Stopped by with my friend after a night out. Was greeted by a nice gentleman behind the counter who took my order. I ordered two pizza slices. Waited in line to pay with the cashier. Before I reached the front of the check out line, I heard another customer ask the cashier for 2 cups for water. The cups were quickly handed to them. I thought "great, so I know they offer water cups". I sat down at a table near the checkout line and waited for my food to be brought out. The cashier handed it to me. I decided I wanted a cup of water since it was something they offer, right? Wrong. So I went back up to get in the line. I asked the gentleman who first greeted me for a cup of water. He said of course and to ask the cashier for it. So I did. I stood in line again and waited to ask the cashier. When i finally get to the cashier, i ask him and he says they only offer water for purchase. I ended up just walking away and leaving the establishment because I knew he was lying and it had already been a long night so I was ready to go after that. So my question is, why did i see someone else just moments before me getting water that wasn't for purchase? And why did the other gentleman tell me that I could? So I guess it just depends on who you are and what you look like, if you know what I mean. Also to make matters worse, my friend told me that she was at a table putting Parmesan on her pizza and an employee came by and took it off the table without even asking if she was done using it. The sad part is, I really liked the pizza but I will NEVER go back because of the strange, discriminatory behaviors of some of the staff. read more

Ordered Italia Express via DoorDash while in Dallas for a work conference. For being delivered through DoorDash, the pizza, pasta (not pictured), and garlic knots all came fresh and hot. For $7, the slices of stuffed pizza were way bigger than I was expecting. I wasn't a huge fan of the garlic bits as they felt more like rolls with a little garlic butter and Parmesan on top. I can't speak to the restaurant itself since I wasn't there in person but I would definitely get this ordered again, especially given how late they're open. read more

Man o Man! This place has quickly become very popular in our home for 2 reasons! One, it stays open pretty late, and two...THE PIZZA!!! This past Friday, my bf and I did not feel like cooking and what better Friday food than pizza! We were specifically craving a new york style pizza, with a lot of cheese, jalapenos, and big slices! That's exactly what we got! We ordered a 20" pizza (It was GIGANTIC) and we got it delivered! we paid roughly 37 dollars after tip and tax but for the size of the pizza, it was so worth it! We will definitely be ordering from here again! and are now recommending their pizza to all our friends! We haven't tried much else, but given how good the pizza is, I can expect it to be great! The service was fast. The food was good and hot. The restaurant was busy, almost every single table was taken. Going there was a nice experience, it would be fun to go with a friend if you wanted a chill but hip and kind of chaotic atmosphere. This place hits the spot after having a few drinks at the nearby bars. The slices are super cheap. We came in an uber as parking is very difficult to find in this area. The inside of the restaurant was simple and clean. We were here for a few minutes, we offered our slices and hit them quickly, and ate so fast. It's a great spot to have a quick meal.
