Everytime I come here, there is no line and more than one worker but somehow I have to wait at least 30 minutes for one of the girls to finish cleaning the floors before they are ready to do my eyebrows. Why can't they clean the place before they open? I've never had this experience with any other threading place. Very frustrating. Don't come right after they open! Unless you want to sit and watch them clean before they can thread your eyebrows. The do a nice job threading but is it really worth the inappropriate wait? I came here to get my eyebrows threaded and the lady was rude telling me my eyebrows were mest up when clearly I've been growing them out for a while.. she finished within 2min and when I look in the mirror it looked like she did nothing. But I did notice the top of my eyebrows were uneven.. they used to charge $8 now they charge $10 plus a tip.. I'm never coming back here again it's a rip off! read more

If I could give a -1 I would, so disappointed with service, they make it very clear to make appointments with everything going on, so I made a appointment for my lunch at noon, I only get 30 minutes and work near by. I arrive at location and there are about 4 girls just all standing around plus the one she is working on, I go in sign in and I say I have a noon appt its already 11:55 and I say im on my lunch break she assures me im next, well apparently she is running behind because I was not next, the 11:45 appt had not evev been seen yet, I ask why do you make it a point to schedule appts if your going to take walk in's and back everyone else up that actually has a appt. I get my eyebrows done here but I only like this certain lady to do them... I'm not sure what her name is but she seems to be the youngest, she has really long hair and uses the 2nd chair. The last time I went this older lady did them for me and I think she couldn't see too well because she missed a lot of hair. The place in itself though is really nice, clean, modern, I like it. I'm not even sure where to start. I looked up places to get henna done for my wedding. After talking to them, and having my mom go in to show them what I want (I live an hour away), we felt good about coming here and booked the appointment. We showed them a very detailed photo and told them that we didn't want ALL the detail. They quoted us $100 for the design and it would take an hour. Fine. So the day comes and I'm ready to get it done. I was unsure right off the bat because the photos I had, I told them I liked one more than the other, and they kept referring to the one I liked less. Like the other one wasn't even an option. Whatever, as long as it's what I wanted. I explained a few times, somebody kept translating to the artist, and we went into a room to get started. Then, a second girl came in and the both took a leg. So, I had two people, one for each leg. I really wasn't sure about this, since two people doesn't mean the same design on each leg. Yeah, I was right. And of course, henna being what it is, I couldn't do anything about it once they were half way done and I got my first look. They were done within 30 min, really more like 20. My left leg design is nowhere close to my right leg design and the sizing and position is SO off. After it dried and I rinsed it off, the left leg staining was so light. I'm not happy at all with what I got. The right leg is beautiful, but it still wasn't exactly what I wanted. I told them I didn't want just a block of design straight up my leg, but something more flowing and curled to the sides. And both designs, just hit the top of my feet and up half way the front of my leg, no "flow" to it at all. My wedding day I only showed one leg, since the other just looked like crap. THEN, we did the threading. I needed my full face and neck done, it IS my wedding. The woman who did my left leg (not great design) did the threading. She was older so I figured she'd know what she was doing. Well, it hurt a hell of a lot more than normal, but it might have been me, so whatever. But it took her almost 45 min to do the whole thing. AND, I found two "strips" on my neck that she didn't even touch later that night. So I ended up having to shave my fricken neck where she missed!!! We dropped over $200 and I am SO pissed with the results. If I were local, I would go back in and demand some kind of refund. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

So I've been wanting to try eye lash extensions for a long time now! I finally was able to save up money to get them done for my birthday, guaranteed they would last at least one week. They lasted one night!! I paid 45 and was forced to pay a tip so my total came out to 60 bucks! I've been going here for over a year now for brazillian waxes and am always impressed. The staff is very friendly and this location is clean and modern! I believe you can purchase 3 waxes for $100 which isn't bad. I have recommended Yuva to many of my friends who have never had brazillians before, and they all say they will never go back to shaving after going here ha! They do a great job here at making you feel comfortable, and they can always squeeze me in for an appointment last minute. I just received my first Brazilian wax... I was terrified but Sonia was wonderful. She used an oxy bleach to prep and make the skin soft. Then she used the chocolate wax... it wasn't painful like I imagined. A little discomfort but no big deal. I will be coming back on a regular basis. Sonia is the best!! read more

She was having a full on conversations with her co worker well threading my eyebrows and when she finish she didn't even let me see them like most places do. she was too busy on trying to up sale me on their bleach facial, so I figured what the hell it was only $40. Then she starts talking about 1st time customer I should get a herbal cleanse. She talked so dam fast I couldn't understand her. I got the facial done. And she was still talking away with her co worker and after everything I end up paying $78. She added a 18 percent tip. Wtf.. We've been coming here for a while since it opened but had a bad experience recently- rude and unprofessional staff, not necessary when there are so many other places to go. The receptionist talks bad about customers as soon as they hang up the phone with her or as customers are walking out- the rest of the staff follows and all talk bad about clients which shows unprofessionalism. Every time I go with Sonia she does an amazing job, especially with my eyebrows, she leaves them fantastic . She always has a positive attitude and does me right.
