Great place to listen to music. A true experience of the area. Close to locally owned shops. We didn't eat here but enjoyed a few drinks.

Very minimal seating inside, but wide open seating outside. Really brings in the JT feels. We came for breakfast, so the weather was still really nice to sit outside. Imagine it would get hot during the day, especially during the summer. Limited breakfast menu, but I love it because you don't need a lot of items to be delicious. Their bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was fire. Perfect start to the morning. Got some breakfast cocktails to go with it. Really enjoyed their Strawberry Fields. Wasn't sure how the tequila would go with it, but it all meshed together really well. Surprisingly refreshing? But delicious. We also really enjoyed their Maritime Martini. They allow dogs outside, so our little boy lived his best life. Also have a photo booth for purchase, which was fun to use. Would definitely be fun to come here at night or during one of their events. Highly recommend stopping by for a visit.

We got the banana iced coffee, it was refreshing and much needed after a long day of hiking. It did not taste of banana at all and it was made with oat milk which isn't my personal favorite but I didn't read the sign thoroughly, that's on me. I would recommend stopping by if you want iced coffee, not special but not bad at all.

BUT it was definitely the biggest, most positive surprise when it came to expectations vs. actual quality! We landed in Palm Springs late in the evening and were starving on our way out to Joshua Tree. After a quick Yelp search for something open past 7-8pm, this spot popped up. We pulled into a super quiet parking lot and found this tiny little place. Looking at it from the outside, we honestly figured it would just be a quick, forgettable pitstop. Boy, were we wrong. For starters, the place was relatively full for a Tuesday evening! We ordered the duck confit nachos, the kimchi bulgogi sandwich, and the pony wings. Wow! Granted, our expectations were unfairly low walking in, but this turned out to be probably our second-best meal of the entire week--and we ate out every single day! It absolutely crushed it in terms of exceeding expectations. It also helped that we happened to be there on a Wednesday, so all the wines were half-priced! Unfortunately, since we weren't familiar with the area, we didn't know exactly how much further we had to drive to our accommodations, so we couldn't imbibe more in such a welcoming environment. (Missed opportunity, but safety first!) Oh, and definitely save room for dessert--their pie with ice cream of the day was delicious too! If you are passing through, do not sleep on this place. I would definitely come back the next time I'm in the area!

The young lady who served us was very sweet and understanding. We had a 2yrld with us and we requested extra pickles (cuz that's all that toddlers want).Eventually another staff member visited our table for some chit chat and had a laugh. We ordered 2 entrees and an app. Crispy chicken sandwich - the crispy coating slid off of the chicken thigh but still had some good flavor. The jalapeño ranch was expected to have somewhat of a kick but was more of a love tap. Imo, the crispy potato chips were a nice touch. Pretzel balls - excited for pretzels and cheese, the plate arrives at the table looking more like falafel than pretzels, they taseted burnt. The cheese they come with however, SPOT ON! My fiance had the Tiny Pony burger and stated the caramelized onions were top notch. Then she proceeded to scarf the burger down and say "it was alright"..... make it make sense. Overall, we will be visiting The Tiny Pony again in the future.

I ordered the espresso martini, which was a fun twist on the classic, and my sister got a mocktail that was similar to an Italian soda. Both arrived quickly and were delicious. To start, we shared the spinach artichoke dip and the goddess salad. I'll let the photos do most of the talking, but both dishes were packed with flavor and the portions were generous. For our entrees, we ordered the seared ahi with fries, a Pilot's Burger, and the Copper Room grilled steak with carrots and the side of sauteed green beans. Honestly, there wasn't a single thing on the table that disappointed. Everything was cooked well, tasted great, and our service was good from start to finish. The food was so filling that we didn't even save room for dessert. The only reason for the missing star was a policy--or decision--that made absolutely no sense to us. My 80-year-old mother asked if her hamburger could be cut in half, and we were told the chef would only do it for an additional charge. Considering the quality of the service and hospitality we experienced everywhere else, that felt surprisingly petty and unnecessary. Thankfully it was the only sour note of the evening, because the food, drinks, and service were otherwise outstanding.

The ribs were tender with a nice smoky flavor and came off the bone clean. The tri tip was just as solid, juicy and well seasoned with that classic barbecue taste. The atmosphere is a big part of the experience. Rustic, lively, and full of character. It feels like a true desert spot with history behind it. The place can get busy, but the staff kept things moving and were friendly throughout. This place loves to its hype. Definitely more than just a meal. All in all, I would definitely come back for the vibe, and would love to check out a live event.

Given the value of this item, that response is not sufficient. I was one of the first patrons there for the evening and was immediately greeted by one of the women bartending for the night. She saw my interest in the pool tables and laid out the pricing: $4/30min or $8/hr. I went ahead and paid for 2hrs of play and was handed a box of billiard balls with my choice of a table. I was introduced to the full bar, the well stocked fridge filled with beers, seltzers and wines and the specials for the weekend. As the night developed, more and more groups came in, ordered drinks and sat around the bar and tables with plenty of seating and tables available for everyone to hang out comfortably without being on top of one another. My only recommendation for this place when it does get busier, is that they have a designated ordering section at the bar where people can't sit so that those wanting to order or close their tabs can easily get to the bartender without having to awkwardly cut through people that are sitting there. Otherwise, this is a solid spot to hang out and have a couple casual drinks with a divey ambience and local feel.
