Stopped by for lunch while visiting Aspen and stumbled across this place. Wanted something casual and chill and this met that standard. Here are my takeaways Environment This is a casual, divey type sports bar located underground right in the heart of downtown Aspen. Seems like a ordinary local bar with a lot of regular customers. It's straight to the point and not much to it. Service My service was okay. The bartender helped me most of the time and was pretty attentive and friendly. However a server did come in and seemed to replace his role but decided not to serve me while serving every single other person in the small bar. She would literally walk right by me without checking on me. I didn't want to jump to conclusions but I was the only person of color in the bar and it was a bit odd that she checked on every single person in the bar except for me. Eventually the bartender came back around and i was able to get my bill and leave but I'm not sure what would have happened if he didn't come back around. Food and Drinks I had a simple burger and tater tots. No thrills but they got the job done and this food is a lot cheaper than most things you can get in Aspen. So if you're looking for something a little bit cheaper but pretty good this is your place. Overall This place has potential to be a great casual low key and down to earth place but I do have concerned that they can be some racial bias when it comes to service. This is the reason I give it two stars. It made me pretty uncomfortable and took away from the experience. The food was fine and very casual and good for the cheaper side of Aspen which is difficult to find.

The only late night spot in town for great bar food. Popular spot for watching games. Known for their Caesar wraps and Philly cheesesteaks.

Super laid back, somewhat dive-y. Great for when you're looking for a bit of an escape from the rest of Aspen. Service is great, employees are very kind and on it. Food is pretty good.

The fish tacos were really good. We also had the wings. Reasonably priced and great service. Would have loved a T-shirt!

The service is very unprofessional here. Go spend 3 more dollars at public house you'll get better service and food in Aspen.

I am normally a red sauce eater but the green (probably the weak Sendy) was really good. Not spicy but full of flavor. Service was excellent again. 1st visit: I've been in Colorado for nearly two weeks and this has probably been the best meal I've had so far, even after dining in Aspen (Clark's, Aspen Public House) and Boulder (Flagstaff, the Kitchen American Bistro). I love chorizo tacos and the ones here served with potatoes and fried egg with a side of chips and salsa was one of the best I've ever had and I think that's says a lot after living a lifetime in Texas. The hot dog was flavorful and probably a foot long. It was served with lightly salted french fries that reminded me if the ones my mom used to make me. The Bloody Mary was also very good and slightly spicy although it was only garnished with a lime and no olives. The place is very small, seats maybe a couple of dozen indoors but there is also outdoor seating. Service was very friendly.

I came with my flight crew (just a couple of pilots in addition) and we just sat at the bar. I had the kale rotisserie chicken salad. The peanut dressing does have soy sauce so it is not gluten free, so they brought me a champagne vinaigrette instead. It was delicious. I got this during the cyclospora outbreak, because I'm a wild person now lol but they assured me they only get quality ingredients and super clean all veggies and fruit coming in. My pilots got the meatballs, creamed corn, and deviled eggs and they LOVED them.

They are pet friendly and have outdoor seating! Servers were very friendly although the serving can take a bit longer, depending on how busy they are. The French Dip came with lots of prime rib and a cup of Au jus, with horseradish to cut down on the heaviness. Crispy chicken sandwich was my favorite! It came sliced in three so the portion was massive. The chicken had more of a Japanese katsu style breading on it so it was super crispy. The burger was also a solid choice. Great bun to filling ratio and the spicy slaw was a complemented the burger well. The fries were pricey and I didn't realize that they weren't a side but an appetizer, but these fries were super crispy and delicious. You could tell that they were fried freshly on the spot. The creamy sauce it came with paired well with them! Deviled eggs were savory and had a kick from the pickle relish. This was my first time eating creamed corn and I liked it! It was warm and creamy, with a slight kick from the jalapeño slices.
