Today I had screen protectors installed on 2 iPhones and an iPad at ZAGG in the Valencia Town Center Mall. As it was a weekday at around 11:00 am, I did not have to wait in line. I've used Zagg for many years at this location. I recommend them as they have always been quick and efficient. However, I've been wanting the non glare glass ( they have been out of stock for several months ) so I chose another upgraded glass and was told then I could use the upgrade for the non glare glass when it came back in stock. This was not the case... I still had to spend the difference to get the non glare glass. I will continue to use Zagg, but I was not happy with having to pay more because of a uninformed employee. read more

Got my iPhone screen fixed by Christopher R (forgive me if the first name is incorrect) and he went above and beyond customer service. He told me about the issue was very knowledgeable and explained why my issue happened to begging with. He took his time while Hector introduced me to some other cell accessories that he though I'd be interested in. Service was superb to say the least. The price of the accessory that I want is the same as Amazon so I'd rather get it at Zagg. The repair went without a hitch and I was able to get a Zagg screen protector that my sister has been raving about for years. I'm extremely happy with the dynamic duo that helped at Zagg.
