I can't believe I'm actually writing this review. I am absolutely livid with the service this salon provided. Not only was the worker very unprofessional, she caused clear damage to my skin and acted like nothing was wrong. When I got home, I saw how MY SKIN BURNT OFF. THIS IS ACTUALLY INSANELY RIDICULOUS HOW SOMEONE CAN MESS UP YOUR SKIN SO BADLY THAT IT BURNS OFF. I used to be their loyal customer for years, but I swear I will never ever get any service here done again. All I wanted were my eyebrows threaded and my mustache waxed. She RUSHED through my eyebrows and didn't bother to trim them. And when I asked her to trim them she said she did and I was like I literally did not see you do it. Why lie about it? And then next, she was supposed to wax my mustache. She kept pressuring me to get to chocolate wax because it was supposed to be "better" for just a few more dollars than the regular wax. I thought it would be a good idea, so I agreed to it. She took the wooden stick and dripped it in the wax before smearing it in the middle of my mustache. Holy hell IT BURNED. She didn't bother to ensure that the wax was cool enough for it to be put on my skin. It HURT and when I confronted her about it she just said it's fine it'll cool off. She COMPLETELY DISREGARDED MY PAIN. My skin was burning all day after this service. I came home and had to keep reapplying aloe Vera gel because SHE DIDNT GIVE ME ANY. I have a family gathering I have to go to tomorrow where I'll be meeting with family I haven't seen in years and I can't even look my best because of this absolutely terrible and horrible worker. I HAVE GOTTEN MY SKIN WAXED PLENTY OF TIMES AND IT HAS NEVER EVER LEFT A BURN MARK NOR HURT THIS BADLY!!!!!!!! On the next day following this appointment, I had to go to urgent care because my skin was burning in pain. I couldn't move my lips without it hurting. I tried using over the counter gels and ointments but literally none of them worked and made my skin burn even more. When I was seen by the doctor, he diagnosed this burn to have 1st and 2nd degree burns. I was promised a refund for this incident but when I went to the shop they only gave me a partial refund. During my visit, I got my eyebrows threaded and my mustache waxed for a total of $26. Because of this incident I requested a refund because of the gravity of the incident that occurred. When I went to the shop, I only got a $10 refund and a $10 gift card. Even with those two combined it doesn't add up to the total. The full refund is the least they could do for what happened. I threw out the gift card because there's no point going back to a business that would not give me the full refund that is the bare minimum that they could do in regards to this incident. For over a whole week after this incident, I couldn't move my lips without it tearing and bleeding with a sharp stinging pain. read more

The shop is very clean. They're open on Sundays, which is nice The girls are not too talkative, but they're nice. They like to have cash. They don't like you to use your credit card or ATM so just be aware.I feel they do a pretty good job. read more

I usually come here to get my eyebrows done by my girl Hershey (love her and she's always amazing) but she wasn't here today. Instead I was helped by the amazing Ashima. It was my first time ever doing a lash lift + tint and it came out AMAZING! The total for eyebrows threading , lash lift, tint of upper and lower lashes was $97! What a great price! Ashima was kind and patient with me. Since it was my first time doing this I didn't know what to expect but Ashima explained every step and what she was doing. She was very attentive in making sure my lashes came out looking the best. Overall I came out super happy with my lashes and it took less than 45 minutes for the whole process! I will absolutely be coming back again for this treatment and would recommend this service to anyone! I usually have very sensitive eyes that tear up and move (A LOT) but even with this, Ashima did a fabulous job! Even my husband noticed and said they looked super pretty! His brows stay crispy and clean thanks to Hershey. She literally saved his brows from another person that did a shoddy job at a different salon. Hershey is amazing, I have been coming here for years because not only is quality service but the customer service is great. I love how she is very gentle and already knows what I like.
