Watching hosts prioritize rigid convenience and scripted deflections over paying guests in a half-empty room completely ruined the experience before we even looked at a menu. Luckily I got a regular-customer/birthday dinner exemption. They made it clear this was a one-time special and we could only get dumplings... which worked out perfectly because dumplings were all I wanted. We ordered three rounds of the classic soup dumplings, one order of the black truffle dumplings, and one order of the chocolate dumplings for dessert. THE FOOD 5/10 Here's where things started to fall apart. The first all-you-can-eat platter came with two snow crab clusters, 1/2lb crawfish, 1/2lb mussels, 1/2lb peeled shrimp, plus unlimited sides. One thing that caught us off guard and maybe we just missed it on the menu is that after your first round, you can no longer order the snow crab or peeled shrimp.
