make a deposit payment before the appointment. What makes this worse is that the office staff could not provide anything in writing when asked. First, we were told this policy had always existed for all new patients, then later told it was "new." The inconsistency and lack of professionalism were concerning. Their website has an entire page dedicated to new patients, and nowhere does it mention a $50 deposit requirement. It does, however, state they can perform insurance checks ahead of appointments to confirm coverage, which makes the lack of transparency around this unnecessary and poorly communicated deposit even more frustrating. When asked to run the insurance check, I was told they could do it up to 48 hours before the appointment, but we would still each be required to pay the deposit regardless. Policies involving deposits and financial obligations should be communicated clearly at or before booking, not sprung on patients at the last minute with no written acknowledgment or agreement. We never even made it to the office because this situation completely destroyed confidence in the practice. Put it in writing or don't do it. This is not about the money; it's about proper business practices, transparency, and communication.
