Not so crazy about how they handle insurance claims even when if the other drivers insurance pays them, they still take money from you first. Overall, my experience has been stress free. Oh also wish they were more flexible with payment dates, Just had my car serviced and it was a smooth transaction and didn't take long. Oil change/Maint. and replacement of battery. Guess everyone has a different experience and I've been with FlexCar for a while.

I've continued making my payments, communicated when needed, and have been a responsible driver. I want to acknowledge that some of the Flexcar staff I've spoken with have been kind, helpful, and supportive. Unfortunately, this recent experience has completely changed how I feel about the company. After another driver hit the vehicle, I followed the proper process and reported the incident. Despite not being the person who caused the damage, Flexcar charged me $500 to my account. The damage they are charging me for is on a plastic bumper and is no bigger than a quarter, yet I was suddenly responsible for a large charge without a clear explanation. What makes this even more frustrating is that, to my knowledge, the vehicle has not even been inspected to determine the actual damage or repair cost. I do not understand how a $500 charge was decided before a proper inspection was completed. I also pay approximately $250 per month for insurance coverage on this vehicle because I believed I was protecting myself and the vehicle. I expected that if something happened, there would be a fair review process, clear communication, and transparency before hundreds of dollars were taken from my account. The timing of this charge has made the situation even more difficult. I am already dealing with a slower work season, and having an unexpected $500 charge taken from my account right before a $700+ car payment is due has created a serious financial strain. The biggest issue has been the lack of communication and how I've been treated while trying to get answers. Some representatives have been understanding, but others have spoken to me in a way that made me feel dismissed and talked down to. When you are already stressed about a large unexpected charge, feeling like you are not being listened to makes the situation even worse. I have always communicated with Flexcar, maintained the vehicle, and been responsible during my time renting. I would never have ignored damage or failed to report something. If I had caused damage, I would have expected to be held accountable, but being charged $500 for a situation caused by another driver -- especially without a clear explanation or inspection -- does not feel fair. After six months of being a customer, this experience has made me question whether Flexcar is the right company for me anymore. I expected better communication, transparency, and support from a company I had been consistently paying and trusting. I hope Flexcar reviews how incidents like this are handled because customers deserve to feel heard, respected, and treated fairly.

I recently purchased a used 2017 Subaru Forester and wanted to share my experience so others can…read moremake a more informed decision. To start on a positive note, I did appreciate the way the initial sales process was handled. The salesperson allowed me to do most of the negotiation over text and email, which gave me time to review and think through the deal at my own pace without pressure. That was easily the most comfortable and beneficial part of the entire experience. However, once the process moved into financing, my experience changed significantly. My wife and I were among the last customers at the dealership that evening while staff were beginning to close out. During the financing process, we were presented with documents to sign both physically and digitally, but there was very little time spent reviewing a clear breakdown of how the final price was structured or how additional products were affecting the total cost. We were given a total amount, but not walked through how items like GAP coverage and the service contract were being applied to the financing. The digital signing process also felt rushed, with limited opportunity to carefully review documents before signing. It wasn't until after leaving the dealership and reviewing the paperwork that we realized the total cost had increased well beyond what was originally discussed. I had negotiated to stay around $15,500 out the door, but the final amount ended up being over $18,000 once everything was included. I understand that I share responsibility for reviewing documents before signing, but I do feel that more time and transparency should have been provided, especially when optional products significantly impact the final cost. Additionally, after the sale, communication became very difficult. What could have been resolved with a simple explanation, such as how to handle warranty concerns directly through the provider, was not clearly communicated. This led to unnecessary frustration and additional time spent trying to figure out next steps on my own. After reviewing everything, I chose to cancel the GAP and service contract products and handle future repairs independently. That process was completed through the warranty provider. While I appreciated the flexibility and professionalism during the initial negotiation phase, the financing process and lack of follow-up communication left me with a negative overall impression. Because of this, I would not return for future business. My advice to others is to take your time during financing, request a full breakdown of all charges, and make sure you fully understand how optional products affect your total cost before signing anything. Overall, this has been a learning experience, and I hope sharing it helps others approach their purchase more informed and prepared.

I spoke to Kelly on September 1, 2016 to see what was happening with my title and she said that I would have to talk to Chuck that she did not handle the titles. So I followed up with an email that stated it was imperative that Chuck get in touch with me on that day or I would file a complaint against their dealership and within an hour or so Chuck contacted me and seemed surprised that it had not been completed. He stated that he would follow up with the auction and he assured me that he would get it taken care of. Well, here I am 20 days later and it is still not complete. I have heard nothing from the dealership regarding this matter. I emailed the dealership on September 15, 2016 with no reply and followed up on September 19, 2016 with an email and the response from Kelly was that I would have to talk to Chuck since he handles the titles. It seems to me that if you work at the dealership then you should contact that person and have them call the customer that is having the issue and not expect the customer to take care of it. I guess there is no sense of urgency in this matter since they already have the money for the truck. As of September 20, 2016 I filed complaints with the Secretary of State and The Georgia Department of Law, Consumer Protection Unit. I emailed Cannon Used Cars, Inc. to inform them of this and as expected they did not respond. I am not sure if this is how they normally conduct business but from the experience I am having I would not buy from them again and nor would I recommend them to anyone that is in the market for a used vehicle.

As usual, the negotiation takes unreasonably long, as they're trying to maximize profit from this auction car (Enterprise rental). And as typical snake oil salesman try to charge BEYOND just taxes & tag TO SELL ME THEIR CAR! AND they added it to the top-line value on the paperwork...to increase the sales tax and pad their sales figures. A LIE...that it was not fees for inspection, cleaning, and other such services. I demanded, and received, a 1 year warranty (to justify this new "value"). The car needed a new shock, so they gave me a loaner for a couple days, WHILE THEY PUT THE WRONG PART ON! The salesman Brady, and the manager of the location knew about this!! No doubt the shop did, because when I returned to get them to redo it, I was told the REAL part would take A MONTH to receive! It really took 3 by the time I drove off the lot repaired. They didn't want me to cancel the contract, SO THEY SMILED WHEN THEY GAVE ME THE BROKEN CAR!! NEVER have I had such a dishonest and disrespectful experience at a dealership! I even tried to hire an attorney to combat and retard the audacity for car salesman to think they are untouchable! Sales goal-focused models lead to BAD customer service and letting UNSAFE cars on the road! The one star is for Mr White, in service, for being honest and communicative. I recently upgraded this vehicle, which never caused me any issues. Because this Nissan place knows that Dodge makes better cars than them...OR THAT'S ALL THEY'D SELL, IF THEY REALLY CARED ABOUT THEIR BRAND! Sales people are TRAINED how to take advantage of well-meaning people...who naturally avoid confrontation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! DO NOT FEED THE SNAKES HERE!

My wife & I purchased a 2011 Ford F250 from United Auto Gallery on January 28, 2023 with 265,000 miles on it, this was our first time purchasing a Diesel vehicle. Two weeks after purchasing the vehicle I noticed it had a radiation leak, I got it fixed because I felt as if I had a good truck. 2mouths after I noticed a real bad oil leak I also got it fixed and reached out to United Auto Gallery to inform them on the issue that have been occurring with the vehicle. Here is August 6mouths later of purchasing the vehicle and now the entire fuel injection system have went out. I reach out to them again and explain to them all this have occurred with vehicle, they played victim and said I'm trying to blame them for happened with the truck and said my kind of truck always having fuel injection failure but refusing to acknowledge the prior issues before this. My truck had little dents and bents here and there but the truck look good but it had major internal issues. So I'm here to inform anyone to get a good mechanic to do a good internal inspection because United Auto Gallery sales guys only out to sell not to provide good quality to their customers.
