    Shredded beef taco
    Melissa R.

I can't wait to work through every inch of this menu. We stopped for a very late breakfast/ lunch so I got the shredded beef taco and cheese quesadilla.. the star? Their green sauce is AMAZING. I love a lot of heat.. my body does not agree but this verde sauce was the perfect level of heat and sooo good. My boyfriend had the menudo and absolutely loved it .

    Tasty menudo!

#1 combo, loaded fries, & carne asada burrito!!

Yuliana's Mexican food is so good!!! The beans are 10/10 and I'm obsessed with the green salsa. The rice is the best I've had at a fast food spot besides homemade. Give this place a try!

Bacon Breakfast Burrito. Bacon, egg, potato, cheese.

This was my second time here and I was disappointed the first time but I always give second chances before writing a review. I ordered 2 Breakfast Burritos today and had half of each. I am a try it all kinda girl, I can't wait for the next time lol Bacon Breakfast Burrito - bacon, eggs, potatoes, cheese ($6.95) this was my favorite of the 2. It had the perfect mix of bacon, egg, and potato. Topped each bute with their salsa verde, which I can drink alone btw, and it was just chefs kiss!! Steak and Egg Burrito - steak, eggs, cheese ($7.95) these guys do not skimp on the meat at all however, the meat here is just mid to me but I've had the same experience with most Mexican spots out here and their Carne idk. Salsa verde definitely helps the flavor. For the price I'd order it again. Overall it's a 4.5 for me. The verde alone is a 7 out of 5 and I wanted to take the bottle home but my niece wouldn't let me take it jk I wouldn't have lol

He also ordered a tamale since he really liked it last time. I had the #13 which is 2 Chicken or Beef Rolled Taquitos topped with sour, lettuce, cheese, and guacamole with rice & beans. Our server was a lady that makes the food. I'm guessing one of the owners. She was not a very good server. She did not check on us much. We waited a long time to get our check. Hubby didn't receive the tamale. When hubby told her about the tamale she said they were out of tamales & she forgot to tell him. That's because she never came back to the table. She said she needed to make more of them. They were much busier than the last time we were here. Hubby loved his food. This is his favorite Mex restaurant. I forgot to take any pictures until we had already eaten half our food. I did get a picture of a robot that goes to tables to deliver food with multiple plates & then goes back to the kitchen.

Didn't feel like shelling out $20.95 for shrimp or fish soup so I went the safe route of two tacos special. Went with shredded chicken and beef Tacos. Complimentary salsa and chips were nice and they did a good job making sure I Sala bowl didn't stay empty for long time. Salsa was very tasty. Main dish came and I have to they beans were Luke warm and rice was OK but nothing special. Tacos were yummy, shredded beef and chicken did not have lot of flavor by itself but they were moist. Over all dish was pretty good, nothing out of the ordinary. I do have to say they charge little high for a diet coke.. But my friend ordered that . This place is more 3 and half but not 4 for me.

A trio of salsas and chips on the house came quickly, delicious flavors! I went with the 2 entree combo, beef taco and a pork stew with calabacitas (melted cheese squash medley) and roasted corn. The pork stew was delicious and packed a nice spicy punch. The beef taco, roasted corn and calabacitas were just average, but I finished everything because I was hungry. He was incredibly kind and attentive, especially with my friend who is deaf, making sure we always had water, napkins, and plenty of chips. The margarita flight is always a must for me, so I had to order one for my friend since it was her first visit. I told her that even though neither of us are into spicy margaritas, I knew she'd love it and I was right! Every margarita was delicious. I also ordered the lavender lemonade, which was refreshing and just as good. Ghost Ranch never seems to miss when it comes to drinks. Potato tacos! I got the frozen margarita and it was a bit sweet, but nice for the summer evening. Our server wasn't super attentive, but was nice whenever they came around.
