Sheila is an experienced esthetician who knows her stuff and doesn't hesitate to share her wealth of knowledge. The services I received thus far include her keratin lash lift and ice resculpting facial. Lash lift -- this is a process that requires painstaking detail, and my previous technician whom I thought I was satisfied with and visited for over a year could not compare to Sheila. Turns out it IS possible for your eyes to not sting! I took that as a given before. It comes down to that among other little things, like getting the shape of the silicon pad right, the number of minutes for each solution, etc. There is probably much more to it but I think this definitely takes skill and intuition. I fell asleep during my last visit; that's how comfortable I felt! Ice resculpting facial -- WOW. My face never felt so good. This is a lengthy process with 10+ steps, each of which Sheila dedicates herself to and is happy to explain. The ice mask is predictably uncomfortable but worth it; my skin felt fresh (kinda like your body after a juice cleanse) and looked noticeably brighter. You don't really notice the coldness after the initial application + minute thereafter. There was no downtime as I was able to wear makeup on the same evening with no issues. I am so fortunate to find this place! I had tried Eyelash extensions, Eyelash perm, Ice sculpting facial. Sheila uses high quality eyelashes and I loved it, but unfortunately I have super sensitive skin and ended up developing reaction from adhesive so I changed to Eyelash perm. I love it. Sheila is amazing! She is so kind and caring and I love her facials. She truly loves her work and it shows. I always feel so cared for afterwards and her facials include the neck and chest as well which I really appreciate and think is a must but other facial places have said it's extra or they just don't do it.
