I am revising my comments based on YZ Pro's response to my original 1 star review. I appreciate that their customer service agent called me and based on what happened offered to only charge me $89 for the diagnostic, which I accepted. When I first called YZ on a Sunday, their dispatcher asked the make and model # of our Kenmore washer/dryer. I also told him our machine needed a new belt. The technician arrived, inspected the machine and agreed it needed a new belt, but he said he did not have the right one in his car because their warehouse is closed on Sundays and that it will cost $256 to fix. The tech came back Monday evening, installed the new belt then said the problem is not the belt its the bearing case, which is too expensive (and possibly not even made anymore) that we were better off buying a new machine. Then he charged me $256. My feedback to the customer service agent was that because your dispatcher asked which make & model we have, then as a customer, I expect their tech to come with the correct matching parts. Otherwise, you've wasted my time and yours by requiring at least 2 house visits. I explained that YZ should have said they will come on Monday instead, so the tech could get the correct belt BEFORE his first visit and limit our time to 1 visit, not 2 visits. In any event, I'm grateful that YZ stood behind their service problem and issued the refund. read more

Less than 2 year old fridge started having temperature issues. Had them come in for diagnostic/repair. Guy came, took a look, opened up and checked all the parts and said they look good. Said issue was possibly control board but they didn't have in stock and said it wouldn't be worth ordering. Paid him $100 instead of the $89 fee and he offered to come back and put install it if I ordered it on my own. Ordered it, called them back and was told that guy was no longer working there so they wouldn't honor his offer of replacing it and that it would cost an additional $289 to install. Terrible service. I initially called them in regard to helping me get my brand-new stove up and running because it says it needs to have the gas pressure adjusted by a professional, (which I thought I was getting). I told them exactly what to do because I knew how to do it myself, but it said it the gas pressure needed to be adjusted by a professional, so I thought, ok. Let me just have him change back the fittings we initially changed. They said they can come out for $89 but then forgot to mention how much everything else was. There was no mention about how much to do what I asked. Like I said, I told him exactly what to do, change the fittings back to natural gas because it has propane fittings on, and he thought he knew more than me, and said it didn't matter. Once it continued to not work, I said change the fittings, and what do you know, it works lol. But that's not what I hired them for, I thought there was a special way to adjust the gas, but there wasn't. I asked him if he could help with the front nozzle to turn on because the screws came loose and fell inside. As he was doing that, I asked so what's the charge? He said $212, and I said, FOR WHAT?! He said $89 is the diagnostic fee, and I mentioned, how is there a diagnostic fee when I already told you what's wrong with it, and exactly what to do. He said $89 for the diagnostic and the $123 is for labor. LOL to change 5 fittings!! He spent more time trying to figure out how to even get to the screws & fittings. It blew my mind because I'm watching this guy "work" and he doesn't even know how to work an impact gun especially when working with light fittings and things you shouldn't be overtightening etc. I said NO ONE was clear about the pricing, especially when you started. All anyone told me was $89, so I went with it. He said fine, you pay $89 and I leave right now?! I said shoots!!!! He hardly did much, and there's no way I was going to pay $212 just to unscrew 5 fittings and "adjust" the gas. Foreign guy with russian accent, and long hair. Terrible customer service. I called to try and get my washer fixed. Thoroughly explained to the guy on the phone the issue and the brand and model of the washer. The technician came out, was here less than five minutes, took one look and said there was nothing he could do because he had never seen this kind of washer before. He accepted the 89$ service fee and left with no follow up on whether they'd be able to find the part. We paid cash and he didn't have change so he kept the additional 11$. You would think they would've been able to say the exact same thing over the phone after I gave them all info up front. I needed replacement for the Bosch top and they confirmed the model number and gave me a link to pay. As promised I received a call from YZ Pro to that the new glass top was ready to be installed. Artem came today on time, professional diassembled Bosch top and replaced with a brand new one. He was very friendly and detail oriented. He left with the old glass top to dispose and left cleaned. I wish I had checked the reviews more carefully. I explained the problem perfectly clearly online (brown residue on clothes, clothes still smelly after washing). He could have easily told me the estimated price ($400) before coming to my house. Instead, he came all the way out, confirmed what I already knew, and then charged me the $89 service fee just to give me the quote. It was a complete waste of money. I should have just asked for the price to clean the washing machine drum upfront. I do not recommend him. read more
