My 05 BMW X5 stopped running at a stop light. Full power but no starting, no cranking and not so much as a click. Towed it home, being a shade tree mechanic I went to work finding the problem. Google is a godsend to us wannabe wrench turners and I went through the list of possible causes, volt meter to check battery output, load test, jumper wire at starter fuse, brake light and ignition switch, security system, and numerous other tests. Nope, just a waste of my time. Mind you I haven't taken a car into a mechanic in, well at least a decade. It's too expensive and I'm capable of most fixes, but I set my pride aside and stopped into talk to these folks. A professional mechanic friend said this is the place to go, and where he goes when stuck. So, I talked to Mark, explained the problem, and what I had done. He asked me to authorize two hours of shop time to diagnose the issue, explaining it could take less. He called me the next day to say that after two hours they were close to figuring it out, but they were at the point of pin testing the computer and using the schematic to chase each wire. Before hour three they had found the issue. A rather obscure wire had burned at a switch. Something only found by running down all the wires in the spaghetti farm of wires associated with ignition. New switch and shop time with tax was right at $800. No up selling at all, which I really appreciated. Two weeks later I get a very nice thank you card from Mark with a very nice note and two gift cards, Starbucks and one for them. To say I was impressed is an understatement. Z SPORT AUTO REPAIR IS THE BIGGEST SET OF LOSERs IN EVERETT!! NOT ONLY IS GARY the OWNER(a RACIST & A BIGOT) I heard him use a RACIAL SLUR about a previous customer that they overcharged thousands of dollars for shoddy work. I thought I would have a better overall customer experience because I'm an honest hard working Caucasian male. I've always treated EVERYONE with the utmost respect no matter their race, creed, color or religion. But GARY is just ONE OF THOSE BACKWOODS GOOD OL' BOYS!! WHO ONLY CARES ABOUT HIS PROFIT MARGIN. I brought in a car for a simple problem with my gauge cluster. I drove my car there to the shop for five days in a row!! These SO- CALLED MECHANICS did not even check my oil dipstick and tell me I was dangerously low on oil. On THE LAST DAY they fixed my gauge cluster but my car died on the way home from the shop after paying a 500$ bill. I took my car to the dealership and it turns out that my engine is blown because these cheap grease monkeys couldn't add a quart of oil in my engine after robbing me over $500 bucks for an OVERPRICED REPAIR!! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF HEADACHE & STRESS. THIS SHISTER HAS 2 SHOPS in EVERETT with MASSIVE AMOUNT OF OVER HEAD!! HE OWNS SEVERAL OTHER SUB-PAR POOR SERVICE AUTO SHOPS IN EASTERN WASHINGTON! Best Auto Repair Shop and well worth the drive to Everett. I have a 2001 Saab 93 and have been getting my car serviced at shops that work on Saabs but do not necessarily have an in-depth knowledge of Saabs. I had just had my car serviced at a reputable place in Woodinville for a break light failure issue. After 3 days in the shop and $270.00 later my problem had not been solved. They had recommended I spend $1,000. to get a new Dice Module. I knew something was not right. I called Z Sport Euro and talked to Ryan. He suggested I bring my car in and he would have his Saab technician spend a few minutes looking at my car to see if they could determine what was wrong. Within minutes the Z Sport's Saab expert knew what the problem was... the place I had been going was using the wrong bulbs. He immediately replaced the bulbs. I was in & out within a few minutes and they only charged me for the two bulbs. The Saab expert at Z Sport use to work at the Saab dealership on the Eastside and his extensive knowledge of Saabs is obvious. There was no upsell or trying to get me to spend money on anything else. The first thing that anyone looks for in a service shop is customer service, and genuinality (is that even a word?) Mark, the service manager will do everything possible to keep your repairs at the budget you need to be in. Being a 22 year old, having them repair my 325xi is a scary thing when repairs "might" be over the agreed cost of $1150(breaks,sensors,wheelbearing fix) having to live on a tight budget. Although they came around difficulties, Mark did everything in his power (including over lapping labor hours) to fit in my budget and did a great job. I will always have my vehicle repairs done here from this experience. Bravo, Z Sport Euro on having someone with so much experience to give you a sound mind while repairing your car. I was very upset when my beloved 2007 Mini Cooper S *Gary* got sick. Timing chain was failing. I made several calls to other repair centers but after speaking with Mark at Z Sport. I felt at ease. He was very kind, gave great information, was knowledgable and I felt I wasn't getting the dreaded car repair center run around just to boost the cost up. I called another place and was quoted an insane amount and told it would take 3-4 days to repair. Mark and his crew did it in a day and I couldn't be more pleased. They even took photos of the damaged chain etc and showed me what they were and what they replaced. I will never take my Gary anywhere else. Thank you Z Sport Euro. You have a customer for life! When I called to make an appointment, I asked Mark when I could take the car in, he quickly responded, today! If you dont care about your money and like to be take advantage zsport is the place to go. Their mechanics are poorly trained probably not certified. They often sell used or obsolete OEM parts as new. They install used, worn, and rusted parts onto engines but charge for new parts. The owner Gary appears nice at first, but his true colors are very dark. He is lie, fraud, and cheat. Do not to business with them, you will regret it. read more
