Then 2 hours my phone had the same over heating issue it did before and the glue they used to close the back of the phone case comes off every day. So nothing was fixed, they never called me about ordering a front and back camera to replace on my phone. I don't recommend this place for phone repairs and service, either they switched the battery with an off market brand or kept the original one in there and never did a repair. 25 minutes to fix the phone seemed legit and exceptional but now I think they just didn't care and gave me my phone back with the same issues I was having. The battery drains completely to 0% within an hour and a half. Now I'm trying to figure out what to do because I don't want to go back to this place and my phone has to he under a fan when it charges or I power down, especially when I have to be somewhere without a charger. All they did was make more problems and take my money with no customer satisfaction. I wouldn't give them 1 star but I have to in order to post this They responded to this on Google saying they tried to call me and that the camera parts were ordered and ready to install but i never got a voice mail or missed call from them about it, why would I go back and bring my phone in if they did not fix the first issue i has with the battery? This place is incredible. I switched from Verizon to T-mobile and saved a bundle. Ended up with…read morean old Samsung Note 3 from Verizon that was "locked" and I could not port the phone to T-mobile. Verizon said tough luck, buy a new phone. I spent far too long talking with tech support at Verizon. Even went to two of their stores with in-house techs. No luck. I finally found a couple of places in downtown LA that might have been able to fix the Note 3. The charge was $50 to $80 bucks and no promises. And four hours of my time. Then I spotted Cellular Lab and met the owner, Rich. He fixed my Note 3 in under three minutes. It has never worked better. Rich has magic hands and knows more about fixing cell phones than all the techs at Verizon. Which is not saying much. Rich is better than Edison. Again which is not saying much since Tesla came up with most of Edison's ideas. OK. Rich is better than Tesla. And I don't mean the car. Trust me, if you have a problem with your cell, call Rich. His charge? Zero and a smile. That probably won't happen every time but remember I'm a charming and funny guy. Rich's company also replaces LCDs. And repairs almost any kind of phone or tablet. Why did I want to keep my Note 3? It's a great phone and it's easy to change batteries. The new ones all seem to have sealed in batteries that you can't change yourself. I figure they're made to self destruct in about two years. Then get ready to shell out up to a thousand bucks. What a ripoff -- I assume that for every phone Verizon can't fix, they can hook you into buying a new one. Maybe I'm wrong. I could be a paranoid, crazy old man. Guilty as charged.
