I do not recommend their ZAGG invisible shield for iphone. I purchased it from the Valencia Mall in June 2019. The shield cracked after two months so the owner replaced it free. I did appreciate his effort, a very nice young man. However, it was cracked again and fell off within a week. I could not find the broken shield. I came back and asked for a replacement but they refused because I don't have the damaged shield. They gave me their corporate office, which also gave me a run around. I will not purchase this inferior product from ZAGG again. read more

The absolute WORST customer service EVER. The associate, Alec, was so RUDE and not in anyway helpful. He didn't even look at my phone and said it was not a ZAGG protector. I showed him the receipt and the box it came in and he insisted that I was wrong and it was not ZAGG. I asked if he had a manager and he told me that I didn't need to know that! I went here today to replace my screen protector because I have the lifetime warranty I even brought the box that I bought from AT&T and the guy with the earring told me that it wasn't their screen protector and then I showed him the logo on the box and then tells me "Yea, that's our box but not our screen protector and that someone else had put it on" tells me to go where I bought it from so I went to AT&T and I told them what happened and was confused as I was. They will do anything to steal money from you. By the way, I will be calling them so I can go there and repeat what they tell me over the phone. read more

This place never ceases to amaze me with the horrible customer service, bad attitudes and lack of help! Today, I went to get my glass screen protector replaced with my boyfriend, who also needed the replacement. We stood around the kiosk for about 10 minutes without any acknowledgement that we were even there before we were asked "can I help you guys?" We mentioned, and showed, that we need our screen protectors replaced because of the little cracks on the sides... Then we were asked if we could leave our phones at the kiosk. I looked at the guy and asked "how long would that be for?" (With an uncomfortable look on my face) and we were told about twenty minutes, otherwise he would have to move a couple pieces of equipment to put our new protectors on. I told him I would rather come back later, but have yet to go back. Who in their right mind would ever ask a customer to leave their phone behind (especially their new iPhone 6) just because the employee didn't want to move some of the equipment he had laying all over the counter to fix someone else's phone? On top of just today's wonderful drama, every time I've been back to this kiosk there has always been some type of excuse I'm told to have to come back some other time, the kiosk is completely abandoned or they "just sold the last protector". This place needs to pay attention to how much they could actually sell, keep up on their inventory, put a damn smile on their faces with a good attitude or they will lose customers! I'd rather drive to a completely different location instead of coming to this location even when I work at this mall and it's a short walking distance on my break if I needed something fixed. Beyond satisfied with ZAGG! They're no longer located near the food court but closer to the middle of the mall right out side of Starbucks!.. I have been coming to ZAGG since they first opened here in Valencia. Philip, takes great care of me! Weather it's for my iPhone, iPad, or a new case he's always recommending the best things for me. Quality customer service, all with a smile. I drive all the way from the valley just for Philip to take care of my phone because I trust that he will do a great job! Philip knows what he's doing. I've seen people come back saying they have "bubbles" in their screen when he kindly explains they didn't let it dry long enough. Then they come back apologizing and their phones look damn good. Lifetime warranty on invisableshield screen protector! Take you're old invisible shield screen protector off & put it on a piece of paper & bring it in. They'll put a new one on for $5 or free if you want to put it on yourself. This place is located on the first floor of the mall...right outside the Jcpenney, the fountain & in front of the starbucks. I just was sent a replacement phone & was super bummed at the thought of losing my screen protector to sending my old phone in. I contacted sprint & explained my dilemma & wondered if there was a way to transfer the screen protector from my old phone to my new one. I was sooooo happy to hear that invisible shield offers a LIFETIME WARRANTY (which made me ecstatic considering i shelled out $30 bux for this piece of thin plastic) but in all honesty the besttttt investment i ever made for my phone besides the case. Sprint informed me to take the protector off & put it on a piece of paper & bring it into the invisiableshield/zagg kiosk in the mall & they will replace it for me. When i took the protector off & put it on the paper was when i realized how amazinggggg this thing works. It was all brown & had sooo much stuff & debris on it that would have ended up on my phone. The dude @ the counter was super nice & explained for $5 he can put a new one on for me, or hell give me one for free if i want to put it on myself. I opted for the professional installation since i cant even put a normal sticker on something straight. I was in & out in less than 5 mins & $5 bux later I have a shiny new protector...GOOD AS NEW!!! He even put my phone in a nice satin drawstring case & sent me on my way. This is a great investment & so happy ZAGG is around to help me keep my phone protected. TO THE LADIES: Beware!! Wear your hair up in a tight bun when you visit this kiosk (or shave your head whatevers easier)....the intense armenian in the kiosk right next door that sells hair straigteners will try to suck you in!!!! This kiosk sits just before the food court, in front of the Forever 21. There never seems to be anybody there when I pass by. Today I decided to replace the screen protector on my EVO, so I stopped by. I stood and waited 15 minutes but the worker never showed up. I asked a worker at a neighboring kiosk if they knew where the person was. The guy told me, "That kid is slacker. He pretty much comes in and does nothing. He's here, but I haven't seen him for a while." Needless to say, I left and got my screen protector from Best Buy instead. Thanks for saving me some money. I recently got my iPhone 10 screen replaced here. My phone has been glitchy sense the replacement but nothing worth going back for. Today my screen has permanent glitches throughout the display. When I returned to the kiosk, they simply said there's nothing they can do but replace it for half the price. The reason I initially replaced my screen here is because of the warranty they claim they uphold if something is wrong with display. I definitely should of just went through Apple. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
