I really like zappy pizza because of their Hawaiian pizza large for $5. They have very very good pizza. Their supreme is almost $10 and priced differently from the $5 large pizza deals they have. I don't mind the pizza. The price is okay but MAN they have the worst customer service ever! They took forever with my order. I called ahead and even added and extra 20 minutes to what the girl on the phone said it would be because I knew they would be busy on a Friday night. Not only that but they gave my order to someone else, when I returned what they thought was my order they gave me attitude. As if it was my fault or something. So I had to wait even longer while they made me my pizza. Normally Zappy's is amazing, however we order food through the phone and they give us a time line of 10 mins. We expected to be in and out however there was a long line and I wasn't sure if I was supposed to go in or wait. So I went in and asked and they said if I had paid yet. I said no, even though I told them it was a to go order over the phone. They said for me to wait at the end of the line. While waiting, I saw a woman walk in and she did the same thing however they let her pay even though there was a long line still. After about 10 mins waiting I finally got in. I asked is there a way to pay over the phone, the girl said no, I asked how about through the website, she again said no, then I asked how about an app, then she said yes that was the only way to pay and that we could just walk right in and pick up our order. Now she never offered any resolution... so then she repeated my order and had my order incorrect. Also at this point the total time was over 20 mins from the start of the call and I had a meeting to go to. So this is very frustrating as if I am told it will he ready in 10 mins then it should be ready in 10 mins. They just started making my order once I got in there it seemed. They also got my order wrong. I asked for 2 extra ranch sauces and they charged me for them, but when they gave me the winds they only gave me a total of 4 when it should have been 5 and I had to ask for the extra one, the girl was not happy that I asked for the extra one even though I paid for it. Also these girls I have never seen there before. One of then said s%*! while I was waiting outside the door because she got an order wrong. Very unprofessional and I never take the time to right these, but I love Zappys's but I will not be going back here again as there are plenty of other places that I can go to without poor service and bad attitudes. read more

I've been going to Zappy pizza over a year now and it's never disappointed. Way better than much more expensive pizza. Some of my friends are food snobs and would never eat this if I told them where it came from. Well I tricked them and they absolutely loved it. As for the one bad review I've seen, from Rodney, I'm sorry he had a bad experience, he should really give it another try. Most of the staff is very friendly, they do get very busy thou, so take that into account. I mostly phone in, or occasionally I will pop in and order and then go next door and pickup a movie. I've never waited more than a few minutes and I go at least once a week. read more
