I have been to both their Tustin and Anaheim locations for multiple services. I received my wax today by "HERSHEY" and I am beyond happy!!!!!! If you are looking to get a Brazilian she has the most gentle hands and is extremely thorough!!!!! I will be requesting her for every future appointment!!!!! Do not go! I was going to the place ever since I started my brows. And this was the only place I trust. I stop going for a while to let me eyebrows grow and when I came back around December I noticed a new staff, I didn't think of it much. When I get my eyebrows threaded my entire forehead turns pink so didn't notice that there were cuts or whatever this is on my eyebrows. It's been two months already and they have not healed!!! First time here and I did Brazilian and full leg and bleaching for underarms. I had Sonia and although very painful for Brazilian she was super fast and she made me laugh through the pain haha. I ended up getting the package to keep doing my Brazilian with her. I did the chocolate Brazilian and am super happy with the results. my underarms are so much softer now. read more

Do not go here!! Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had. I just asked her to remove extra hair and maintain the shape and length of my brows. She ended up making my right brow shorter than my left & didn't remove the extra hair in the front/middle. When I pointed out what I didn't like, she got defensive. She clearly didn't know what she was doing because she sounded confused. I wasn't confident in her ability to fix her mistake. In addition, her threading technique was so bad! She basically plucked one hair at a time making this whole process slow and painful. She gave me a $2 discount because I was so unhappy but honestly, I didn't want to pay at all. She told me that having dark inner thighs wasn't normal and I should get it bleached. I'm a woman of color, did she expect my private area to be white!!? I had to stop her mid-threading and ask for someone else. She had taken too much hair out on one side and made it impossible for the second lady to even them out. I get my facials done here by Sonia. She is amazing! Every time I come in, she is super sweet and friendly with me and makes me feel super comfortable. She also does a fantastic job at taking care of my skin. My favorite is the bleach treatment! This is my third time coming in to see Sonia and my skin has already significantly improved! I typically get pretty bad acne and have seen significant improvements since I started coming here. After the bleach treatment, my skin feels so clean and looks super glowy! Service is quick... but that's about it. They only asked to check if my eyebrows were okay once, but not at the very end. I had a forehead service done as well. Many spots were missed. The sides under the tail of my eyebrows and outside of it wasn't even done. First time here and I loved it! I yelped it (obviously) and that's how I arrived to this place. Located on Lincoln Ave and State college in the giant shopping center. It is located on the west side of the lot. I was greeted by two nice ladies that didn't make me wait more than 5 minutes. Got the brows fleeked and the lady who did it was great..it was quick, minimally painful and clean and I got that awesome eyebrow massage afterwards that I love. They had good music, a clean and bright atmosphere and even a pleasant smell. Now I have read past reviews from years back but they seem to have solved most of those problems. They have a deal for 5 eyebrow/lip threads for I think $60 which is a great deal (not including tip) I don't live around so I didn't purchase it but I think it's a great deal! Today was the first time coming to this business and I won't be back! I only wanted my eyebrows threaded and the employee doing my service convinced me to try "tinting" because it lasts for 3 weeks and you don't have to use any eyebrow powder or a pencil. After she put the ink on for 10 minutes and wiped it off, my eyebrows were uneven and the color was way off from my natural brow color. She attempted to fix it but it still looked terrible and wasn't worth $32 dollars. I suggest going elsewhere to have your eyebrows done correctly. read more

Sonia is the best person to go to for brow threading. She shaped my eyebrows so well. NO ONE was ever able to do that before I came here.

I came here first on a groupon, and bought the package deal they had after. It was a good deal, so I didn't want to turn it away. The staff is always nice to me. Before my session, they always let me know about the different types of waxes they have. I thought for this time let's give the chocolate wax a try. The staff let me know when I was inquiring about the chocolate wax that it was going to be $15 more. I agreed to the service. The chocolate wax does hurt less and I'm anxious to see how my hair grows compare to the regular wax. When checking out, the staff let me know I owe $25. WAIT! First she tells me $15 and now $25. She broke down the payment to me and said they charge a automatic 18% gratuity after a $50 service. Okay, that makes sense. I wish they told me before hand that they do that. Now, I felt like I got played on a service when I agreed to first paying $15 extra. I will not renew my package as I have found better service at a different business. read more

She kept mentioning I had a gap in one of my eyebrows multiple times which I obviously knew about which was why I went in the first place. I just keptsaying "yeah make them even".
