Extremely pleased with the great customer service at ZAGG Northridge! My 2 kids and I got our phone screen protectors from a different mall and I went to this location because it's closer to where we live to get my daughter's phone screen protector replaced, however they can't find our records in their system for some reason using our phone #s or name. They looked at the phone and they told me that they can tell that the phone does have a ZAGG screen protector on it so they replaced it and they did a great job as well. Well first of all I would like to say this product is amazing. I've dropped my phone many times some out of pure confidence in the product. Just to show how affective it is. I don't have insurance on my s22 ultra galaxy but who really needs it when you have the best of the best protection I've ever seen in a product. I tave about it to clients and friends also family. I've literally out of testing the product thrown it into the air and I felt 100% confident in knowing my phone was securely protected. My buddies thought I was insane when I did it infront of them. I said to them now it's your turn. Well lol they apparently don't have the confidence I so in the product I choose. I've had two experiences with this cell phone assessor's company. Both times, both employees were very pleasant and super friendly. My only disappointments were the wait time as it was only one employee working. I would like to finally add, I feel the accessories are priced a tad on the expensive side. I love they have a replacement warranty. However, the replacement cost is also a bit high, considering they sell the items by stating they are super durable. My screen cover seemed to crack just as easily as the ones I've had in the past. so I really didn't notice any real difference in durability. However, their costs are higher than other cell phone, accessory stores and kiosks. Very friendly workers when it's your turn to be serviced. read more

Ramone is a real piece of work. This guy does not know what customer service is AT ALL; he just stands there like a zombie and has nothing to say. I had a privacy screen from Zagg, have my phone number registered for warranty and all. Have had it replaced once before too. This morning, I had my iPhone screen replaced because it had cracked through my old privacy screen. So obviously, I did not realize I had to keep the old cracked broken privacy screen. Stroll over to the mall thinking this will be a breeze as I already have done this once before. He asks where my old screen is, I explain the situation that the old screen had been taken off this morning because they had to replace my actual phone screen. He said he can not replace my screen, baffled and confused I explained to him that they had to take it off to get to my actual phone screen. He was not understanding at all, and gave me a customer service line to call and explain my situation to them. He forgot to tell me that the customer service line is not open today. Mind you, even though I have this supposed "lifetime warranty" just because I do not have the old one I can not get a new one even though my phone number is in the system. Meaning, I would have to purchase a new privacy screen which is 56$ plus tax. Thanks for nothing, jerk. Shame on you Zagg for hiring such incompotent good for nothing workers. Super great service! Came in today to get my new iPad Pro 12.9in a new screen protector since I struggled installing one myself due to the size of the iPad. They handled my iPad nice and carefully as I hoped and did an AMAZING job at the install. I also noticed that they had screen protectors for my Apple Watch Series 6. Since they did a great job installing my iPad Pro screen protector, I decided to go ahead and purchase it. It was plastic but I wanted it to last so I went with it. Super friendly people! Totally recommend if you need a screen protector installed really good! Plan on coming again for my iPhone 12 Pro Max :) read more

Good product I have had them before but I ordered another one for my new phone and never got a shipping confirmation and my card got charged. I have reached out now 3 times to the company through their different customer service emails and not a single reply. So my $1,300 phone screen is unprotected and am just about to order from another company so I don't break my screen since who knows if ZAGG will ever reply or give me what I paid for. So much for "world-class customer service"(what their website claims but obviously a lie.) Tried to call their customer service line and it said "you are 99th in line to speak with a represenative." Quite happy with my tempered glass screen protector. Had a lot of problems from the "The Fix" also located in the Northridge mall. See my multiple feedback I left them. As the problems were from the screen protector quality to the customer service. The associate from Zagg, I caught the guy coming back from the bathroom after waiting a while. So I think it would have been better if he had a sign saying will be back in 10 min, but whatever. Not a deal breaker. I hope I don't run into the problem Carlos has had. I also had to request a receipt. The associate said I was in the system but I have found that with some store that may not mean much later on. So maybe a wise idea to ask for a receipt. As well if you call Zagg directly you may need it. For reference, I asked about the lifetime warranty. The associate said that is covers all aspects of the screen protector for $10 when you have it replaced including part and labor. Being this is the second day, I have noticed no air bubbles or adhesive issues. However I have noticed a small black line making my screen look a bit smaller the my note 8 actually is. But I can live with that. read more

Went to the ZAGG kiosk and was helped by Ramon. I was very frustrated because I have been having problems with the ZAGG shield separating on the edges. Ramon took the time to listen to my complaint and saw that it had not been very long since my last replacement and offered me a new shield free of charge! We bought a glass screen protector for an iPhone X max and paid $60.00 in Cerritos Mall in November 2018. We were told that we had a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, the screen shattered and I came to the location in Northridge. The Associates at Northridge refused to exchange the screen protector claiming that the screen protector on the phone was not one of theirs. We showed the associates the receipt, but again refused. The associate stated that she is trained in identifying their screen protectors. I did not appreciate the implication that we were trying to return a screen protector that was not one of theirs. The protector on the phone is the one we bought at their Store. Please be aware that Northridge does not honor their lifetime warranty!!! read more

Let me start off by saying I have had a cracked ZAGG screen protector for the last few years (thanks to my toddler) and I am not a huge of the Topanga mall. I refused to go and see if it was really "lifetime guaranteed" because that mall is exhausting and frustrating to navigate through. Today, I happened to go to the Northridge mall and I am sooo glad I did! After stopping by Cinnabon to get a sweet fix, I turned and saw a ZAGG kiosk! I spoke with Eduardo and Ramon who were so helpful and super welcoming! I didn't have any proof that I had registered it so many years ago or a receipt but let them know it was the one on my phone. They saw the beaten screen protector was a ZAGG and told me $8 flat to switch it out for a new one. After Eduardo replaced the screen protector he even shined up my phone and case so it looks brand new! I highly recommend going to this ZAGG location!!! You'll be greeted with a smile and will be impressed when you see that your phone has ZERO bubbles on the screen and ZERO dust/dirt particles under the screen protector.
