They did take it back to the kitchen but it took a while for the dish to come back out afterward. We asked for hot water but that never came out. We also had to ask for ketchup a couple times. The level of urgency and communication so far does not reflect the seriousness of the situation. I am requesting that management conduct a formal review, including verification with housekeeping, review of lost-and-found records, and any applicable security procedures, and provide a direct, documented follow-up.
