They offer free repotting and you can get your plant's soil topped with different types of rocks for a small fee. You even get a customized care card to take home to help you remember how to care for your new plant. The store itself is lush and full of a good variety of houseplants. Everything seems very well taken care of and the prices are pretty reasonable too.

Staff is incredibly well educated on all plants in the store, and everything is separated and labeled for the areas in the home they are best suited for. They will also fill out a care card if you want something more tangible to take home with your plant. I love supporting this business, and try to find something to buy even when I'm not looking to buy a plant. They also run workshops, which I'm hoping to attend at some point! Please do yourself a favor and make this shop part of your go-to list!

I've never met a Home Goods that I didn't like, until I visited this one!…read more Sure, it's huge and carries an extremely large amount of items for every single space inside and outside your home, but the customer service absolutely sucks! I was eye to eye with at least 6 employees and NONE of them spoke, offered assistance, or seemed to care about me being an actual paying customer. I guess discussing their happy hour plans was more important than assisting the customers. After I grabbed the items I wanted, I got in line. I saw that register one was open and didn't have any customers, so I proceeded to it. Instead of letting me know she wasn't open, I had to ask and the cashier said, "we are open, not ready for you yet." Rude and should've been handled much better, but whatever. I then head back to the line but another line opened up. As soon as I approach, the cashier said, "no, she's next!" Talking about the woman behind me. I said, "No! I'm next. I just went to register one and they're not open!" She apologized and said she thought I came the wrong way into the line. Now, why would I do that? I can clearly see where the line starts and ends and I clearly understand the concept of a line! That interaction was the icing on the cake. I won't be returning to this location. During all of my visits, I was able to find what I was looking for or something very similar to the items that I needed. In general, I think the prices are pretty similar or a bit lower compared to those in other places. Unfortunately, parking is a bit of a mess, primarily because two of the three entrances for vehicles are located right next to two VERY busy intersections. For one entrance/exit, it's virtually impossible to make a left turn leaving the shopping center, and you can make only right turns for another exit. However, I will not necessarily fault Strosniders for this because these horrible parking situations seem to be pretty standard in this area. It's as if developers throw a million and three stores in a shopping complex without any regard to the parking situation or traffic patterns. Also (as of Jan 2026), the store is dog-friendly.

But I was in need of a few items that I knew I wouldn't easily find elsewhere. Being at the mall, this is just a stone's throw away. I will say, this give the impression from the outside that it is not a big store inside. Deceiving. When I got inside, it is just as big as any other HD, just set up so awkwardly that you have no idea where anything is. What I can tell you is that when you are in here, pull up the app. It will make locating what you want faster and less stressful on you. I knew what I needed, just not where to go. With the app I was able to type in the item and it took me not only to the aisle, but the bay in the aisle where the item was. With my items in hand I go up front to the self serve registers and wait my turn. I walk up, scan my items, and then the machine says I need assistance. It ran out of receipt paper. That fixed, receipt in hand, I on my way home.

I didn't see if there were rooms in back for people to work or take classes, but judging by the name of this place, I assume so.
