I usually come here to get my eyebrows done by my girl Hershey (love her and she's always amazing) but she wasn't here today. Instead I was helped by the amazing Ashima. It was my first time ever doing a lash lift + tint and it came out AMAZING! The total for eyebrows threading , lash lift, tint of upper and lower lashes was $97! What a great price! Ashima was kind and patient with me. Since it was my first time doing this I didn't know what to expect but Ashima explained every step and what she was doing. She was very attentive in making sure my lashes came out looking the best. Overall I came out super happy with my lashes and it took less than 45 minutes for the whole process! I will absolutely be coming back again for this treatment and would recommend this service to anyone! I saw on Groupon I could get a Brazilian wax for $20 I called and was told not to buy the coupon but they would honor this price I've just been paying so much at European Wax Center. I wanted to see if another place would make me as comfortable and do as good of a job. I arrive the next day having an appointment and the two girls there knew about my appointment Kept speaking in their language, so I couldn't understand what they're saying, looking back-and-forth and looking at me I have an appointment ? They said oh yes, you have an appointment Kept talking about the price so I don't understand them having a Groupon and not knowing it's on there Going back to Get my Brazilian she asked is I wanted a chocolate do I one? I said well sure and she said well it's $15 more I said no, thank you then, and she just kept going on and on that it would be so much better for me , I said no thank you Then she proceeded to do my waxing and honestly, I have never been in such pain having a wax. It usually doesn't bother me at all!!!! Kept telling her the wax is hot , she would blow on it and then continue Once I left and got home, my crotch was completely on fire from this I had to ice my vagina !! This was the waxing experience from hell and I have the burn marks to prove it. I got my armpits, arms, and Brazilian done and I should have stopped at my armpits. Unfortunately a lot of my normal spots are closed due to the pandemic and I was desperate to get this service performed because I had a sexy boudoir photo shoot scheduled the next day. It was 4PM and I didn't have any other options. When you look at the photos, keep in mind that I do not have sensitive skin and those are photos of both of my arms. This poorly trained individual only spoke Portuguese so that didn't help. No English, no Spanish, only Portuguese. She went over my armpit ~15 times. Let that sink in people, about 15 times per armpit and still left a hair. My lady parts still have hair in my inner lips, she burned the outer one, and chaffed where it connects to my thigh. Oh and I left the salon covered in wax. Covered. She even managed to get it on the bottom of my foot. And she did not wipe me down with baby oil to calm my burned irritated skin. No. Instead she sprayed the pre-wax rubbing alcohol after waxing me. Rubbing alcohol on my open-pore, sensitive lady parts and got it inside. Omg I was in so much pain because she was so poorly trained. I'm cringing remembering how many times she went over my lady parts. Over and over and over. Rip after rip after rip. Probably 10-15 times in the same part again and again and again. As I'm going over my skin right now, I can still feel stubble. Stubble?! I had 6, almost 7 weeks worth of growth and I feel stubble on my arms and lady parts. It's like she tore the hair and didn't get the follicle. Omg I'm so angry right now. When I noticed the redness on my arms, it was itchy so I thought it was an allergic reaction and she kept saying "sensitive skin, sensitive skin." No! You burned me. The worst part was when I got to the cash register and they told me any services over $50 had an automatic 18% gratuity added. Ha! No, remove it. "Would you like to leave another form of tip?"
