So I've been coming here since they recently opened. All I've gotten done are my eyebrows and they always do an amazing job. I've only had Reena and Rupa do my eyebrows though. Can't speak for the rest. They didn't get 5 stars because I think the lighting could be a little better to make sure they get everything and the chairs aren't the best either. No biggie though. Had a bad service several times. They are rude. They don't care of customers, and keep asking you to have extra services to get money. When they make a mistake, they don't think it's their fault. That makes me annoyed. read more

I come here to get my eyebrows threaded, I live very close (walking distance) and they do a great job! But if you're wearing eyeliner or eyebrow powder make sure to bring extra because they wipe it off when doing your eyebrows! read more

This review is for waxing only. I don't trust others with my brows. If you buy a package deal it can be a good deal. (3 brazilian waxes for $100 or sometimes they have specials in the summer time for 4 waxes/ $100.) Depending on the person working at the front, they can try to up-sell you. There is a $10 minimum for credit cards (sign posted to the left of the cash register, so you can easy miss it). Ruba is the best! She does a great job and makes you feel comfortable. You can ask for numbing spray if you need it. read more

I was not a happy customer. My brows came out horrible and I didn't have cash on me. I told the front desk that I would have to go withdraw cash and she insisted to keep my credit card as collateral so I would come back. (WTF?) When I came back to pay of my brows she had the nerve to ask for tip. Of course I never tipped her after my experience and after having to drive out to withdraw cash, and I DEFINITELY will never come back! read more

I give it a one star just because they do good eyebrows. Other than that the facials are really bad I could have gotten a better facial at my barbershop for a cheaper price and better quality and relaxation. The steamer smelled so bad i was trying so hard not to breath under that. The lady who did my facial did not do a good job with putting on the product she was massaging my face every direction and kinda aggressively. She took long to get started and rushed through my facial every thing that she put on my face smelled really bad like snare and chemicals. I rushed home to wash my face because the smell was unbearable. After all that the guy in the front was rude I came in and Signed In and he didn't say anything until 10 to 15 minutes passed and a lady told me she was ready when there was no client in there but me and a girl getting her lashes done. At the end when I was paying he was like 65 for facial and 10 for eyebrows which had to be 8 dollars for happy hour and 10 dollar tip for the ladies. Which he didn't even ask me if I wanted to tip he just put it on the check. Honestly it's not worth it. The sad part is that im the type to never complain because it embarrassing to tell someone that is licensed to do a better job any ways they can keep my money I hope it last long sir. read more

I have been coming to Yuva salon since they opened up in this shopping center 2 or so years ago! The service has always been fantastic! Kristen on the front is always very nice when I come in. The best part of Yuva salon is Rupa! She is the one who I always have doing my eyebrow threading! She also does other threading, lashes, henna, and waxing. I been going to this place probably since it has been opened. I have tried to get my eyebrow threading with most of them but my all time favorite is definitely Rupa! She is always so busy but I don't care I will wait for her. I don't like the fact that you can't get an appt for that. My eyebrows were pretty thin before but she has managed to maintain them nice and thick. To me it seems like sometimes they get annoyed when asking for her if she's busy and try to tell me to come back later or just give me an annoyed look but I like how she does my brows so I don't care how long I wait , I will wait lol. If she ever moves away please tell us haha that's the only reason I am not giving 5 stars because I feel like I have to beg for her. Rupa herself though is very nice and friendly. I don't live super close to it is a bit of a mission to stop by and see if she's there. read more

I HATE this place! I live right across the street and my nail place is right next door so it has always been convenient for me BUT NEVER AGAIN! I've never been amazed with their customer service or skills. People are always dissatisfied with them but nothing has really ever happen to me until now . I went in after my nails, like always, there was a new older lady I had never seen there before. She took me... And as soon as she started and knew something was off . She was vey ROUGH and I mean rough! I've had the threading done for YEARS and have a hit tolerance for pain but this was crazy hard !!!! To the point that she finally cut/burned me and cause me to bleed. I was very upset and all she did was give a simple sorry and carried on. I had the scab for over 2 weeks and now have a light scar because of it! I'm totOrally done with this place, should of been a long time ago, now I will never come . Not even if it's free ! I walked right in and there was only one threader there (other woman on lunch) and I got started right away. She was fast and did a great job on my eyebrows. Super cheap ($8) for eyebrows. I brought cash thanks to other yelper reviews that said $20 min for credit. When I looked at myself in my car I saw a few missed hairs and ran back in and she immediately interrupted her next client to fix me up, with an apology and a smile. Good experience. read more
