Kristen is the absolute best! I've been wearing the semi-permanent eyelashes for a couple of months now and I never ever want to go back to not wearing them. Kristen always makes my eyelashes look so great and I'm happy every single time. She was really helpful when I first got them, explained which size would best fit me and she even tried a different style which I'm currently wearing and love even more than the first set I wore. I was a bit nervous about wearing them, but she made me feel really comfortable and the process completely easy and not painful. I've heard stories from my other friends who have gotten it before (not here) and told me that their eyes burned and it hurt to take off. I've gotten at least 3 new sets and I've never felt any pain or discomfort, that's how careful Kristen is. She will make sure you're comfortable and not in any paint at all. My usual go to place when I get my eyebrows threaded. However I was hesitated to come back from my last experience. The lady who threaded my brows made them too thin! So I never came back however I thought I'd give it another try and had Susan. I absolutely love the way she did my brows! I asked her to make them thick and not too thin. She took her time unlike the other girls that did my eyebrows in the past. If I would come back, I would just ask for Susan. She does a very good job on threading. read more

Great service! I got my eyebrows threaded and it was quick and relatively painless. The girl who did my brows was very precise and skilled you could tell she knew what she was doing. She even massaged my brows with aloe Vera after she was done which felt so good. I was very pleased with the finished result and service. I will definitely be back again:)! read more

I used to come to this place all the time but I decided to try a different place since every time I came I felt I would receive the worst customer service from the receptionist with the red hair and mean face . She always looks like if she doesn't want to be there or greet you. She is really unhelpful and acts like if your bothering her . The owner here is an arrogant moron. Dont even bother going when hes there. I went in for eyebrow threading and left without it. I checked in and i always go with sonia i told him i would wait for her even though there wasnt any wait for the other ladies. She was already working on someones facial. I saw that but he never told her i was waiting or told me that she had 2 facials and waxing. After just waiting there for over 30 minutes after she finished the first facial i asked him how long, because im on a time crunch i cant be waiting if shes busy i can just come back. Thats when he decides to tell sonia im waiting and he tells me shes busy doing facials and waxings. He could of communicated that before i waited and waisted my valuable time. Im not going to sit there for an additional hour for just eyebrows when i have stuff to do. He then says he forgot because he was busy. Busy doing what? I just saw you standing around and pacing not doing anything. Then he says it was my faul because he was at lunch and i should of told sonia myself. Again liar you were not at lunch you were there the whole time i checked in with you. And you were in the middle pretending to know what your doing. Then he says its human error and that sonia can stop what shes doing to do my eyebrows. Thats also inconsiderate because how is she going to stop in the middle of a facial to rush my eyebrows its neither fair to the one getting the facial or to me. I simply left, my time is more valuable and this isnt the only place. Sonia is good but hes just a rude person doesnt have common sense or customer service just cares about money. This is review is solely for their Brazilian waxes. I came in today on a Groupon and quite frankly it was a very big big mistake. The staff is very nice and I am sure they do threading well. However, my Brazilian left me in a lot of pain, and bleeding when I got home. I have been getting only Brazilian waxes for over a year and a half, and although I did wait about seven weeks this time, I have never experienced such a painful wax. I usually go to a day spa to get my waxing done but I found out today that the girl I usually use moved salons so I chanced it....so regretful that I came here. read more

I have been here a couple of times now because I was given a gift certificate for it. I can honestly say now that if I didn't have a gift certificate for it, I probably would not come here. The women providing the service are constantly trying to push extra services on me that I do not need. Also, they do not know where to properly start shaping a brow; they always start mine at the inner tear duct of my eyes and as a result they always look too short. They also thin them out way too much. The girl at the reception desk is also rude. I did not know that there was a $10 minimum to use your card. Since my service was already paid for because of the gc you would think they can make an exception so I can tip the girl that didn't even do a good job in the first place! I have one more use on my gc and after that I am not coming back. If you want some AMAZING brows, go to Becca at the Benefit Brow Bar at the ULTA in Cerrritos, she is a genius with brows! read more

I am so disappointed I this place. I used to come here all the time to get my eyebrows done but not after today. I brought my mom here to get her eyebrows done and it was her first time here. I told her that this place is great because I've never had a bad experience here before. This review is not based on the quality of their work because I that area the staff is great, this is just basically on customer service. So we went in and we signed our name there was no one else in front of us so we were just waiting for the next person to be available so she could help my mom. Finally a girl helped us out and as my mom was already sitting on the chair the lady sent her back and said that she was going to help out a lady that had walked in clearly after us. I thought that was so rude and unprofessional. How are you going to send someone back who had go there first than the other person just to help out someone else. I was so angry about that and I told my mom to get up and we walked away. I will no longer be coming back here. read more
